    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local en sesión de 06 de mayo de 2024 acordó aprobar les bases reguladoras de Ia convocatoria de subvenciones,por concurrencia competitiva de II Concurso de Videorecomenaciones Culturales per a Jóvenes, que seguidamente se transcriben:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“Bases del II Concurso de Videorecomendaciones Culturales para Jóvenes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desde el Área de Política Lingüística del Ayuntamiento de Manacor se promueve este II Concurso de Videorecomendaciones Culturales para Jóvenes para promover la difusión de contenidos y obras audiovisuales en lengua catalana entre la ciudadanía del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objetivos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El II Concurso de Videorecomendaciones Culturales para Jóvenes tiene como finalidades estimular la creación y la difusión de contenidos audiovisuales en Internet en catalán y promover la lectura y el consumoobras audiovisuales en lengua catalana entre los jóvenes del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Personas destinatarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pueden participar en el concurso los jóvenes entre 14 y30años que residan en el municipio de Manacor o que, sin residir, cursen estudiosen un centro educativo radicado en el municipio.Con la inscripción, los menores de edad deben adjuntar una autorización de un progenitor o del tutor legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La participación puede ser individual o por parejas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Categorías&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) Videorecomendaciones de libros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para participares necesario grabar y publicar un vídeo breve en el que la persona participante exponga ante la cámara, preferiblemente de pie, su opinión o valoración sobre un libro (o libros) que haya leído, o las expectativas sobre un libro (o libros) que haya enadquirido recientemente, de modo que capte la atención de los espectadores. La presentación debe ser directa y dinámica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los libros elegidos deben ser en catalán (original o traducción), y la lengua de los vídeos también debe serel catalán (tanto la intervención de la persona participante como el título, las descripciones y los subtítulos permanentes, si los hubiere). Los vídeos pueden contener subtítulos de activación opcional en otros idiomas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La edición de los vídeos no es necesaria. Si hay, se recomienda que sea edición al corte y no demasiado recargada (no debe abusarse de transiciones, efectos, etc.). Por ejemplo, se puede incorporar algún elemento (cabecera, subtítulo) con el título y el autor del libro, o introducir la imagen de la portada, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La portada del libro debe aparecer claramente en el vídeo, ya sea para que la persona participante la muestre a cámara, o bien para que introduzca una imagen de la portada mediante un programa o una aplicación de edición de vídeo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B) Videorecomendaciones deseries y películas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para participar es necesario grabar y publicar un vídeo breve en el que la persona participante exponga ante la cámara, preferiblemente de pie, su opinión o valoración sobre una (o más de una) obra audiovisual (serie o película, deficción o documental...) que haya visto, de modo que capte la atención de los espectadores. La presentación debe ser directa y dinámica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las series o las películas elegidas deben ser en catalán (bien en versión original catalana, o bien con versión doblada o subtitulada en catalán). La lengua de los vídeos también debe ser el catalán (tanto la intervención de la persona participante como el título, las descripciones y los subtítulos permanentes, si los hubiere). Los vídeos pueden contener subtítulos de activación opcional en otros llengües.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La edición de los vídeos no es necesaria. En su caso, se recomienda que sea edición en el corte y no excesivamente recargada (no debe abusarse de transiciones, efectos, etc.). Por ejemplo, sepuede incorporar algún elemento (cabecera, subtítulo) con el títulool y algunos datos de la obra, o introducir la imagen del cartel, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C) Videorecomendaciones de cultura popular:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para participar es necesario grabar y publicar un vídeo breve en el que la persona participante exponga ante la cámara, preferiblemente a piet, su opinión o valoración sobre un (o más de un) evento de cultura popular que se haga en Manacor (fiestas locales, música, danzas rituales, etc.), de modo que capte la atención de los espectadores. La presentación debe ser directa y dinámica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La lenguade uso de los eventos elegidos debe ser el catalán, y la lengua de los vídeos también debe ser el catalán (tanto la intervención de la persona participante como el título, las descripciones y los subtítulos permanentes, si los hubiere). Los vídeos pueden contener subtítoUso de activación opcional en otras lenguas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La edición de los vídeos no es necesaria. Si lo hubiere, se recomienda que sea edición al corte y no demasiado recargada (no debe abusarse de transiciones, efectos, etc.). Por ejemplo, se puede incorporar algún elemento (ningunocaza, subtítulo) con el nombre y algunos datos del evento cultural, o introducir alguna imagen del evento, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Características comunes de los vídeos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La duración de losvídeos no puede ser inferior a 30 segundos ni superior a2 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La composición de la imagen debe ser horizontal, y preferiblemente debe registrarse sobre un trípode.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los vídeos deben publicarseen una plataforma o aplicación para compartir vídeos (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram...), preferiblemente enel canal de la persona participante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valorarán la originalidad y la creatividad, la calidad del contenido, la calidad técnica, la calidad lingüística, la capacidad expresiva (comunicación fluida de las ideas yemociones, teatralidad) y la capacidad para captar la atención del espectador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valorarán especialmente los vídeos en los que los participantes hagan uso de la glosa o el rap, de forma que habrá un premio especial para estas modalidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quedaránautomáticamente excluidos aquellos vídeos con contenidos violentos, denigrantes u ofensivos. La eventual aplicación de este punto se hará a criterio del jurado, cuya decisión será inapelable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Inscripción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de inscripción será de quince días hábiles posteriores a la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con los artes. 