&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;1. La señora María Teresa Martínez Valdés interpuso un recurso contencioso administrativo (PA 286/2024, tramitado en el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo núm. 3) contra el Servicio de salud de las Islas Baleares en reclamación de la prestación económica relativa al complemento retributivo de carrera profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;2. De manera directa o indirecta este recurso puede resultar relevante para una pluralidad de personas que podrían tener la condición de interesadas en el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;1. El artículo 49 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de Julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;2. El artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por todo ello dicto el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;1. Citación a plazo a las personas interesadas en el recurso contencioso administrativo interpuesto por la señora María Teresa Martínez Valdés contra el Servicio de salud de las Islas Baleares en reclamación de la prestación económica relativa al complemento retributivo de carrera profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;2. Comunicar a las personas interesadas que, si se personarán fuera del plazo indicado, se las considerará como parte, sin que por ello se tenga que retrotraer ni interrumpir el curso del procedimiento, y que, si no se personarán, el procedimiento continuará y no será procedente hacerles ninguna otra notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
