font-size:12px">Mediante resolución de Alcaldía n.º 2024/1145, de 30 de abril de 2024, se ha aprobado la relación de los aspirantes aprobados en el procedimiento para el acceso como funcionarios en prácticas, técnicos de la administración general, del ayuntamiento de Alcúdia.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; TAG del área de Contratación, código F00060011.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercero.-</strong> Requerir a las personas aspirantes aprobadas que figuran en la relación anterior porque en un plazo de veinte días hábiles desde la fecha de la publicación de la aprobación de la presente relación en el *BOIB, presenten en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia o en cualquier otra de las formas que establece el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, la documentación que se establece en la base octava de las que regulan la convocatoria y que no abre en poder del Ayuntamiento. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Así mismo, tendrán que comunicar la orden de preferencia de los puestos de trabajo ofrecidos.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Cuarto.-</strong> En el supuesto de que uno o varios aspirantes propuestos no reúnan los requisitos exigidos, o no los acrediten en el plazo establecido, la Alcaldía acordará su exclusión y procederá a proponer el nombramiento del aspirante o aspirantes siguientes por orden de puntuación en el concurso-oposición, si hubiera, de acuerdo con la anterior propuesta del Tribunal. En caso de que no existiera cabe otro aspirante que hubiera superado la fase de oposición, se declararía desierta la convocatoria por dicha plaza. La adjudicación de los puestos de trabajo se hará por orden de prelación, atendiendo a las preferencias de las personas seleccionadas.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Quinto.</strong>- Publicar esta Resolución en el tablón electrónico de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></span></p> ]] es
