&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 25 de septiembre de 2023 (BOIB núm. 134, de 30 de septiembre), autorizó la apertura y el funcionamiento del centro incompleto de educación infantil de primer ciclo CEI Escoleta la Purísima, de Palma. Con esta autorización, el centro quedó configurado de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Educación infantil de primer ciclo: 2 unidades y un máximo de 28 plazas escolares, distribuidas de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- 1 unidad mixta de 0 a 2 años, con un máximo de 10 plazas escolares según tabla de ratios del Decreto 23/2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- 1 unidad de 2 a 3 años y 18 plazas escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. La Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 4 de abril de 2024 (BOIB núm. 46, de 6 de abril) autorizó a cinco centros privados concertados con enseñanzas de régimen general (CC), cuyos titulares eran a la vez titulares de un centro de educación infantil de primer ciclo (CEI), el traslado de las unidades autorizadas de educación infantil de primer ciclo, del CEI al CC, la supresión del código y la extinción del centro de educación infantil de primer ciclo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Como consecuencia de esta autorización se extinguió el CEI Escoleta la Purísima y su código. Las unidades que tenían autorizadas pasaron al CC La Purísima, que quedó de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Educación infantil de primer ciclo: 2 unidades y 28 plazas escolares, distribuidas de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- 1 unidad mixta de 0 a 2 años con un máximo de 10 plazas escolares según tabla&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;de ratios del Decreto 23/2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- 1 unidad de 2 a 3 años y 18 plazas escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Educación infantil de segundo ciclo: 6 unidades y 120 plazas escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Educación primaria: 12 unidades y 300 plazas escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Educación secundaria obligatoria: 4 unidades y 120 plazas escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Educación especial para alumnos con discapacidad auditiva:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Educación especial infantil (EEI): 1 unidad y 6-8 plazas por unidad autorizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Educación especial básica obligatoria (EEB): 7 unidades y 6-8 plazas por unidad autorizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Transición a la vida adulta (TVA): 2 unidades y 10-13 plazas por unidad autorizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Formación Profesional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Estudios de la familia profesional de Administración y gestión (ADG):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Título Profesional Básico en Servicios administrativos (ADG11), taller específico: 1 unidad (2 grupos: 1º y 2º) y capacidad máxima de 15 plazas por grupo autorizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Estudios de la familia profesional de Servicios socioculturales y en la comunidad&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;(SSC):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- CFGM Técnico en atención a personas en situación de dependencia (SSC21): 1 unidad (2 grupos: 1º y 2º) y 20 plazas escolares por grupo en horario de mañana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- CFGS Técnico superior en educación infantil (SSC31): 1 unidad (2 grupos: 1º y 2º) y 20 plazas escolares por grupo en horario de tarde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. El 9 de enero de 2024, (GOIBE11032/2024), y el 12 de febrero de 2024, (GOIBE85529/2024), el representante de la Fundación Educativa Franciscanas de la Inmaculada, con CIF R2802525B, titular del CEI Escoleta La Purísima y del CC La Purísima presentó una solicitud para la modificación de la configuración del CEI Escoleta la Purísima, mediante el aumento de una unidad de educación infantil de 1r ciclo (2-3 años). Los documentos aportados fueron los planos con la distribución de las tres unidades del primer ciclo de educación infantil y la indicación de la zona de descanso en la unidad 0-1 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. El 12 de febrero de 2024, el Instituto para la Educación de la Primera Infancia (&lt;em&gt;en adelante &lt;/em&gt;IEPI) emitió un informe &lt;strong&gt;favorable condicionado &lt;/strong&gt;de la configuración solicitada. Este informe especificaba que debía presentarse la documentación con firma electrónica válida de un técnico competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:.0001pt; margin-left:14.2pt; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. El 5 de marzo de 2024 (GOIBE136605/2024), el representante de la Fundación Educativa Franciscanas de la Inmaculada, presentó un nuevo plano de ubicación del aula de 0-1 año, firmado por el técnico competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. El 15 de marzo de 2024 (GOIBE165636/2024), el representante de la Fundación Educativa Franciscanas de la Inmaculada, presentó una nota explicativa en la que especificaba que la solicitud de modificación de la configuración presentada día 8 de enero de 2024 era por tener una unidad de todo el ciclo de educación infantil de primer