&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mediante Decreto dictado día 12 de julio de 2023 la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca (BOIB núm.97, de 13 de julio de 2023), modificado por el Decreto de día 21 de agosto de 2023 (BOIB núm.117 de 24 de agosto de 2023), por el Decreto de día 24 de octubre de 2023 (BOIB núm.145 de día 26 de octubre de 2023) y por el Decreto de 27 de octubre de 2023 (BOIB núm.148,&amp;nbsp;de 31 de octubre de 2023) se crearon las direcciones insulares y las secretarías técnicas en que se estructuran los departamentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El consejero ejecutivo de Territorio, Movilidad e Infraestructuras, el día 24 de abril de 2024, ha propuesto modificar la estructura de su departamento, en el sentido de que la Dirección Insular de Actividades asumirá la competencia de movilidad de manera que las direcciones insulares quedarán de la siguiente manera: la Dirección Insular de Infraestructuras y Movilidad pasará denominarse Dirección Insular de Infraestructuras y de Inspección Técnica de Vehículos y la Dirección Insular de Actividades a denominarse Dirección Insular de Movilidad y de Actividades.&amp;nbsp;La modificación propuesta no afecta a los nombramientos de los titulares de las direcciones insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos jurídicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 21.1.g) y 31 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, corresponde a la Presidencia del Consejo dictar los decretos de creación y extinción de los departamentos insulares en que se organiza para el ejercicio de competencias que corresponden a los diferentes sectores funcionales homogéneos de la actividad administrativa de la institución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Modificar el Decreto de 12 de julio de 2023 (BOIB nº 97, de 13 de julio de 2023), modificado por el Decreto de día 21 de agosto de 2023 (BOIB núm.117 de 24 de agosto de 2023), por el Decreto de día 24 de octubre de 2023 (BOIB núm.145 de día 26 de octubre de 2023) y por el Decreto de 27 de octubre de 2023 (BOIB núm.148,&amp;nbsp;de 31 de octubre de 2023), en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Dirección Insular de Infraestructuras y Movilidad pasa a denominarse Dirección Insular de Infraestructuras y de Inspección Técnica de Vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Dirección Insular de Actividades pasa a denominarse Dirección Insular de Movilidad y de Actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Publicar este Decreto en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que entrará en vigor el mismo día en que se publique.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Publicar este Decreto en la Sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Derogar todas las disposiciones de rango igual o inferior que se oponen a lo establecido en este Decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
