En fecha 24 de diciembre de 2022, se publicó en el<em> Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears</em> el Convenio de colaboración entre la Consejería de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad, la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública (EBAP) y la entidad Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca (SFM) de delegación de la competencia para la convocatoria y la gestión del proceso para la cobertura de plazas por el turno libre y por el turno de promoción interna, de las ofertas públicas de empleo de los años 2019 y 2020 (OPO 2019 y 2020) de este ente público. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">2. En fecha 24 de diciembre de 2022, se publicó en el BOIB n.º 167, de 24 de diciembre de 2022, la Resolución </span>de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad por la que se aprueban la convocatoria, las bases, los ejercicios y temario, y el baremo de méritos, y se designa el Tribunal Calificador de las pruebas selectivas por el turno libre y por el turno de promoción interna del personal laboral de SFM.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. En fecha 17 de febrero de 2024, se publicó la Resolución del director-gerente de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca por la que se ofrecen los puestos de trabajo y se requiere a los aspirantes incluidos en la lista definitiva de aprobados con el orden de prelación final entregada por los tribunales calificadores que presenten el escrito de elección de los puestos de trabajo ofrecidos y la documentación acreditativa del cumplimiento de los requisitos del proceso para la cobertura de las plazas de turno libre y promoción interna del personal laboral de las ofertas públicas de empleo de los años 2019 y 2020 de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca, en el plazo de veinte días naturales desde el día siguiente al de su publicación en el<em> Boletín Oficial de las&nbsp; Illes Balears</em>.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Según lo establecido en las bases, la adjudicación de las vacantes se realizará a partir de la máxima puntuación global y siguiendo un orden descendente, según las preferencias de los aspirantes, y el director-gerente de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca hará pública la lista definitiva de los aspirantes con las correspondientes plazas adjudicadas.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. El 14 de marzo de 2024, se publicó en el BOIB la Resolución del director-gerente de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca por la que se hace pública la adjudicación de las plazas de turno libre y promoción interna del personal laboral de las ofertas públicas de empleo de los años 2019 y 2020 de la entidad (BOIB n.º 36, de 14 de marzo de 2024).</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6. La Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad de 22 de diciembre de 2022 por la que se aprueban la convocatoria, las bases, los ejercicios y temario, y el baremo de méritos, y se designa el Tribunal Calificador de las pruebas selectivas por el turno libre y por el turno de promoción interna del personal laboral de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca (BOIB n.º 167, de 24 de diciembre de 2022).</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Publicar, como anexo, la lista complementaria de adjudicación de las plazas vacantes del turno libre, correspondientes a las ofertas públicas de empleo de los años 2019 y 2020 (OPO 2019 y 2020) de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Establecer que la adjudicación de la plaza estará condicionada a la superación de las pruebas médicas en el Servicio de Prevención, para cada categoría; asimismo, se aplicarán los baremos vigentes en Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca en la fecha de la convocatoria. Igualmente se deberán superar, en su caso, las prácticas de conducción propias de la categoría.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Determinar que la toma de posesión y la formalización del contrato de trabajo se deberá realizar en el plazo de tres días hábiles desde la publicación de esta Resolución en el<em> Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.</em></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Publicar esta Resolución en el<em> Boletín Oficial de las Illes Baleares</em>, en el Portal del Opositor (<em>http://oposicions.caib.es</em>) y en el Portal del Empleado de la entidad.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">5.
