&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con el artículo 30.26 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, tiene la competencia exclusiva en materias artísticas y culturales y en el fomento de la creación y la producción teatrales, musicales, cinematográficas y audiovisuales, literarias, de danza y de artes combinadas, así como la de realizar su difusión nacional e internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por otro lado, la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears también tiene la competencia exclusiva respecto de la protección y el fomento de la cultura autóctona y del legado histórico de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con el artículo 34 del Estatuto de Autonomía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así mismo, para reforzar y proteger al sector cultural, el Gobierno de las Illes Balears aprobó, por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 14 de octubre de 2020, declarar la cultura como un bien esencial para la sociedad y para el desarrollo integral de la personalidad individual y colectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como marco de referencia del patrimonio cultural inmaterial, se cuenta con la Ley 18/2019, de 8 de abril, de salvaguarda del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las Illes Balears, que indica, en el artículo 7, de actuaciones de las Administraciones Públicas, en su apartado&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&amp;nbsp;1, q&lt;/span&gt;ue constituye un deber de las Administraciones Públicas de las Illes Balears fomentar el patrimonio cultural inmaterial, en los marcos competenciales respectivos, para que este se manifieste plenamente en los ámbitos sociales y culturales de las Illes Balears, y se asegure, así, su pervivencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En la letra &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;el apartado 2 del mismo artículo 7, &lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f8f8"&gt;se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;se&lt;/span&gt;ñala que uno de los objetivos que deben perseguir las Administraciones Públicas es promover el conocimiento y el inventario de las manifestaciones, y también de los agentes portadores, ámbitos, bienes y creaciones, del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las islas de Mallorca, Menorca, &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Ibiz&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a y Fo&lt;/span&gt;rmentera; y en la le&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;tra&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f8f8"&gt;se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;indica que otro obje&lt;/span&gt;tivo es fomentar, a través de líneas de actuación y ayuda específicas, el intercambio y el conocimiento de las diferentes manifestaciones culturales inmateriales propias de cada isla o comunes a todas, así como la proyección exterior al resto de territorios d&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e habla catalana &lt;/span&gt;y al resto del Estado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para ello, se revitalizarán, potenciarán, prestigiarán y darán a conocer las diferentes manifestaciones del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las Illes Balears, que, como expone el artículo 3 de la Ley 18/2019, son las siguientes&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Formas de comunicación, tradiciones y expresiones orales y sus producciones, incluidas la lengua y sus modalidades y particularidades lingüísticas como vehículo del patrimonio cultural inmaterial, así como la toponimia tradicional como instrumento para la denominación geográfica del territorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; A&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ctividades productivas, procesos y técnicas artesanales tradicionales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Fiestas, creencias, rituales y ceremonias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Artes del espectáculo, representaciones, juegos y deportes tradicionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Manifestaciones sonoras, música, danzas y bailes tradicionales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;f) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Salud, alimentación, gastronomía y elaboraciones culinarias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Conocimientos y usos relacionados con la naturaleza y el universo, aprovechamientos específicos y percepción del territorio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;h)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Formas de sociabilidad colectiva y de organización social, así como los usos y las costumbres tradicionales y el derecho consuetudinario de cada una de las islas, incluida la tradición jurídica privativa propia de cada isla. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 94, de 10 de julio), modificado por el Decreto 16/2023, de 20 de julio, y el Decreto 17/2023, de 23 de agosto, y por el Decreto 1/2024, de 4 de enero, atribuye a la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, a través de la Dirección General de Cultura, las competencias, entre otras, de difusión y fomento de la cultura, y promoción de la cultura balear al exterior y del patrimonio cultural inmaterial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19 de abril de 2024 por &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el que se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; aprueba el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; para los ejercicios 2024-2026 (BOIB núm. 52, de 20 de abril), respecto al objetivo III, sobre la mejora de la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos, en el apartado III.7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;«&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Protección y fomento de la cultura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; prevé, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;en la línea III.7.1, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ayudas para apoyar la movilidad en la proyección exterior de las actividades y los proyectos que promuevan las diferentes manifestaciones del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las &lt;/span&gt;Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;establecidas en esta convocatoria no constituyen &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ayudas de estado en el sentido definido en el artículo 107 del Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea (TFUE), puesto que no falsean o amenazan de falsear la competencia, favoreciendo a determinadas empresas o producciones. Las ayudas incluidas en esta convocatoria se consideran compatibles con el mercado interior según la previsión del apartado 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de dicho artículo, puesto que están destinadas a la promoción y la difusión del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las Illes Balears. Igualmente, se circunscriben dentro del ámbito local, por lo que no alteran los intercambios&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;comerciales, ni tienen ningún efecto sobre la competencia ni el comercio entre los estados miembros. Además, estas ayudas están enmarcadas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dentro de una de las categorías compatibles con el mercado interior a que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;hace referencia el artículo 53 del Reglamento UE núm. 651/2014 de la Comisión, de 17 de junio de 2014, por el que se declaran determinadas categorías de ayudas compatibles con el mercado interior en aplicación de los artículos 107 y 108 del TFUE. Así mismo, tampoco están sometidas al régimen &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de minimis &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ni al marco nacional temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta resolución es convocar subvenciones de acuerdo con