&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por acuerdo del Pleno municipal, en sesión celebrada el 25 de abril de 2024, se ha adoptado el siguiente &lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. Modificar el artículo 23 del Pacto de funcionarios del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep, &lt;/strong&gt;en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Las horas extraordinarias realizadas fuera de la jornada efectiva de trabajo, se pagarán a partir del cálculo que se obtenga de la siguiente fórmula y siguiendo la siguiente distribución de grupos: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Valor de la hora extraordinaria = Salario bruto anual / Número de horas anuales * 45 %&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Para el cálculo del salario bruto anual se tomará como referencia para cada uno de los grupos de clasificación el salario de los siguientes puestos de trabajo:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Subgrupo A1: Retribuciones del puesto de trabajo: Técnico/a superior de medio ambiente&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Subgrupo A2: Retribuciones del puesto de trabajo: Técnico/a economista&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Subgrupo C1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Escala Administración General o Escala Administración Especial / Subescala Técnica: Retribuciones del puesto de trabajo: Administrativo/iva de gestión&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Escala Administración Especial / Subescala de Servicios especiales: Retribuciones del puesto de trabajo: Oficial de policía local y agente de policía local, según corresponda&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Subgrupo C2: Retribuciones del puesto de trabajo: Auxiliar de gestión administrativa &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. Agrupaciones profesionales (AP): Retribuciones del puesto de trabajo: Celador/a obras, medio ambiente y playas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Estas cantidades tendrán un incremento del 15% cuando se trate de horas realizadas en horario nocturno o festivo (de 23:00 horas a 7:00 horas, o se trate de horas realizadas por el personal saliente de turno nocturno, así como se entiende festivo desde las 23:00 horas del sábado). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cuando concurran las dos circunstancias será de un 35% más”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Modificar el artículo 60 del Pacto de funcionarios del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep, &lt;/strong&gt;en el sentido siguiente:&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Artículo 60. Festividades&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Para las fechas señaladas de las fiestas de Navidad y de los festivos nacionales, se compensará con 125, 00 € a los policías, con 138, 00 € a los oficiales y con 144, 00 € a los subinspectores, en los turnos y días que se describen a continuación: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El 24 de diciembre en los turnos de TARDE Y NOCHE, el 25 de diciembre TODOS LOS TURNOS, el 31 de diciembre los turnos de TARDE Y NOCHE, el día 1 de enero TODOS LOS TURNOS y el 5 de enero los turnos de TARDE Y NOCHE. Estos servicios se realizarán siguiendo el rotativo de servicios y como mucho podrá haber, dadas las necesidades del servicio, policías voluntarios fuera de servicio pero que realicen normalmente tornos rotativos. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;También en este caso se podrá acceder a una lista de voluntarios para estas necesidades y será rotativo”. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Ordenar la publicación de las modificaciones aprobadas en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estas modificaciones entrarán en vigor al día siguiente de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
