&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Administración del Institut Balear d'Infraestructures i Serveis Educatius (IBISEC) de 25 de mayo de 2022 se aprobó la oferta pública de estabilización para el año 2022 correspondiente al personal laboral de este ente público (BOIB núm. 69 de 28 de mayo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Administración del Institut Balear d'Infraestructures i Serveis Educatius (IBISEC) de 16 de diciembre de 2022 se aprobó la convocatoria del proceso excepcional de estabilización por concurso extraordinario de méritos a cubrir 15 plazas de personal laboral fijo de los grupos profesionales A, B, C, D y E en el IBISEC (BOIB núm. 167, de 24 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Mediante la resolución del presidente del Institut Balear d'Infraestructures i Serveis Educatius (IBISEC) de 28 de septiembre de 2023 se hicieron públicas las listas de aspirantes que han superado el concurso extraordinario de méritos para las diferentes categorías y especialidades y en las diferentes islas del proceso excepcional de estabilización por concurso extraordinario de méritos para cubrir 15 plazas de personal laboral fijo de los grupos profesionales A, B, C, D y E en el IBISEC (BOIB núm. 113, de 28 de septiembre de 2023)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. De acuerdo con el punto 20 del Anexo 2 de las bases específicas de la convocatoria del proceso excepcional de estabilización por concurso extraordinario de méritos para cubrir 15 plazas de personal laboral fijo de los grupos profesionales A, B, C, D y E en el IBISEC (BOIB núm. 167, de 24 de diciembre), el Tribunal Calificador de estas pruebas selectivas ha acordado, después de la sesión de valoración de 9 de febrero de 2024, acta que se adjunta, elevar al presidente del Institut Balear d'Infraestructures i Serveis Educatius (IBISEC) la relación complementaria del aspirante que sigue a los propuestos que han superado el proceso selectivo, a efectos de constituir la bolsa preferente de personal laboral temporal adjunta en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Mediante la memoria justificativa firmada por el vicepresidente del IBISEC en fecha 22 de mayo de 2024, se propuso la Resolución por la que se aprueba la composición de la bolsa preferente de personal laboral temporal del grupo profesional A. Categoria ingeniero en el Instituto Balear de Infraestructuras y Servicios Educativos (IBISEC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del sector público instrumental de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;—&amp;nbsp;Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;—&amp;nbsp;Ley 5/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;—&amp;nbsp;Ley 1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;—&amp;nbsp;Decreto 26/2016, de 13 de mayo, de aprobación de los nuevos estatutos del IBISEC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se ha seguido el procedimiento establecido, dado el contenido de las actas de los diferentes tribunales en las que se proponen las personas aspirantes que han superado el concurso extraordinario de méritos para las diferentes categorías y especialidades, separadas por islas, y vista la memoria justificativa del vicepresidente del IBISEC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprobar la composición de la bolsa preferente de personal laboral temporal del grupo profesional A Categoria Ingeniero, a efectos de constituir la bolsa preferente de personal laboral temporal según el punto 20 del Anexo 2 de las bases específicas de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las citadas listas figuran en el Anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Ordenar la publicación de esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de reposición ante el presidente del IBISEC en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, y el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se puede interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 8.2 y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, sin perjuicio de que la persona interesada pueda interponer cualquier otro que considere oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