el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con el artículo 15 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y el artículo 4 de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura, previa fiscalización de la Intervención General de la Comunidad Autónoma, dicto la siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria de subvenciones para apoyar la movilidad en la proyección exterior de las actividades y de los proyectos que promuevan las diferentes manifestaciones del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las Illes Balears en &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2024&lt;/span&gt;, durante el periodo comprendido entre los&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; días&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1 de noviembre de 2023&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;y 15&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de octubre de 2024, de acuerdo con el anexo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Aprobar el presupuesto de esta convocatoria, que tiene un importe máximo de 60.000 euros, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 12401.455A01.48000.00 de la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes para 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Publicar esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;También podrá interponerse un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 10.1.&lt;em&gt;a )&lt;/em&gt; y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Palma, 3 de mayo de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta convocatoria tiene como objeto contribuir a la proyección exterior y ofrecer apoyo económico a la movilidad de las entidades sin ánimo de lucro de las Illes Balears que lleven a cabo actividades y proyectos que den a conocer, fomenten, difundan y promuevan las diferentes manifestaciones del patrimonio cultural inmate&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;rial de las I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;lles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Balears, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;que se concretan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;en particular, en los ámbitos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;expuestos en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;el artículo 3 de la Ley 18/2019,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de 8 de abril, de salvaguarda del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las Illes Balears, durante el periodo comprendido entre los días 1 de noviembre de 2023 y 15 de octubre de 2024, para fomentar el intercambio y la relación entre Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera, y entre las Illes Balears y el resto del territorio del Estado es&lt;/span&gt;pañol y el exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Actividades subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1. Se podrán solicitar subvenciones para el apoyo a la movilidad en las siguientes actividades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; El desplazamiento y estancia de personas y personal técnico para llevar a cabo actividades, proyectos o actuaciones en directo fuera de la isla de residencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; El desplazamiento y estancia de personas para participar en ferias, festivales, mercados populares y tradicionales, jornadas, presentaciones, muestras, encuentros, simposios, congresos, con o sin actuación en directo fuera de la isla de residencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; El desplazamiento y estancia de los representantes de las entidades para participar en ferias, festivales, mercados populares y tradicionales, jornadas, presentaciones, muestras, encuentros, simposios, congresos, sin actuación en directo o estand de promoción fuera de la isla de residencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; El desplazamiento y estancia de personas relacionadas con el ámbito del patrimonio cultural inmaterial para participar en estancias de formación o residencias culturales fuera de la isla de residencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; El desplazamiento y estancia de personas relacionadas con el ámbito del patrimonio cultural inmaterial para participar en concursos y audiciones fuera de la isla de residencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2. Solo serán subvencionables las actividades y proyectos que estén incluidos en la programación de acontecimientos relacionados con el ámbito del patrimonio cultural inmaterial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Gastos subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.1. Se incluirán exclusivamente los siguientes gastos, subvencionables, en cada caso, hasta el importe máximo estipulado en el punto 11 de esta convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;desplazamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de las personas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;que lleven a cabo la actividad, de la carga y hasta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; dos técnicos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Solo&lt;/span&gt; se aceptarán billetes &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e clase turista, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;econ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;mica o similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; El kilometraje en los desplazamientos por carretera que no se hagan en transporte público, con un precio máximo de 0,244944 euros por kilómetro. En este caso, el combustible y los peajes están incluidos dentro del precio del kilometraje. En la memoria descriptiva (anexo 4) se especificará la ruta concreta que se seguirá (origen y destino de cada trayecto) y el número de kilómetros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; El alquiler de vehículos para el desplazamiento. En este caso, se podrá incluir el kilometraje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;El alojamiento, siempre que se pueda justificar con facturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; El coste de las acreditaciones o inscripcione&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; feri&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;s, festivales, mercados populares y tradicionales, jornadas, muestras, encuentros, simposios y congresos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; La manutención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.2. Quedarán expresamente excluidos de la posibilidad de subvención los siguientes gastos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Las dietas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Los tiques de combustible y aparcamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; El transporte en avión en primera clase.