&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;(http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Pueden participar en estos concursos todas las personas físicas y jurídicas que lo deseen, que dispongan de un comercio con escaparate o una casa con fachada a la calle, en la ciudad de Maó, conforme a los condicionantes específicos de cada categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Los escaparates deben disponer de título habilitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Cada participante puede presentar a cada certamen un único escaparate adornado/fachada adornada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. No pueden optar al premio las personas en quienes concurra alguna de las prohibiciones que establecen el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, general de subvenciones, y el artículo 10 de la Ordenanza general municipal de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Maó (BOIB n.º 12 de 25 de enero de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. Finalidad &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las finalidades de estos concursos son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Promover la participación del tejido comercial en las celebraciones de la ciudad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Promover las celebraciones de Maó+Flors, las fiestas de la Virgen de Gracia y Navidad entre la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Promover el ingenio y la creatividad en la hora de preparar y ejecutar la ornamentación de los&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;escaparates y fachadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Contribuir a la ornamentación de la ciudad durante las celebraciones de Maó+Flors, las fiestas de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;la Virgen de Gracia y Navidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Son las aprobadas por la &lt;strong&gt;Resolución del teniente de Alcaldía de Servicios Urbanos y Medio Ambiente del Ayuntamiento de Maó n.º DA/2024/0001450 &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;de día 3 de mayo, por la que se convocan los concursos de escaparates y fachadas de Maó+Flors, Fiestas de Nuestra Señora de Gracia y Navidad, correspondientes al año 2024&lt;/strong&gt;, publicada en el tablón de edictos electrónico del Ayuntamiento de Maó (https://www.ajmao.org/tauler/edictesx.aspx?tipo=01) y en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. Importe&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Se establecen premios en metálico por valor de 2.400,00 € y, en especie, por valor de 4.265,25, con cargo a las partidas D01-3380-4840311 y J01-4310-2269901, respectivamente, del Presupuesto municipal de este año, conforme al detalle siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
