&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Entes, entidades y personas beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarias de estas ayudas las siguientes personas jurídicas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;En cuanto a la Línea A:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Ayuntamientos, entidades locales menores y mancomunidades, así como sus dependientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;En cuanto a la línea B:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Asociaciones de familias de alumnado de centros docentes, inscritas en el censo de asociaciones de padres y madres de alumnos regulado en el artículo 6 del Decreto 188/2003, de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se regulan las asociaciones de padres y madres de alumnos y las federaciones o confederaciones de éstas, o bien en el Registro de Entidades Jurídicas que gestiona la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Consejería&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas, como asociaciones de padres y madres de centros docentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es subvencionar la organización de actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil que lleven a cabo entidades locales y asociaciones de familias de alumnado de centros docentes radicadas en las Illes Balears para facilitar la conciliación de la vida personal, familiar y laboral durante las vacaciones escolares 2024-2025, especialmente entre aquellas unidades familiares con mayor necesidad de protección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La convocatoria se desarrolla mediante las dos líneas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Línea A: ayudas a entidades locales de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Línea B: ayudas a asociaciones de familias de alumnos de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de día 5 de marzo de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de servicios sociales y de juventud (BOIB núm. 34, de 11 de marzo de 2021 ).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Crédito&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Se destina a esta convocatoria la cantidad global de 1.050.000 €, distribuidos de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a) Línea A (entidades locales): 900.000,00 €, con cargo a las siguientes partidas de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Illes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; Balears para 2024:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;— 300.000,00 € con cargo a la partida 17201 323A01 46001 00 (transferencias corrientes justificables a ayuntamientos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;— 300.000,00 € con cargo a la partida 17201 323A01 46401 00 (transferencias corrientes justificables a empresas públicas y otros entes públicos de corporaciones locales).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;— 300.000,00 € con cargo a la partida 17201 323A01 46901 00 (transferencias corrientes justificables a otros entes territoriales).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b) Línea B (asociaciones de familias de alumnado): 150.000,00 €, con cargo a la partida 17201 323A01 48000 00 (transferencias corrientes a familias y entidades sin ánimo de lucro).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En el momento de la concesión estas partidas deben quedar debidamente territorializadas. Esta territorialización no requerirá modificación alguna de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Importe&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El importe de la subvención será el que se indica en el cuadro del punto 6.1 de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Las solicitudes deben presentarse en los dos plazos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;— En cuanto a las actividades de Navidad de 2023, Semana Santa de 2024 y verano de 2024, en un plazo de diez días hábiles desde del día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;— En cuanto a las actividades de Navidad de 2024 y Semana Santa de 2025, desde el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de septiembre al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;11&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de octubre de 2024, teniendo en cuenta lo previsto en el punto 10.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