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;Los gastos de desplazamiento y los derivados de actuaciones que se hagan dentro de la isla de residencia y el material promocional correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Los gastos derivados de actuaciones que se hagan en el circuito escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Los gastos derivados de actuaciones en acontecimientos de carácter benéfico o fuera de la programación de acontecimientos relacionados con el ámbito del patrimonio cultural inmaterial, y el material promocional correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Los gastos estructurales (compra de &lt;em&gt;software&lt;/em&gt; y &lt;em&gt;hardware&lt;/em&gt;, compra de instrumentos, alquiler de local de ensayo habitual, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#5983b0"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mp&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ue&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;st&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;indirectos, cuando sean susceptibles de recuperación o compensación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#5983b0"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los intereses deudores de las cuentas bancarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;k)&lt;/em&gt; Los gastos de procedimientos judiciales derivados de la actividad o proyecto subvencionado o qu&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;estén &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;relacionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Periodo subvencionable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El periodo subvencionable está comprendido entre los días 1 de noviembre de 2023 y 15 de octubre de 2024, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Crédito asignado e imputación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.1. El crédito asignado a esta convocatoria es de 60.000 euros, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 12401.455A01.48000.00 de la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes para 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.2. El importe consignado inicialmente podrá incrementarse, siempre que la disponibilidad presupuestaria lo permita, por medio de una resolu&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes. Esta a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;pliación, salvo que se establezca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de otr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;modo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, n&lt;/span&gt;o implicará necesariamente un nuevo plazo de presentación de solicitudes, y no afectará a la tramitación ordinaria de las solicitudes presentadas y no resueltas de forma expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.1. Podrán ser beneficiarias de la subvención a la movilidad las entidades sin ánimo de lucro, tales como asociaciones, fundaciones o cooperativas, que lleven a cabo la actividad subvencionada, o quien las representa, independientemente de su residencia fiscal, siempre que la finalidad de la subvención sea dar a conocer, fomentar, difundir y promocionar el patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las Illes Balears o sus portadores y su obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.2. En el caso de agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas sin personalidad, se harán constar de forma explícita, tanto en la solicitud como en la resolución de concesión, los compromisos de ejecución asumidos por cada miembro de la agrupación, así como el importe de la subvención que aplicará cada uno, que también tendrán la consideración de beneficiarios. En todo caso, se nombrará un representante o apoderado único de la agrupación, con poderes suficientes para&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; cumplir &lt;/span&gt;las obligaciones que, como beneficiaria, correspondan a la agrupación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.3. Quedarán excluidas como beneficiarias las personas físicas, las empresas privadas, las sociedades públicas, las entidades de derecho público y cualquier otra empresa u organización en la que participe alguna administración pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.4. No podrán ser beneficiarias de ayudas las siguientes entidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Las que incurran en cualquiera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de las prohibiciones establec&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;idas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el artículo 10 del Texto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;efundido de la Ley de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ubvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;egislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Las que hayan sido sancionadas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o condenadas en los últimos tres años por &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;haber&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ejercido o tolerado prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, sancionadas por una resolución administrativa firme o condenadas por una sentencia judicial firme&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de ac&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;uerd&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o con el artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 28 de julio, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;gualdad de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;M&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ujeres y Hombres. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Las que hayan sido sancionadas mediante una resolución firme con la pérdida de la posibilidad de obtener una subvención, de acuerdo con la Ley 8/2016, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 30 de mayo,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; para garantizar los derechos de lesbianas, ga&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s, trans, bisexual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s e intersexual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s y para &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;erradicar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la LGTBI-fobia, o cualquier otra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aplica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;tampoco &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;odrá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n ser beneficiarias de ayudas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entidades &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que cometan, inciten o promuevan LGTBI-fobia, incluyendo la promoción o realización de terapias de conversión, &lt;/span&gt;de acuerdo con el artículo 82 de la Ley 4/2023, de 28 de febrero, para la igualdad real y efectiva de las personas trans y para la garantía de los derechos de las personas LGTBI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Régimen de concesión de las subvenciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.1. Para la concesión de las subvenciones establecidas en esta convocatoria se aplicará un criterio de resolución por orden riguroso de entrada de las solicitudes en el registro del trámite específico disponible en la Sede Electrónica d&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Comuni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Aut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;noma &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;lles&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;alears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, en los &lt;/span&gt;términos del punto 9.1, dado que, de acuerdo con su naturaleza, no son necesarias la comparación ni la prelación de las solicitudes en un único procedimiento, según el artículo 6.3 de la Orden de la &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;conse&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;j&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;era de Educación y Cultura &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de 1 de julio de 2009&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;y el artículo 17.2 y 3 del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Texto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;efundido de la Ley de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ubvenciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de las I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;lles Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.2. No obstante,&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;en el supuesto de que la solicitud presentada s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ea&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; incompleta o no cumpl&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; los requisitos exigidos, l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a fecha de presentación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;subsanación será &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;la establec&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ida &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;l orden de prelación p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ara&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;resolver el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Importe de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;.1. El importe máximo total que podrá concederse, para esta convocatoria y por entidad solicitante, es de 6.