    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los artículos 17.&lt;em&gt;m)&lt;/em&gt; y 41.&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, determinan, respectivamente, que es competencia del Gobierno el nombramiento y la separación de altos cargos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma, y de los consejeros elevar la propuesta. En el mismo sentido se pronuncia, en cuanto a las personas que ocupen las secretarías autonómicas, el artículo 3 del Decreto 52/2019, de 5 de julio, por el que se regulan las secretarías autonómicas, mediante decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, a propuesta del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación, y habiéndolo considerado el Consejo de Gobierno en la sesión de 17 de mayo de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decreto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Disponer el cese del Sr. Antonio Carmona Damians como secretario autonómico de Innovación y Sociedad Digital, al que se agradecen los servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar este Decreto en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, y disponer que tenga efectos desde el día 17 de mayo de 2024&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
