&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HAGO SABER:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Que el pasado &lt;strong&gt;24/04/2024,&lt;/strong&gt; finalizó el nombramiento del actual Juez de Paz Sustituto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Que corresponde al Pleno del Ayuntamiento escoger a la persona para ser nombrada Juez de Paz del Municipio de Selva, conforme lo dispuesto en los artículos 101 y 102 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de Julio, del Poder Judicial y artículo 4 y 5.1 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de Junio , de los Jueces de Paz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Que se abre un &lt;strong&gt;plazo de quince días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt; para que las personas que estén interesadas, y reúnan las condiciones legales puedan solicitarlo mediante un escrito dirigido a esta Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Las solicitudes se presentaran en el Registro de Entrada de este Ayuntamiento o mediante el procedimiento que regula el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de Octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El modelo de instancia se encuentra a disposición de los interesados en las dependencias municipales de la Corporación donde podrán ser presentadas dentro del plazo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Que en el cao de no presentarse solicitudes, el Pleno de la Corporación elegirá libremente, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 101.1 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de Julio, del Poder Judicial y los artículos 4 y 6 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de Junio, de los Jueces de Paz, comunicando el Acuerdo al Juzgado de Primera Instancia del partido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Lo que se publica para el general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
