&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El día 17 de diciembre se publicó en el BOIB núm. 164 la Resolución del director general del Ente Público de Radiotelevisión de las Islas Baleares por la que se aprueba la convocatoria del proceso de estabilización por concurso extraordinario de méritos para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral del Ente Público de Radiotelevisión de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El día 27 de diciembre se publicó en el BOIB núm. 168 la Resolución del director general del Ente Público de Radiotelevisión de las Islas Baleares por la que se aprueba la convocatoria del proceso de estabilización por concurso oposición para cubrir una plaza de personal laboral del Ente Público de Radiotelevisión de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. En fecha 21 de abril de 2023 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 52 de 25 de abril de 2023, la Resolución por la cual se nombraban los miembros de los órganos de selección de la convocatoria del proceso selectivo de estabilización de todas las categorías, del Ente Público de Radiotelevisión de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Artículo 44, de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, y art. 55 del Real Decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Artículo 13 del Decreto 27/1994, de 11 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el reglamento de ingreso del personal al servicio de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Modificar la composición de los miembros de los órganos de selección del proceso de estabilización establecido en el Anexo de la Resolución publicada en el BOIB núm.52, de 25 de abril de 2023 por la cual se nombraban los miembros de los órganos de selección del proceso de estabilización del EPRTVIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Se designa como nuevo vocal 2 titular del Tribunal del grupo B del proceso selectivo de estabilización EPRTVIB, al Sr. Francisco Font Molina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Establecer la composición del Tribunal al anexo de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en &lt;em&gt;el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares &lt;/em&gt;y en la página web del Ente Público de Radiotelevisión de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el director del Ente Público de Radiotelevisión de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas,&amp;nbsp; y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
