&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APROBAR&lt;/strong&gt; el listado definitivo de personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de &lt;strong&gt;6 plazas de Oficial segunda (nivel 16) (CONLA17, grupo C2) &lt;/strong&gt;de&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;la convocatoria del proceso excepcional de estabilización por concurso extraordinario de méritos para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral fijo del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Decreto se publicó en el tablón de anuncios y en la web del Consell Insular de Formentera en fecha 31 de enero del 2024:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se hace público que el Presidente del Consell Insular de Formentera, en fecha 24 de abril de 2024, dictó, entre otros, el siguiente Decreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el Decreto de Presidencia de fecha 26 de enero de 2024, donde se aprobó, entre otros, el listado de personas que han superado el proceso, se propuso el nombramiento como &lt;strong&gt;Oficial segunda (nivel 16)&lt;/strong&gt; a las &lt;strong&gt;cinco&lt;/strong&gt; primeras personas de la lista de aprobados, y se les requirió la presentación de documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- CONTRATAR&lt;/strong&gt; a las siguientes personas aspirantes como &lt;strong&gt;Oficial segunda (nivel 16)&lt;/strong&gt;, de la escala de la administración especial (&lt;strong&gt;CONLA17, grupo C2&lt;/strong&gt;), mediante contrato de personal laboral fijo, por haber superado el procedimiento excepcional de estabilización por concurso extraordinario de méritos para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral de la administración especial del Consell Insular de Formentera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SR. FRANCISCO JAVIER FERRER CERDA. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SR. IGNACIO JAVIER CANET FERRER. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- ORDENAR&lt;/strong&gt; la publicación del presente Decreto de Presidencia al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, a los efectos oportunos. Las personas nombradas dispondrán de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente en la publicación, para el juramento o promesa y la toma de posesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