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.2. Las subvenciones se concederán en función de los máximos establecidos en este apartado, siempre que los beneficiarios no hayan recibido ninguna otra subvención por el mismo concepto. En este último caso, el importe máximo objeto de la subvención variará en función de las demás subvenciones recibidas, en los términos del punto 17.1 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.3. Cada una de las entidades solicitantes podrá recibir apoyo para tres actividades de las que se incluyen en el punto 2.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.4. Con respecto a las actividades y los proyectos relacionados exclusivamente con la movilidad, las cantidades se otorgarán de acuerdo con lo indicado a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Para desplazamientos y estancias de personas y carga entre las Illes Balears:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.º Si se realiza una o más actividades en las Illes Balears fuera de la isla de residencia: un máximo de 60 euros por persona para el transporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.º Se prevé un máximo de 300 euros para transportar la carga o dos asientos extra para instrumentos o alquiler de instrumentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.º La cantidad otorgada aumentará de forma proporcional al número de personas que se desplacen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Seis o menos personas: el límite por salida no podrá exceder de los 1.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Entre siete y doce personas: no podrá exceder de los 2.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Trece o más personas: no podrá exceder de los 3.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;Para desplazamiento&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;y estancias &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de personas &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;y carga&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;con doble insularidad &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;en&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; las I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;lles&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Balears o desplazamiento y estancias de personas y carga &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;en la España peninsular&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.º Si se realiza una o más actividades en la misma población con doble insularidad en las Illes Balears o en la España peninsular: un máximo de 150 euros por persona para el transporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.º Si se realiza una o más actividades en diferentes poblaciones con doble insularidad en las Illes Balears o en la España peninsular: un máximo de 250 euros por persona para el transporte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.º Un máximo de 400 euros para transportar la carga o dos asientos extra para instrumentos o alquiler de instrumentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.º La cantidad otorgada aumentará de forma proporcional al número de personas que se desplacen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Seis o menos personas: el límite por salida no podrá exceder de los 2.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Entre siete y doce personas: no podrá exceder de los 3.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Trece o más personas: &lt;/span&gt;no p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;odrá exceder&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; los 4.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) Para desplazamientos y estancias de personas y carga &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;en&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; las &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;is&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Canarias &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;y en Europa&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.º Si se realiza una o más actividades en la misma población de las islas Canarias o de Europa: un máximo de 350 euros por persona para el transporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.º Si se realiza una o más actividades en diferentes poblaciones de las islas Canarias o de Europa: un máximo de 500 euros por persona para el transporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.º Un máximo de 500 euros para transportar la carga o dos asientos extra para instrumentos o alquiler de instrumentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.º La cantidad otorgada aumentará de forma proporcional al número de personas que se desplacen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Seis o menos personas: el límite por salida &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;no p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;odrá exceder&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de los 3.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Entre siete y doce personas: no podrá exceder&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Trece o más personas: no podrá exceder&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de los 5.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) Para desplazamientos y estancias de personas y carga fuera de Europa&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.º Si se realiza una o más actividades en la misma población de América, África, Asia u Oceanía: un máximo de 600 euros por persona para el desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.º Si se realiza una o más actividades en diferentes poblaciones de América, África, Asia u Oceanía: un máximo de 800 euros por persona para el desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.º Un máximo de 600 euros para transportar la carga o dos asientos extra para instrumentos o alquiler de instrumentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.º La cantidad otorgada aumentará de forma proporcional al número de personas que se desplacen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Entre siete y doce personas: no podrá exceder de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Trece o más personas: no podrá exceder de los 6.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) En todos los tipos de desplazamientos&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.º Para el alojamiento: 60 euros por persona y día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.º Para la manutención, si se realiza una o más actividades en la misma población: 25 euros por persona y día, hasta un máximo de 5 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.º Para la manutención, si se realiza una o más actividades en diferentes poblaciones: 25 euros por persona y día, hasta un máximo de 7 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.