&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. En fecha 18 de abril de 2024 se ha publicado en el BOIB nº. 51 la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas por la que se nombran funcionarios de carrera del concurso extraordinario de méritos del cuerpo facultativo superior de la Administración especial a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (excepto especialidad geografía) y se les adjudica un puesto de trabajo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Se han detectado errores en la transcripción de los nombres de varias personas en el nombramiento y en la adjudicación del puesto del cuerpo facultativo superior, escala humanística y de ciencias sociales, especialidad técnico en empleo y mercado de trabajo que se deben corregir. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que éstas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio oa instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos que existan en sus actos. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Por otra parte, el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativos corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o disposición. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (modificado por Decreto 16/2023, de 20 de julio y Decreto 17/2023, de 23 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Corregir los errores advertidos en las transcripciones de los nombres de varias personas en los nombramientos y adjudicación de puestos de trabajo del cuerpo facultativo superior, escala humanística y de ciencias sociales, especialidad técnico en empleo y mercado de trabajo en los siguientes términos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Nombrar personal funcionario de carrera de los cuerpos facultativos superiores de la Administración especial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (excepto la especialidad de geografía) a las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, en el Portal del Opositor y en la sede electrónica de la Administración de la CAIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del siguiente a su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;También se puede interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears, en el plazo de dos meses a contar a partir del siguiente a la publicación de la resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 8.2 y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
