&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En esta resolución se han detectado unos errores respecto a la aplicación del Convenio colectivo del personal laboral de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears al cual el FOGAIBA está adherido, por lo cual se considera necesario realizar les modificaciones pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, en virtud de lo establecido en el artículo &lt;em&gt;13s)&lt;/em&gt; del Decreto 64/2005, de 10 de junio, de creación del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Modificar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Resolución del director gerente del FOGAIBA, de 9 de abril, por la cual se convoca el procedimiento de provisión por concurso de méritos del puesto de trabajo Jefe del Negociado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L02540009 adscrito al Servicio de Ayudas de OCM, del Estado y de Pesca del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;FOGAIBA, en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;parta&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;do&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;octavo del Anexo I&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«8.1 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La Comisión Técnica de Valoración estará constituida por &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;tres&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; personas como miembros titulares y por sus suplentes (anexo II)»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Anexo II&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INTERPOSICIÓN DE RECURSO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Agricultura, Pesca y Medio Natural en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su notificación, de de acuerdo con lo que establecen el artículo 58.4 de la Ley 3/2003 de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears y los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, todo ello sin perjuicio de interponer cualquier otro que se estime pertinente en defensa de los intereses propios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