º&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Para la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;acreditación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ferias, festivales, mercados populares y tradicionales, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;jornadas, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;muestras, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;encuentros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, simposios, congresos o residencias culturales:&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;hasta dos acreditaciones por proyecto con un máximo de 150 euros por persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Instrucción del procedimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.1. El órgano competente para instruir el procedimiento es la directora general de Cultura, adscrita a la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, a quien corresponderá realizar de oficio todas las actuaciones que considere necesarias para determinar, conocer y comprobar los datos de cada solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.2. La instrucción del procedimiento se llevará a cabo de acuerdo con el artículo 16 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de las Illes Balears y el artículo 8 de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;12.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La directora &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;general de Cultura emitir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; las prop&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;uestas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de resolución &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de concesión o denegación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; subvenci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;on&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;que deberán&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; contener la relación de las entidades solicitantes propuestas como benefici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ri&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;s,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;el importe de la subvención &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;y la relación de las solicitudes denegadas con el motivo de la denegación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;También se inclu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;en su caso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, la relació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de solicitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;es inadmitidas y el motivo de inadmisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.4. La&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s propuestas de resolución se publicar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;án&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la página web de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dirección &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;G&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;eneral &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de Cultura para que las personas interesadas puedan formular alegaciones en un plazo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de diez &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;días &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;bil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;contar desde el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;día siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dicha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; publicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el caso de que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, tran&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;u&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;rrido este plazo, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entidad interesada no ha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; presentado alegaciones, se considerar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; que está conforme y se continuará el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Como aviso, y sin efectos de notificación, la Dirección General de Cultura comunicará a los interesados por vía telemática, a la dirección de correo electrónico indicada en la solicitud, la fecha y el enlace en que se haya publicado la propuesta de resolución de concesión o denegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vez publicadas las propuestas de resolución, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;as&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; entidades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; benefici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;arias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;deberán&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; comunicar al órgano instructor la aceptación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o la renuncia a la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; propuesta de resolución, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mediante el modelo normaliza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;do&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;anexo 6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;),&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;disponible dentro del trámite telemático correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.6. En cualquier caso, la aceptación se entenderá producida automáticamente si, en el plazo de diez días, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación o notificación, no se hace constar lo contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Resolución de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.1. El órgano competente para resolver la concesión de subvenciones en el marco de esta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; convocatoria es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;consejero de Turismo, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cultura y Deportes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de acuerdo con el artículo 10 de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 y en concordancia con el artículo 8 del Texto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;efundido de la Ley de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ubvenciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de las I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lles Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.2. La resolución de concesión o denegación ser&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; motivada y fijar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, con carácter definitivo, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la relación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de entidades beneficiarias, el importe de la subvención concedida &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y la relación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de las solicitudes denegadas con el motivo de la denegación, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;además de informar de los recursos administrativos pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Igualmente, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;se incluirá, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en su caso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, la relación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;definitiva &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de solicitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es inadmitidas y el motivo de inadmisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.3. Se prevé la posibilidad de dictar resoluciones parciales y sucesivas de concesión o denegación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, a medida que el órgano instructor formule las propuestas correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.4. Las solicitudes de subvenciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;podrán&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; resolver&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; individualmente, aunque no haya &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;finaliz&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ado el plazo de presentación, hasta que se agoten los créditos destinados a la convocatoria y, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en su caso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, hasta que se resuelvan todos los expedientes presentados dentro del plazo, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de acuerdo con el artículo 6.3 de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 y el artículo 17.3 del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Texto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;efundido de la Ley de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ubvenciones de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.5. El plazo para dictar y notificar la resolución de concesión o denegación s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;erá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de seis meses,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;contar desde el día siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;finalización&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes. Se ent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;nderán desestimadas las solicitudes no resueltas en el plazo indicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.6. La resolución se publicará en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;lles Balears&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Contra la resolución de concesión o denegación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de las subvenciones, que agota la vía administrativa, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;podrá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; interponer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; un recurso potestativo de reposición ante &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;consejero de Turismo, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cultura y Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en el plazo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de un mes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;contar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a partir del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;día siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al de su publicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ille&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;s Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 1 de octubre, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;rocedimiento &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dministrativo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;omún de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dministraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;También podrá interponer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de lo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ontencios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o-a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dministrativ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del Tribunal Superior de Justicia en el plazo de dos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;meses,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;contar a partir del día siguiente de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;su publicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de acuerdo con los artículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 10.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a )&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;J&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;urisdicción &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ontencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Justificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.1. Las entidades beneficiarias tendrán la obligación de justificar la aplicación de los fondos percibidos y el cumplimiento del resto de condiciones impuestas a la finalidad que haya servido de fundamento a la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.2. La subvención se justificará mediante la presentación de la cuenta justificativa &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;(anexo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, s&lt;/span&gt;uscrita por la entidad beneficiaria, con el siguiente contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Una memoria de actuación justificativa (anexo 8) del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas a la concesión de la subvención, en la que se manifiesten las actividades llevadas a cabo; el número de personas participantes; la ruta concreta que se ha realizado, con el origen y el destino de cada trayecto, y el número de kilómetros recorridos (si se ha realizado el desplazamiento en vehículo particular o alquilado); los resultados obtenidos, y los ingresos, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Una memoria económica justificativa (anexo 9) del coste de las actividades, que deberá contener una relación clasificada de los gastos de la actividad, con la identificación del acreedor y del documento, el importe, la fecha de emisión y la fecha de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Las facturas, que cumplirán los requisitos establecidos en el Reglamento por el que se regulan las obligaciones de facturación, aprobado por el Real Decreto 1619/2012, de 30 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La descripción de la operación aportará suficiente información sobre el concepto y el periodo objeto de facturación como para que se pueda verificar la relación del gasto con el objeto de la ayuda. En todo caso, deberá poderse verificar el precio unitario de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En las facturas de alojamiento y de acreditaciones o inscripciones, deberá quedar constancia de la relación de personas incluidas, en concordancia con la memoria justificativa. En las facturas de desplazamiento, además de lo indicado anteriormente, deberá quedar constancia del origen y destino del trayecto o recorrido. En caso de que no sea posible acreditar estos detalles, podrán sustituirse por una declaración responsable del representante de la entidad en la que figuren las personas incluidas y se declare que el importe de las facturas se corresponde con el número de personas de la memoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) El justificante de pago de todas las facturas, que podrá ser, según los casos, una copia de los siguientes documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.º El comprobante bancario, en el que figuren los siguientes datos: les datos del ordenante y del destinatario, que coincidirán con la entidad beneficiaria y con el emisor de la factura, respectivamente; el importe pagado; la fecha del pago; la identificación del concepto del pago para que quede identificado el pago de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.º Una copia del cheque nominativo, el pagaré nominativo, la letra de cambio o similar, siempre que estén vencidos, acompañada del correspondiente extracto bancario del beneficiario de la subvención que acredite el cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.º Si el pago se realiza con tarjeta de crédito o débito, se entregará una copia del recibo del pago y una copia del extracto bancario de la tarjeta en que figure el apunte del cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.º Para las facturas de un importe igual o inferior a 200 euros, IVA excluido, el pago podrá justificarse por medio de un recibo de pago del proveedor. En cualquier caso, se indicarán en la cuenta justificativa y se aportarán junto con las otras facturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) La acreditación fotográfica de la actividad, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Un ejemplar de los materiales gráficos elaborados o editados con motivo de la actividad subvencionada, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) La acreditación de la programación o de la asistencia a la actividad referida en el punto 9.2.e), en el caso de que no se haya presentado junto con la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Puede consultarse el siguiente cuadro resumen explicativo de los gastos subvencionables del punto 3 y de la documentación justificativa de este apartado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Las facturas y los justificantes de pagos se presentarán en el mismo orden en que figuren en la memoria económica justific&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ativa&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;(anexo 9).