&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;APROBAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el listado definitivo de personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 1 plaza de Fisioterapeuta (CONAE11, grupo A2) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;la convocatoria del proceso excepcional de estabilización por concurso extraordinario de méritos para cubrir las plazas de personal funcionario de la Administración especial del Consell Insular de Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decreto se publicó en el tablón de anuncios y en la web del Consell Insular de Formentera en fecha 08 de febrero de 2024:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se hace público que el Presidente del Consell Insular de Formentera, en fecha 10 de mayo de 2024, dictó, entre otros, el siguiente Decreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto el Decreto de Presidencia de fecha 07 de febrero de 2024, en el cual se aprobó, entre otros, el listado de personas que han superado el proceso, se propuso el nombramiento como &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fisioterapeuta &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a la primera persona de la lista de aprobados y se le requirió la presentación de documentación para su nombramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO.- NOMBRAR FUNCIONARIO DE CARRERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del puesto de trabajo correspondiente a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fisioterapeuta,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la escala de la administración especial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (CONAE11, grupo A2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del Consell Insular de Formentera, mediante toma de posesión, a la siguiente persona aspirante que ha superado el procedimiento selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso extraordinario de méritos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERO.- ORDENAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la publicación del presente Decreto de Presidencia al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, a los efectos oportunos. Las personas nombradas dispondrán de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente en la publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
