288679 CAIB 2024-05-09 21358 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Por Resolución de esta Alcaldía de día </span><span style="color:#000000">2 de mayo</span><span style="color:#000000"> de 2024, se ha dictado lo siguiente:</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Antecedentes </strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Primero.- </strong>Vista la convocatoria del proceso de estabilización por el sistema concurso de méritos para la cobertura de veintisiete (27) plazas de Peón de la categoría personal subalterno, clase peón sin especialidad, nivel VIII del Convenio colectivo, del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, las bases de la cual se publicaron <span style="color:#000000">en el </span>BOIB n.º 154 de 26 de noviembre de 2022 y el anuncio de la cual se publicó <span style="color:#000000">en el</span> BOE n.º 307 de 23 de diciembre de 2022.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Segundo.-</strong> Visto el Decreto 2023004717, de día 24 de noviembre de 2023 en el cual se establece que en el turno libre los aspirantes Juan Manuel Ramos Paredes, Francisco Javier Vich Seijas, Rafael Llull Axartell, Jose Garcia Sastre, Juana Ana Taberner Oliver, Matias Ribas Puigserver, Jose Marchena Martin, Rosa Fuentes Sánchez, Constanza Recio Estudillo, Guillermo Niell Hurtado, Julian Obrador Jaume, Manuel Gabriel Chavero Llompart, David Martínez Márquez, Gabriel Bermudez López, Pedro Muñoz Algaba, Marc Rafael Bujosa Bohm, Maria Dolores Reina Quintana, Cristina Colomina Veny, Manuel Sarmiento Berrocal, Maria Visitación Ramírez Rosselló, Juan Miguel Alorda Genovart, Manuel Sánchez Picó y Jose Miguel Castillo Antequera y en el turno de reserva los aspirantes Juan Martorell Cladera, Nicolas Roig Martorell, Juan Oliver Coll y Sebastian Díaz Garcia, han superado el proceso selectivo del concurso extraordinario de méritos.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Tercero.-</strong> Dado que los aspirantes Maria Visitación Ramírez Rosselló, Marc Rafael Bujosa Bohm, Rosa Fuentes Sánchez, Manuel Sarmiento Berrocal, Jose Miguel Castillo Antequera, Maria Dolores Reina Quintana, Cristina Colomina Veny, Salvador Férreos Aguiló, Remedios del Cid Muñoz, Angel Antonio Diez Andres, Pere Salvà Cerdà y Maria de los Reyes Abinareta Ferrer en fecha 30/01/2024 (RGE. N.º 03920) respectivamente, presentaron <span style="color:#000000">su</span> renuncia.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Cuarto.-</strong> <span style="color:#000000">Visto</span> lo establecido en la base 15.3<em> «...cuando haya renuncias de aspirantes seleccionados antes del nombramiento o la toma de posesión, el tribunal elevará al órgano convocan</em><span style="color:#00000a"><em>te</em></span><em> una relación complementaria de los aspirantes que estén situados a continuación de las personas propuestas, por orden de puntuación, para su posible nombramiento como personal funcionario de carrera en sustitución de las que renuncien </em><span style="color:#00000a"><em>a</em></span><em> las plazas.»</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Quinto.-</strong> Visto el anuncio de la relación complementaria de las personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo por orden de prelación, realizado por el Tribunal el día 16 de noviembre de 2023 y publicado el mismo día. Resulta, <span style="color:#000000">de</span> conformidad con <span style="color:#000000">lo</span> previsto en la base 15.3, que el Sr. Jose Antonio Leon Trujillo, la Sra. font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Quinto</strong></span><strong>.-</strong> Dar traslado de esta Resolución al Pleno del Ayuntamiento, así como a la Unidad de Recursos Humanos <span style="color:#000000">para</span> su conocimiento y efectos. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><em>Contra esta resolución los interesados podrán interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante este Ayuntamiento, en el plazo de un mes a contar del día siguiente de la publicación, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</em></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