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.4. La cuenta justificativa y el resto de documentación deberán presentarse, en los términos del punto 9.1, en el plazo máximo de diez días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de la resolución de concesión en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;lle&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s Balears&lt;/em&gt;,&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;o, en caso de que la finalización de la actividad sea posterior a dicha publicación, en un máximo de diez días hábiles después de haber llevado a cabo la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así mismo, la cuenta justificativa y la documentación justificativa, mencionadas en el punto 14.2, podrán entregarse en el momento de presentar la solicitud, en caso de que se haya llevado a cabo la actividad antes de publicarse la resolución de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.5. En el supuesto de que la cuenta justificativa no incluya la información o documentación necesarias que se indican en el punto 14.2 anterior, el órgano instructor solicitará al beneficiario que subsane los defectos o aporte los documentos justificativos dentro de un plazo de diez días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción del requerimiento, con la advertencia de que, en caso de que no lo haga, no se efectuará el pago de los gastos justificados incorrectamente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;14.6. En caso de que el importe de las facturas presentadas sea inferior al gasto previsto en la relación de actividades o se presente documentación de gastos no subvencionables, el órgano instructor revisará y aminorará el importe solicitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;14.7. No se podrá abonar un importe superior al que se justifique mediante facturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.8. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo sin &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que se haya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; presentado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la cuenta justificativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;se requerir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; benefici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;para&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; que en el plazo improrrogable de quince &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;días &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; presente. La &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;falta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de presentación de la justificación en el plazo establecido en este apartado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;odrá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; dar lugar al inicio de un procedimiento de revocación de acuerdo con el artículo 43 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de las Illes Balears, y se p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;odrá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n exigir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el resto de responsabilidades establecidas en la normativa reguladora de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presentación de la justificación en el plazo adicional establecido en este apartado no eximirá a la persona beneficiaria de las sanciones que, de conformidad con&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; la Ley General de Subvencio&lt;/span&gt;nes, correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Pago&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.1. El pago de las subvenciones se efectuará una vez que quede acreditado el cumplimiento de la finalidad para la que se haya concedido la ayuda y una vez justificada correctamente la actividad subvencionada, en los términos de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.2. El pago se efectuará, &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;con carácter gener&lt;/span&gt;al, en un único pago, mediante una transferencia bancaria, en el plazo máximo de seis meses, a contar desde la fecha de entrada de la cuenta justificativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;16. Obligaciones de las entidades beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;16.1. Serán obligaciones de los beneficiarios, además de las establecidas en el artículo 11 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de las Illes Balears, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;Comunicar al órgano competente la aceptación o la renuncia de la propuesta de resolución, mediante el modelo normalizado (&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;anexo&lt;/span&gt; 6), tal y como está previsto en los pun&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;tos 12.5 y 12.6 de &lt;/span&gt;esta convocatoria. En cualquier caso, la aceptación se entenderá producida automáticamente si no se hace constar lo contrario en el plazo de diez días desde que se publique o notifique la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Acreditar, ante el órgano que les ha concedido la subvención, el cumplimiento efectivo de los requisitos y las condiciones que se exigen para la concesión de las ayuda&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;s y, en su caso, el &lt;/span&gt;mantenimiento de la actividad subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control que sean procedentes de las administraciones autonómica, estatal y comunitaria, la Sindicatura de Cuentas u otros órganos de control externo, y también facilitarles toda la información que requieran en relación con las subvenciones concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Hacer constar, siempre que sea posible, el apoyo de la Dirección General de Cultura de la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes en todos los materiales promocionales, programas, carteles y elementos propagandísticos y de comunicación de la actividad mediante el logotipo de la Dirección General de Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; En el supuesto de que no adopten las medidas de difusión del apartado anterior, justificarán la omisión en la memori&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;actuación ju&lt;/span&gt;stificativa (anexo 8). En caso contrario, será de aplicación lo establecido en &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;el artículo 20.3 de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Acreditar que están al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, y de las obligaciones tributarias ante la hacienda autonómica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Comunicar la obtención de otras subvenciones, ayudas o financiación para la misma finalidad, procedentes de cualquier administración pública o ente privado o público, tanto nacionales como extranjeros,&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; especificando la cuantía exacta, la procedencia y la finalidad de los fondos otorgados. Estos hechos podrán dar lugar a modificar la resolución de concesión de la subvención, según el artículo 24 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; No transferir a organizaciones intermediarias diferentes a las entidades beneficiarias y a los socios designados en el formulario los fondos otorgados, ni permitir que estas los gestionen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt; Comunicar cualquier eventualidad que altere o dificulte el desarrollo del proyecto subvencionado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; Informar