&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad, de 16 de septiembre de 2022, se aprobaron las convocatorias del proceso excepcional de estabilización por concurso extraordinario de méritos para cubrir las plazas de personal funcionario de la Administración general y especial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 122, de 17 de septiembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. En las bases 20.4 de estas Resoluciones, sobre órganos de apoyo se dispone que de acuerdo con el artículo 14 bis del Decreto 27/1994, de 11 de marzo, si el elevado número de aspirantes o la logística del proceso selectivo lo haga recomendable, podrá nombrarse un órgano de apoyo del tribunal seleccionador. Sus miembros quedan adscritos al tribunal y deben ejercer las fuenciones de conformidad con sus instrucciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Dado el elevado número de expedientes de personas aspirantes a revisar para poder conformar las bolsas preferentes derivadas de este proceso selectivo se hace necesario designar Tribunales de apoyo para colaborar con los Tribunales principales en esta función.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, y en uso de las competencias que me otorga del artículo 6.3.c) de la Ley 3/2007, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Designar a los Tribunales de apoyo de estos procesos selectivos, los cuales están constituidos por los miembros que figuran en el anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Illes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Balears&lt;/em&gt;, en el Portal del Opositor y en la Sede Electrónica de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ontra esta Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;También se puede interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 8.2 y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
