&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En fecha 18 de junio de 2022 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 79 el Acuerdo del patronato de la FISE por el que se aprueba la oferta pública de estabilización para el año 2022. En esta publicación se establecían como oferta pública de estabilización por la vía de Concurso de méritos (DA 6a y DA 8a de la Ley 20/2021) un total de 19 plazas de la categoría/especialidad Educador/a de centro y 22 plazas de la categoría/especialidad Educador/a social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El 30 de diciembre de 2022 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 170 la Resolución de la gerente de la FISE por la que se aprueba la convocatoria del proceso excepcional de estabilización por concurso extraordinario de méritos&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral de la Fundación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En fecha 24 de enero de 2024 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 11 la Resolución de la gerente de la FISE por la que se corrige un error detectado en el Anexo 1 de la convocatoria del proceso excepcional de estabilización para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral de la FISE. En esta resolución se corregía la anterior publicación, ya que por error se había convocado una plaza por la vía del turno de discapacidad a la especialidad de Educador/a de Centro cuando realmente debía corresponder a la especialidad de Educador/a Social. Sin embargo, la corrección no fue completa, ya que no se modificaron los totales del turno libre ordinario que, respetando lo determinado por el Patronato, también se veían afectados por la corrección, y que en la especialidad de Educador de Centro debían ser 19 (y no 18) y en la especialidad de Educador/a Social debían ser 21 (y no 22).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común, las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos de sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Asimismo, el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de Illes Balears, dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actas y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Dado lo anterior, y teniendo en cuenta que la resolución mencionada, de 30 de diciembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 170) todavía produce efectos, por cuanto el proceso excepcional de estabilización por concurso extraordinario de méritos todavía no ha finalizado, y se ha detectado en estos momentos la incompleta enmienda del error material, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Rectificar el error material advertido en el anexo 1 (Plazas convocadas) de la convocatoria del proceso excepcional de estabilización por concurso extraordinario de méritos para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral de la Fundación, publicada el 30 de diciembre de 2022 ( BOIB núm. 170), la cual había sido subsanada de forma incompleta el día 24 de enero de 2024 (BOIB núm. 11), en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