en todo momento, a requerimiento de la Dirección General de Cultura, del estado de la justificación del proyecto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;16.2. En el supuesto de que no se hayan podido cumplir las comunicaciones o hacer constar el apoyo de la Dirección General de Cultura porque la acti&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;vi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; se haya &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;llevado a cabo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; en unas fechas en que no ha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; sido posible hacerlo p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;or&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; estar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;este hecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;condicionado a la fecha de publicación de la resolución de la convocatoria, no s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;erá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;n &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;aplica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; los puntos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; del apartado anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17. Concurrencia y compatibilidad de subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17.1. Esta subvención &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; compatible con otras subvenciones concedidas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a los beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; para la misma finalidad, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;salvo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; las que se indic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el punto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sin embargo, el importe derivado de la suma de todas las subvenciones no podrá ser de una cantidad que supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17.2. No podrán optar a estas subvenciones las actividades o los proyectos que obtengan una subvención por el mismo concepto del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos o de la misma Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17.3. Esta subvención es incompatible con las actividades que la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes o el Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos hayan organizado y financiado directamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18. Revocación y criterios de gradación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.1. De acuerdo con el artículo 43 del Texto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;efundido de la Ley de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ubvenciones de las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s Balears, corresponde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;rá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; revocar la subvención cuando, posteriormente a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;un&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a resolución de concesión válida y ajustada a derecho, el beneficiario incumpl&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos contraídos a los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; esté condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.2. Como consecuencia de la revocación de la subvención, quedará&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; sin efecto, total o parcialmente, el acto de concesión y corresponderá reintegrar las cantidades percibidas indebidamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.3. La gradación de posibles incumplimientos se determinar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;án&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en función d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;establec&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ido &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el artículo 20 de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19. Reintegro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19.1. Corresponderá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el reintegro, total o parcial, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cantidades recibidas y exigir el interés de demora desde el momento del pago de la subvención hasta la fecha de la resolución por la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; se aprueb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el reintegro, en los supuestos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;previstos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el artículo 44.1 del Texto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;efundido de la Ley de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ubvenciones de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19.2. Las cantidades reintegrables tendrá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;odrá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n ser exigidas por vía de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19.3. En caso de incumplimiento parcial o de justificación parcial, se deberá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; reintegrar la cantidad recibida mediante la aplicación de un porcentaje de aminoración y según la naturaleza del incumplimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19.4. En el supuesto de que la causa del reintegro sea&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la invalidez de la resolución de concesión, se revisar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; previamente esta resolución en los términos establecidos en el artículo 25 del Texto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;undido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de la Ley de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ubvencion&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de las I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y en el resto de disposiciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20. Responsabilidad y régimen sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20.1. La entidad beneficiaria de la subvención será la única responsable de realizar el proyecto que sea el fundamento de la concesión, en la forma y con las condiciones establecidas, así como de justificar los gastos que deriven de ejecutarlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20.2. Las entidades beneficiarias quedarán sometidas a las responsabilidades y al régimen sancionador establecidos en la normativa en materia de subvenciones sobre infracciones administrativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20.3. Constituirán infracciones administrativas en materia de subvenciones las acciones u omisiones de los beneficiarios previstas en los artículos 51, 52 y 53 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de las I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;lle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;s Balears&lt;/span&gt;, cuando intervenga dolo, culpa o simple negligencia, siendo de aplicación el título V de esta norma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;21. Normativa de aplicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta convocato&lt;/span&gt;ria se regirá por las bases reguladoras aprobadas mediante la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el Texto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;efundido de la Ley de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ubvenciones&lt;/span&gt; de las Illes Balears, aprobado por el Decreto L&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;egislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre&lt;/span&gt;; la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, y el resto de normativa comunitaria, estatal o autonómica de aplicación a las subvenciones otorgadas por la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;
