    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;El apartado&amp;nbsp;8.3. de la Resolución del&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Presidente del Fondo de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Garantía Agraria&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;y Pesquera de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;las&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;(FOGAIBA) de 12&amp;nbsp;de abril&amp;nbsp;de 2023&amp;nbsp;por la&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;que se aprueba la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;para el Fomento de pastos para el aprovechamiento de la ganadería ecológica, para el año 2023, &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;especifica&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;que la resolución&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;expresa&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;se notificará&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;los interesados mediante&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;su publicación en el&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;de acuerdo con los&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;términos&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;previstos en el artículo&amp;nbsp;45.2&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;de la Ley&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;39/2015, de 1&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;de octubre, del&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;procedimiento administrativo común de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;las&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Los expedientes&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;han sido&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;tramitados&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;por el Fondo&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;de Garantía Agraria&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;y Pesquera de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;las&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;(FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;dispuesto en el artículo&amp;nbsp;43&amp;nbsp;de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;la Ley&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;El vicepresidente&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA, con fecha 2&amp;nbsp;de mayo&amp;nbsp;de 2024, firmó la siguiente resolución, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Co&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;n fecha 15 de abril de 2023, se publica en el BOIB núm. 48, la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se aprueba la convocatoria, para el año 2023, de las ayudas destinadas para el fomento de pastos para el aprovechamiento de la ganadería ecológica. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Co&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;n fecha 30 de mayo de 2023, se publica en el BOIB núm. 71, la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se modifica la Resolución de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 27 de febrero de 2023, de convocatoria, para el año 2023, de las ayudas correspondientes a las intervenciones en forma de pagos directos que prevé el Plan estratégico de la PAC (PEPAC), así como otras resoluciones de convocatoria de ayudas que prevén las intervenciones en el desarrollo rural. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Co&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;n fecha 30 de junio de 2023, se han recibido 162 solicitudes por la ayuda destinada para el fomento de pastos para el aprovechamiento de la ganadería ecológica. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han realizado el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.Los expedientes que aparecen en el anexo I de esta resolución han solicitado el desistimiento de la ayuda, siendo aceptadas totalmente. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.En las fechas 26 de febrero y 8 de abril de 2024 se notifica, mediante publicación en la página web del FOGAIBA, las propuestas provisionales de resolución y se concede un plazo de 10 días hábiles para presentar alegaciones. Los expedientes que así lo han hecho aparecen en el anexo II de esta resolución, indicando la estimación favorable o no de estas alegaciones. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;8. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Co&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;n fecha 9 de abril de 2024, se publica en el BOIB núm. 47 la Resolución de denegación a los beneficiarios de las ayudas, Rd2 conjunta de la Sección II, por el incumplimiento del requisito previsto en el apartado 7 del punto tercero de la convocatoria de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9. Una vez evaluadas las alegaciones por los órganos gestores y de acuerdo con el informe/propuesta provisional de resolución, los interesados que figuran en el anexo III no cumplen con alguno o algunos de los requisitos de la convocatoria que no les permite la concesión de la ayuda. Junto al Anexo III se incluye la tabla de motivos de denegación de la ayuda. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;10. Los interesados que figuran en el anexo IV cumplen totalmente con los requisitos de la ayuda y por eso se propone a concesión la superficie comprometida, acotada a UBM, si procede, tal y como se detalla en el anexo IV, así cómo y los importes concedidos con las correspondientes anualidades y cofinanciaciones. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;11. Los interesados del anexo V cumplen parcialmente con los requisitos de la ayuda y por eso se propone a concesión la superficie que cumple (superficie comprometida), se detallan los importes concedidos con las correspondientes anualidades y cofinanciaciones para cada beneficiario y , finalmente, se proponen para denegar aquellos recintos (superficie no auxiliable) que incumplen alguno o algunos puntos de la convocatoria. Junto al anexo V se incluye la mesa de motivos de incumplimiento de cada recinto afectado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 12 de abril de 2023 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para el año 2023 de las ayudas destinadas para el fomento de pastos para el aprovechamiento de la ganadería ecológica, publicada en el BOIB núm. 48 de día 15 de abril de 2023. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 5 de diciembre de 2023 por la que se modifican varias convocatorias de subvenciones del FOGAIBA, correspondientes a las intervenciones que prevé el Plan estratégico de la PAC 2023 -2027 de España (PEPAC) para la ayuda de la Unión financiada por el FEAGA y por el FEADER, publicada en el BOIB núm. 167 de 9 de diciembre de 2023. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Punto tercero de la convocatoria referente a los requisitos de las personas beneficiarias y de las explotaciones, apartado 1 letra a) en lo que se refiere a seguir las prácticas y métodos que define el Reglamento (UE) 2018/848 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 30 de mayo de 2018, sobre producción ecológica y etiquetado de los productos ecológicos. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Punto tercero de la convocatoria referente a los requisitos de las personas beneficiarias y de las explotaciones, apartado 1 letra b) que estén inscritas en el Consejo Balear de Producción Agraria Ecológica (CBPAE). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.Punto tercero de la convocatoria referente a los requisitos de las personas beneficiarias y de las explotaciones, apartado 2 letra b) de disponer de una superficie mínima de pastos ecológicos de 2 hectáreas de cultivo de uso forrajero. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.Punto cuarto de la convocatoria referente a la actividad subvencionable. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;8.Punto quinto de la convocatoria, apartado 3 referente al número de unidades de ganado mayor (UBM) certificadas como ecológicas por el CBPAE. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.Artículo 8 apartado 3 del RD 1048/2022, de 27 de diciembre sobre la aplicación, a partir de 2023, de las intervenciones en forma de pagos directos y el establecimiento de requisitos comunes dentro del marco del PEPAC, y la regulación de la solicitud única del SIGC. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;10.Artículo 11 apartado 1 del RD 1048/2022, de 27 de diciembre. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;11.Artículo 12 apartado 5 y 6 del RD 1048/2022, de 27 de diciembre. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;12.Anexo V del RD 1048/2022, de 27 de diciembre. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;13.Artículo 31 del RD 147/2023, de 28 de febrero, por el que se establecen las normas para la aplicación de penalizaciones en las intervenciones contempladas en el PEPAC, y se modifiquen diferentes reales decretos por los que se regulan diferentes aspectos relacionados con la aplicación en España de la PAC para el período 2023-2027.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Informe y Propuesta de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Resolución &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Por todo esto, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;se informa &amp;nbsp;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&amp;nbsp;se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&amp;nbsp;propo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;ne&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&amp;nbsp;al vicepresidente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;en Materia Agraria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aceptar el desistimiento de los expedientes del anexo I. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.Denegar las solicitudes presentadas por los interesados que figuran en el anexo III, por incumplimiento de los requisitos indicados. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Conceder la superficie de compromiso que aparece en el anexo IV y en el anexo V. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Denegar la superficie no auxiliable que aparece en el anexo V, por incumplimiento de los requisitos indicados. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Notificar la resolución a los interesados en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Interposición de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Contra esta resolución -que no agota la vía administrativa- se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante la consellera de Agricultura, Pesca y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Medio Natural&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la notificación de la resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
