    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los artículos 17.&lt;em&gt;m)&lt;/em&gt; i 41.&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley&amp;nbsp;1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, determinan, respectivamente, que son competencia del Gobierno el nombramiento y la separación de altos cargos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma, así como de los consejeros, y elevar la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo esto, a propuesta del consejero de Empresa, Ocupación y Energía y habiéndolo considerado el Consejo de Gobierno en la sesión del día 17 de mayo de 2024 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disponer el cese de la señora Catalina Teresa Cabrer González como directora general de Trabajo y Salud Laboral, agradeciéndole los servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Este Decreto tiene efectos desde el día de su publicación en el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
