font-size:12px">El Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 25 de abril de 2024, aprobó con carácter inicial, la modificación presupuestaria nº 6/2024 bajo la modalidad de Créditos Extraordinarios y Suplementos de Crédito financiados con el remanente de Tesorería para gastos generales del ejercicio anterior, que afecta al vigente Presupuesto Ordinario de esta Corporación.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De conformidad con los artículos 177.2 y 169.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de Haciendas Locales, el expediente se ha publicado en el BOIB nº 57 de 30 de abril de 2024, anuncio 3963, y ha estado expuesto al público durante 15 días hábiles en las oficinas de Intervención, durante los cuales, los interesados, no han presentado reclamaciones.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
