    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa de fecha 29 de abril de 2024 se ha aprobado inicialmente el siguiente proyecto: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Proyecto básico y ejecución de Rehabilitación de edificio plurifamiliar de viviendas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; redactado por el Sr. David Calvo Cubero, Arquitecto colegiado en el Colegio Oficial de arquitectos de las Islas Balears núm. 327.409, con visado núm. d 13/00629/24 – 17/04/2024 y un precio de ejecución sin IVA de 2.355.704,33€ (dos millones trescientos cincuenta y cinco mil setecientos cuatro euros con treinta y tres céntimos) más 494.697,91€ (cuatrocientos noventa y cuatro con seiscientos noventa y siete euros con noventa y un céntimos) correspondiente al 21% de IVA y un total de 2.850.402,24€ (dos millones ochocientos cincuenta mil cuatrocientos dos euros con veinticuatro céntimos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El mencionado proyecto permanecerá en exposición pública en los Servicios Técnicos del Departamento de Presidencia, Hacienda, Gestión Económica y Deportes de este Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa (Avda. España, núm. 49, ciudad de Ibiza) por un plazo de 20 días, todo en conformidad con el artículo 93 del RD Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, y el artículo 83.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (LPAC). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Transcurrido dicho plazo sin que se hayan presentado alegaciones ni reclamaciones, se entenderá aprobado definitivamente el proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
