&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;APROBACIÓN DE LA LISTA DEFINITIVA DE PERSONAS ASPIRANTES QUE HAN SUPERADO EL PROCESO SELECTIVO DE ESTABILIZACIÓN POR EL SISTEMA DE CONCURSO-OPOSICIÓN PARA CUBRIR UNA PLAZA DE AUXILIAR ADMINISTRATIVO/IVA PERSONAL FUNCIONARIO DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN GENERAL DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE SANTANYÍ (DERIVADA DE LA LEY 20/2021, DE 28 DE DICIEMBRE, DE MEDIDAS URGENTES PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE LA TEMPORALIDAD EN EL EMPLEO PÚBLICO) &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decreto&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En la villa de Santanyí, la Alcaldesa que suscribe, Sra.&lt;span style="color: rgb(60, 64, 67)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Maria C. Pons Monserrat, en presencia del secretario de la Corporación, dicta lo siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. En fecha 10 de diciembre de 2022 se publicaron en el BOIB núm.&lt;span style="color: rgb(60, 64, 67)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;160 las bases de la convocatoria del proceso de estabilización por concurso-oposición para cubrir siete plazas de personal funcionario de la Administración general y especial del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, y el anuncio en el BOE núm.&lt;span style="color: rgb(60, 64, 67)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;307, de 23 de diciembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Una de estas siete plazas es de auxiliar administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. En fecha 24 de marzo de 2023, se publicó la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas al mismo proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. En fecha 29 noviembre de 2023, se publicó la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas a la misma convocatoria, así como el acta provisional de los méritos alegados en la hoja de autobaremación, en la que se otorgaba un plazo de siete días hábiles para subsanar errores de hecho, materiales o aritméticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. En fecha 13 de enero de 2024 se llevó a cabo el examen tipo test de la fase de oposición. 6. En fecha 15 de enero de 2024 el tribunal publicó el acta de confección de la lista provisional de puntuaciones obtenidas en la fase de oposición, otorgando un plazo de siete días hábiles para presentar reclamaciones y/o por solicitar la revisión del examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. En fecha 01 de febrero de 2024 el tribunal publicó el acta de aprobación definitiva de puntuaciones obtenidas en la fase de oposición de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8. En fecha 14 de febrero de 2024, se ha publicado el acta del tribunal de aprobación de las correcciones de enmiendas de la lista provisional de los méritos alegados, y en fecha 16 de febrero la Resolución de alcaldía que aprueba la lista definitiva de méritos alegados de acuerdo con la autobaremación aportada y de personas aspirantes que han superado el ejercicio de la fase de oposición de este proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9. En fecha 20 de febrero de 2024, se publicó la lista informativa del orden de las personas aspirantes de acuerdo con la puntuación de la fase de oposición y la puntuación alegada en la declaración responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;10. En fecha 6 de marzo de 2024, el tribunal publicó el acta de comprobación de los méritos y de aprobación de la lista provisional de las puntuaciones obtenidas por las personas aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;11. En fecha 3 de abril de 2024, se ha publicado el acta de elevación de la lista provisional a definitiva de las puntuaciones obtenidas por las personas aspirantes con la propuesta de su aprobación por la alcaldesa, de la convocatoria del proceso de estabilización por concurso-oposición para cubrir una plaza de auxiliar administrativo/iva, grupo C, subgrupo C2, del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Base 16.1 de la convocatoria del proceso de estabilización por concurso-oposición para cubrir siete plazas de personal funcionario de la Administración general y especial del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
