![CDATA[Resolución de la Autoridad Portuaria de Baleares por la que se aprueban nuevas tarifas portuarias en contraprestación por los servicios especiales de personal y medios materiales (T9)]] 2024-04-27 CAIB 19535 2024-04-27 685682 750 text/html CAIB CAIB es 19536 es ![CDATA[<p><span style="color:black; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">El&nbsp; Consejo&nbsp; de&nbsp; Administración&nbsp; de&nbsp; la&nbsp; Autoridad&nbsp; Portuaria&nbsp; de Baleares, en&nbsp; la&nbsp; sesión&nbsp; celebrada&nbsp; el&nbsp; día 18 de abril de 2024, en&nbsp; relación&nbsp; al punto 8 del&nbsp; Orden&nbsp; del&nbsp; día “Propuesta de nuevas tarifas portuarias en contraprestación por los los servicios especiales de personal y medios materiales (T9)”, entre otros, ha adoptado los siguientes Acuerdos:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><em>“- Aprobar la inclusión de las cuantías y títulos de las publicaciones de aplicación en la tarifa por servicios diversos prestados por la APB, conforme al Anexo adjunto, que entrarán en vigor el primer día hábil siguiente a la fecha de publicación.</em></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><em>- Estas tarifas se revisarán en función de la variación que pueda experimentar el coste del servicio en los años sucesivos, así como de nuevas publicaciones que puedan surgir.</em><span style="color:black; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">”</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>ANEXO</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong><span style="line-height:115%">TARIFA T-9: SERVICIOS DIVERSOS</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong><span style="line-height:115%">T.9.1.16. TARIFA POR SERVICIOS ESPECIALES DE PERSONAL Y MEDIOS MATERIALES.</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">1.- El servicio consiste en la prestación de apoyo al usuario para la realización de operaciones concretas dentro de la zona de servicio, facilitando los medios que la Autoridad Portuaria considere adecuados.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">2.- La prestación del servicio quedará limitada por la disponibilidad de los&nbsp; medios&nbsp; requeridos.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
