&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No habiendo presentado los interesados, durante el periodo de exposición al público ninguna reclamación contra el acuerdo de aprobación inicial de la Ordenanza General núm. 38, reguladora del precio público por la prestación del servicio de escuela lúdico-infantil y actividades lúdico-deportivas de verano del Ajuntament de Ses Salines, adoptado en sesión plenaria extraordinaria celebrada el día 19 de marzo de 2024, este acuerdo ha resultado definitivamente aprobado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“ Ordenanza General núm. 38&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ORDENANZA REGULADORA DEL PRECIO PÚBLICO POR LA PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE ESCUELA LÚDICO-INFANTIL Y ACTIVIDADES LÚDICO-DEPORTIVAS DE VERANO DEL AJUNTAMENT DE SES SALINES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 41 del RD legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Local de este Ayuntamiento, se &amp;nbsp;establece el "Precio público por la prestación del servicio de escuela lúdico-infantil y actividades lúdico-deportivas de verano".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Artículo 1. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Naturaleza i hecho imponible &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Constituye el hecho imponible la prestación del servicio "Escuela lúdico-infantil y actividades lúdico-deportivas de verano" que es realizará durante los meses de julio y agosto. Las condiciones del servicio por ejemplo centros, horarios y edades de los asistentes se establecerán desde el propio Ayuntamiento, desde el área que tinga asignadas las competencias de Participación Ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Cuantía y obligación de pago &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cuantía del Precio Público será la cantidad establecida en las siguientes tarifas, que serán graduadas según el número de hijos/as objeto de la inscripción: - Escuela lúdico-infantil: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Matrícula: 20€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mensualidad: 140€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quincena: 70€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mañanera (8 a 9h): 20€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tardes (14 a 16h): 30€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En el supuesto que haya dos o más hermanos matriculados se aplicará un 10% de descuento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Están obligados al pago los beneficiarios del servicio, y como sustitutos del contribuyente los tutores legales de los menores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nace la obligación de contribuir en el momento de matricularse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Normas de gestión del cobro &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El preu público se exigirá en régimen de autoliquidación y previo a la prestación del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Infracciones &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo lo relativo a infracciones y sanciones tributarias se estará a lo que dispone la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, general tributaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición final única. Entrada en vigor y modificación de la Ordenanza. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presente Ordenanza, entrará en vigor y será de aplicación a los quince días de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears, permaneciendo en vigor hasta su modificación o derogación expresas.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
