&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El 27 de abril de 2024, se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 25 de abril de 2024 por la cual se conceden los Premios Extraordinarios de Formación Profesional de Grado Superior en el ámbito de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears correspondientes al curso académico 2022-2023 (BOIB&amp;nbsp; núm. 56, de 27 de abril de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Una vez publicada esta Resolución, se han advertido errores materiales en la Resolución mencionada, los cuales tienen que ser corregidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. El informe de la directora general de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa de 15 de mayo, justifica la propuesta con relación a las correcciones de los errores advertidos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, que establece que las&amp;nbsp; Administraciones Públicas podrán rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El artículo 56.1 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la&amp;nbsp; Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actas y disposiciones administrativas corresponden al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Rectificar los errores detectados en el anexo de la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 25 de abril de 2024 por la cual se conceden los Premios Extraordinarios de Formación Profesional de Grado Superior en el ámbito de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears correspondientes al curso académico 2022-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en &lt;em&gt;el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra esta Resolución —que agota la vía administrativa— se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y con el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo contencioso administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