17.3.by 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre,general de subvenciones,se publicará el extracto de la convocatoria en el BOIB. El texto completo se puede consultar en labase de datos nacional de subvenciones donde se publicará las bases y convocatoria con carácter previo a la publicación en el oportuno diario oficial. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/inicio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para inscribirse es necesario rellenar el formulario que figura enel apartado del concurso de la webdel Ayuntamiento de Manacor (https://manacor.org). En todo caso, se indicarán los datos de la persona participante (nombre y apellidos, fecha de nacimiento, domicilio de residencia, centro educativo en su caso) y la dirección URL del vídeo o vídeos con los que participan. También debe adjuntarse la autorización de un progenitor o del tutor legal, debidamente cumplimentada, firmada y escaneada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada participante o grupo de participantes puede presentar un máximode 2 vídeos en cada categoría; es decir, dos videorecomendaciones literarias, dos videorecomendaciones audiovisuales y dos videorecomendaciones culturales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Difusión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los participantes en elconcurso autorizan a los organizadores para que difundan los vídeos en las plataformas digitales y en las redes sociales de Internet, con el objetivo de compartir el contenido de las recomendaciones de libros, de obras audiovisuales o de cultura popular, únicamente enel marco del concurso y con lafin de promover la cultura popular, la lectura y el consumo de obras audiovisuales en lengua catalana entre los jóvenes.También se podrá hacer difusión en los actos de promoción y en el acto de entrega de premios, así como enlos medios de comunicación generales (prensa escrita, radio, televisión, medios digitales...), si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para la difusión de los vídeos participantes a través de las redes sociales de Internet se recomienda utilizar las etiquetas#JovesManacor y #Videorecomanacions2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se establecen diferentes modalidades de premios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer premio: 150 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo premio: 100€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada participante puede recibir más de unopremio, si el jurado lo considera pertinente. También puede haber premios compartidos. Los premios se pueden declarar desiertos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Jurado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El jurado estará formado por tres personas relacionadas con la cultura, la literatura, el audiovisual, la creación y difusión de contenidos digitales y la normalización de la lengua catalana, designadasporla Junta de Gobierno Local, a propuesta del concejal delegado del Área de Política Lingüística del Ajuntament de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución final del jurado se dará a conocer mediantela web del Ayuntamiento de Manacor y las redes sociales municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución final del jurado será inapelable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Exclusión de vídeos del concurso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que un participante suprima el vídeo o restrinja el visionado (de forma que deje de serpúblico) antes del acto de entrega de los premios, el vídeo será excluido del concurso. En su caso, se retirarán las imágenes del vídeo excluido que hayan sido difundidas por los organizadores, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Aceptación de las bases y otras disposiciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La participación en el concurso implica la aceptación de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cualquier caso no previsto en estas bases y en el desarrollo de la convocatoria del concurso será resuelto por la organización de estos premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los participantes o tutores legales seránresponsables de las reclamaciones que se produzcan por daños a terceros (plagios, daños morales, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los beneficiarios deberán acreditar, con anterioridad a dictarse la propuesta de resolución de condición, que se encuentra al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias y frente a la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cumplimiento del Reglamento (UE) del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a las personas físicas en lo que se refiere al tratamiento de datos personales ya la libre circulaciónde estos datos (RGPD), y la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, le informamos que el Ayuntamiento de Manacor, como responsable del tratamiento de los datos de los participantes del I Concurso deVideorecomendaciones Culturales para Jóvenes, tratará los datos, con su consentimiento, con el fin de gestionar la participación en dicho concurso. Los datos serán conservados mientras sean necesarios para las finalidades de su tratamiento. El Ayuntamiento de Manacor no cederá los datos a terceras personas ni a otros destinatarios, salvo en los casos previstos legalmente o cuando sea de obligado cumplimiento, y tampoco serán objeto de otro tratamiento. De acuerdo con la legislación vigente en materia deprotección de datos, puede ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición y limitación del tratamiento o portabilidad mediante un escritodirigido al delegado de Protección de Datos, dpd@manacor.org , responsable del tratamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El hecho de concursar implica la total aceptación de estas bases y el consentimiento para el tratamiento de los datos personales con las citadas finalidades.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Contra esta resolución, que pondrá fin a la vía administrativa, se puede potestativamente interponer recurso de reposición ante la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Manacor en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente de la fecha de publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín de las islas Baleares, o directamente recurso contencioso administrativo ante el juzgado contencioso administrativo competente.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Todo ello, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 52.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local; los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y los artículos 8.1, 25.1 y 46.1 de la Ley 28/1988, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, sin perjuicio de que se puedan interponer cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente.&lt;/p&gt;