ciclo: una unidad de 0-1 años, una unidad de 1-2 años y una unidad de 2-3 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. Como consecuencia de la extinción del CEI Escoleta la Purísima y del traslado de las unidades que tenía autorizadas al CC La Purísima, por la Resolución de 4 de abril de 2024, mencionada en el punto 2, la solicitud que se había hecho el 9 de enero de 2024 (GOIBE11032/2024) de la modificación de la configuración con la ampliación de una unidad más de educación infantil de primer ciclo debe aplicarse en el CC La Purísima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8. El 2 de abril de 2024 el representante del CC La Purísima solicitó la visita de obras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9 . El 15 de abril de 2024, el arquitecto del IEPI emitió un informe favorable de la visita realizada el día 5 de abril de 2024. Este&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;informe especificaba que el aula de 0-1 año, no entrará en funcionamiento hasta el inicio del curso 2024-2025 y por tanto continuará como espacio de actividades múltiples hasta el 1 de septiembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:6pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10. El 17 de abril de 2024, el representante del centro CC La Purísima, presentó el compromiso de aportar las titulaciones del personal docente que estará a cargo de la unidad mixta de 0-1 año solicitada antes del inicio de la actividad lectiva en el aula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:7.1pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11. El 19 de abril de 2024, la jefa del Departamento de Planificación y Centros emitió un informe favorable sobre la modificación de la configuración, con el aumento de una unidad de educación infantil en primer ciclo del centro privado concertado La Purísima, y que se había informado favorablemente por el IEPI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;12. El 23 de abril de 2024, la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas, propuso la autorización de la modificación de la configuración, con el aumento de una unidad de educación infantil en primer ciclo, de 0-1 año, del centro privado concertado La Purísima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La Ley Orgánica 8/1985, de 3 de julio, reguladora del derecho a la Educación (BOE núm. 159, de 4 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La Ley Orgánica 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre, (BOE núm. 340, de 30 de diciembre), por la que se modifica la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación, (BOIB núm. 106, de 4 de mayo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 44, de 3 de abril).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Decreto ley 5/2023, de 28 de agosto, de medidas urgentes en el ámbito educativo y en el sanitario (BOIB núm. 120, de 29 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de Educación de las Illes Balears, que establece en el artículo 102 de creación de centros, que la creación, la supresión y la transformación de centros privados deben someterse en la autorización administrativa correspondiente (BOIB núm. 38, de 17 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Decreto 23/2020 de 31 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Texto consolidado del Decreto por el que se establecen los requisitos mínimos de los centros de primer ciclo de educación infantil (BOIB núm. 135, de 1 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 8 de marzo de 2018 por la que se fijan las titulaciones que hay que tener para dar clases de y en lengua catalana, propia de las Illes Balears, en la enseñanza reglada no universitaria, se establecen sus equivalencias, se define el Plan de Formación Lingüística y Cultural (FOLC), se regulan las condiciones de la exención de la evaluación de la lengua catalana y literatura en enseñanzas no universitarias y se determinan las funciones y la composición de la Comisión Técnica de Asesoramiento para la Enseñanza de y en Lengua Catalana (BOIB núm. 38, de 27 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidad de día 28 de mayo de 2018 por la que se aprueban las instrucciones que establecen las condiciones para obtener la equivalencia del certificado de capacitación para la enseñanza en lengua catalana en el primer ciclo de la educación infantil (CCI) con la titulación de técnico superior en Educación Infantil (BOIB núm. 68, de 2 de junio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9. El Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero (BOE núm. 52, de 1 de marzo), que establece, en el artículo 36.2, que , en materia de enseñanza, corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears la competencia de desarrollo legislativo y de ejecución de la enseñanza en toda su extensión, niveles y grados, modalidades y especialidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decreto 1/2024, de 4 de enero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se modifica el Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura Orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 16/2023, de 20 de julio, y por el Decreto 17/2023, de 23 de agosto. (BOIB núm. 3, de 5 de enero).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo ello, y de acuerdo con la propuesta formulada por la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas con fecha 23 de abril de 2024, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
