Beneficiarios</strong></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Pueden solicitar subvención del programa las siguientes entidades:</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">los ayuntamientos de Menorca</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">las entidades culturales</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">las asociaciones de vecinos y propietarios</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">los clubes de jubilados</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">las Asociaciones de padres y madres de alumnos (APIMA)</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">las fundaciones culturales, tanto públicas como privadas</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">las fundaciones participadas por las administraciones locales menorquinas</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">las asociaciones y agrupaciones de comerciantes de ámbito municipal e insular.</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Las agrupaciones de comerciantes de ámbito municipal sin personalidad jurídica propia podrán ser beneficiarias de la convocatoria, siempre que en la solicitud detallen los compromisos de ejecución asumidos por cada miembro así como el importe de la subvención a aplicar para cada uno de ellos. En todo caso, las agrupaciones de comerciantes de ámbito municipal sin personalidad jurídica deben nombrar a un representante o apoderado único, con poderes suficientes para cumplir las obligaciones que les corresponden como beneficiarios.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Segundo. Objeto</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El objetivo del programa Menorca, Artes, Música y Teatro es la promoción de la actividad artística, musical y teatral que desarrollan los artistas y grupos menorquines o residentes en la isla, a fin de ofrecerles un marco para dar a conocer su actividad y creatividad, colaborando en mantener unas manifestaciones culturales arraigadas en Menorca.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Tercero. Bases reguladoras</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Esta convocatoria se rige por las bases aprobadas por el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca en sesión de carácter ordinario de </span><span style="color:#000000">06.05</span><span style="color:#000000">202</span><span style="color:#000000">4</span><span style="color:#000000">.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Cuarto. Cuantía</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">El importe global máximo de la convocatoria es de 120.000 € (ciento veinte mil euros).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El plazo de presentación de solicitudes para acogerse a estas ayudas es de 30 días naturales a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong><span style="color:#000000">Sexto. Otros datos.</span></strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Pueden ser objeto de subvención de este programa las actividades musicales, las artes escénicas y las artes visuales ofrecidas por los grupos, artistas y solistas participantes del programa Menorca, Artes, Música y Teatro que estén dados de alta en el catálogo en el momento de la concesión de las ayudas, y que tengan lugar entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre del año de la convocatoria.</span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Cada beneficiario sólo puede solicitar 2 actuaciones por grupo y año de los incluidos en el catálogo.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">El límite de actuaciones anuales por grupo dentro de esta convocatoria es de 6.</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
