&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vista la propuesta de resolución PR/2024/490 de 7 de Mayo de 2024 fiscalizada favorablemente en fecha de 7&amp;nbsp; de Mayo de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En virtud del artículo 21.1.h) i i) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación vigente en materia de régimen local, y concretamente de acuerdo con el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Notificar la presente resolución al interesado y autorizar su contratación como jefe de policía local con carácter definitivo y por el sistema de libre designación del Ayuntamiento de Valldemossa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
