    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por Resolución de Alcaldía de fecha 2 de mayo de 2024, una vez concluido el proceso selectivo incoado por Resolución de Alcaldía n.º 2179, de fecha 27 de diciembre de 2022, (BOIB N.º 170 de día 30 de diciembre de 2022 y BOE N.º 29 de día 3 de febrero de 2023), en parte bastante se ha acordado lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía n.º 2022-2179, de fecha 27 de diciembre 2023 se aprobó la convocatoria y las bases que tienen que regir el proceso selectivo para cubrir con carácter de personal laboral fijo y por el sistema de concurso de méritos, dos (2) plazas de técnico/a auxiliar informático/a, del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida; y la constitución de una bolsa de trabajo (BOIB N.º 170 de día 30/09/2022 y BOE n.º 29 de día 03/02/2023). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Finalizado el proceso selectivo, se elevó a definitiva la valoración de los méritos de los aspirantes del Tribunal Calificador de día 17 de abril de 2024, dado que no se habían presentado alegaciones, proponiendo a esta Batlia la selección de los 2 aspirantes que habían quedado en primer lugar y la integración de la bolsa de trabajo allá indicada. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía n.º 2024-1040 de día 29 de abril de 2024, de día se dio por finalizado el proceso de selección para cubrir dos (2) plazas de técnico/a auxiliar informático/a, del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida, personal laboral fijo, se requirió a los aspirantes que ocupa los dos primeros lugares para que, en el plazo de 3 días hábiles, a contar desde el siguiente a la publicación de aquella resolución que aprobaba la calificación definitiva, presentaran la documentación necesaria por su nombramiento. Esta Resolución de Alcaldía fue publicada el mismo día 29 de abril. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En fecha 30/04/2024, mediante escrito con RGE 2024-E-RE-1838, el aspirante que ocupa el primer lugar ha cumplido con el requerimiento efectuado mediante aquella Resolución de Alcaldía y lo mismo ha hecho el aspirante que ocupa el segundo lugar mediante escrito con RGE 2024-E-RE-1853. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Realizar las contrataciones como personal laboral fijo del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida a favor de las dos personas que a continuación se indican para ocupar una plaza de técnico/a auxiliar informático/a, del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida, después de ganar el proceso selectivo convocado (BOIB N.º 170 de día 30/09/2022 y BOE n.º 29 de día 03/02/2023):&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el nombramiento en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares en el tablón de anuncios electrónico de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento https://ajsantamargalida.sedelectronica.es/info.0 y al Portal de Transparencia https://ajsantamargalida.sedelectronica.es/transparency/6afb04e7-915f-4438-84d4-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Comunicar al Registro de Personal, a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Proporcionar la información estadística correspondiente a los resultados del proceso de estabilización de ocupación temporal a través del Sistema de Información Salarial del Personal de la Administración.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Informar a la representación legal de los empleados del nombramiento, a los efectos que procedan.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
