    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Maó, en sesión ordinaria realizada el día 21/02/2022, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APROBAR LAS BASES REGULADORAS Y CONVOCATORIA PARA LA AUTORIZACIÓN DE USO PRIVATIVO DE PARCELAS DISPONIBLES DE LOS HUERTOS URBANOS ECOLÓGICOS MUNICIPALES &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De dicho acuerdo resulta la siguiente transcripción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;BASES REGULADORAS Y CONVOCATORIA PARA LA AUTORIZACIÓN DE USO PRIVATIVO DE PARCELAS DE LOS HUERTOS URBANOS ECOLÓGICOS MUNICIPALES 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estas bases tienen la finalidad de regular el régimen jurídico de la convocatoria 2024 de otorgamiento de autorizaciones de uso privativo del dominio público, destinadas al proyecto de huertos urbanos ecológicos de Maó. Regulan, por tanto, los derechos y las obligaciones que deben cumplir las personas beneficiarias de estas autorizaciones y su régimen de licitación y adjudicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los huertos urbanos son recintos de titularidad municipal, situados en el camino de Santa Maria, en Sínia Costabella y el camino d'en Guixó, respectivamente. Las personas usuarias podrán optar a una parcela para cultivar en ella, solo para autoconsumo, mediante técnicas de agricultura ecológica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Naturaleza jurídica de la autorización&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las autorizaciones municipales otorgadas en virtud de estas bases tendrán la naturaleza de uso privativo del dominio público, según la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La autorización se otorga dejando de lado el derecho de propiedad; por tanto, no supone la transmisión del dominio de la parcela de huerto utilizada, que continuará siendo propiedad del Ayuntamiento de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las autorizaciones otorgadas tienen carácter personal; las personas titulares no podrán, en ningún caso, ceder, enajenar, gravar o disponer —a título oneroso o gratuito— los derechos que se deriven de la autorización de uso, ni transmitirla a terceras personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Características de las parcelas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cada recinto de huertos consiste en un conjunto de parcelas de entre 27 y 45 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt; de superficie, aproximadamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los recintos cuentan con una caseta de uso comunitario, algunas herramientas de uso común a disposición de las personas usuarias, acceso a cada parcela y tomas de agua individuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas usuarias podrán cultivar las parcelas asignadas sólo para el autoconsumo y siempre mediante técnicas de agricultura ecológica. En las mismas se podrá cultivar cualquier variedad de fruta, verdura, legumbres, plantas aromáticas y medicinales o plantas ornamentales de flor, siempre conforme a las normas de uso vigentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Parcelas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En total, hay &lt;strong&gt;88 parcelas&lt;/strong&gt; disponibles para esta convocatoria, todas en el recinto del camino d'en Guixó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La convocatoria regula la concesión de todas las plazas disponibles en el camino d'en Guixó y crea una bolsa de personas interesadas a quienes asignar parcelas de cualesquiera de los tres recintos, en caso de renuncias y nuevas plazas libres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Personas beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Podrán ser beneficiarias de las parcelas las personas que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contar con DNI/NIE vigente y estar actualmente empadronadas en el municipio, con una antigüedad mínima de un año (ininterrumpido).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presentar una única solicitud por unidad de convivencia (se entiende como unidad de convivencia el total de personas empadronadas que conviven en un mismo domicilio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No disponer, ni la persona solicitante ni ningún otro miembro de la unidad familiar, del uso de ninguna parcela agrícola o terreno de cultivo, de titularidad propia o de alquiler, o de otra parcela de los huertos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tener las capacidades y aptitudes físicas y psíquicas necesarias para ejercer las funciones derivadas del huerto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será de 15 días naturales, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de la convocatoria de las presentes bases en el diario oficial de la provincia (BOIB) y en el sitio web del Ayuntamiento de Maó. El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será improrrogable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Forma de presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas físicas podrán presentar la solicitud telemáticamente (www.ajmao.org y www.carpetaciutadana.org) o bien, presencialmente, en la Oficina de Atención Ciudadana del Ayuntamiento de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas interesadas pueden acogerse a lo que recoge el art. 28.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, en relación al hecho de no presentar documentos que ya figuren en poder del Ayuntamiento o de cualquier Administración pública. A estos efectos, la persona interesada deberá autorizar individualmente qué servicio de consulta y ante qué órgano administrativo, y el Ayuntamiento deberá recabarlos electrónicamente a través de sus redes corporativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En los supuestos de imposibilidad material de obtener la documentación o cuando esta deba subsanarse, el Ayuntamiento de Maó, con anterioridad a la formulación de la propuesta de resolución, requerirá a la persona interesada para que aporte aquella o para que subsane el defecto/s dentro del plazo de diez días que deberá conceder, a estos efectos, el órgano administrativo, o de un plazo superior cuando las circunstancias del caso así lo requieran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Procedimiento de adjudicación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, el órgano competente para la instrucción del procedimiento realizará de oficio todas aquellas actuaciones que considere necesarias para la determinación, conocimiento y comprobación de los datos de las personas solicitantes, en virtud de las cuales se formulará la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La propuesta de resolución será formulada por la Comisión de Valoración, a la vista del expediente, y será trasladada al órgano competente, para que este resuelva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión de Valoración de esta convocatoria estará integrada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presidente:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sr. José Manuel García Pascual, teniente de Alcaldía de Servicios Urbanos y Medio Ambiente, o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vocales:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;sup&gt;r&lt;/sup&gt; vocal&lt;/strong&gt;: Sr. Enric Mas, teniente de Alcaldía de Atención a las Personas, o persona en quien delegue&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2ª vocal&lt;/strong&gt;: Sra. Beatriz Viniegra, jefa de Planificación e Innovación, o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;sup&gt;ª&lt;/sup&gt; vocal:&lt;/strong&gt; Sra. Sonia Sans, técnica de Medio Ambiente, o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4ª vocal, &lt;/strong&gt;con funciones de secretaria: Sra. Marga Barber, o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El presidente de la Comisión de Valoración podrá invitar a las sesiones a cualquier otro miembro de la corporación, con voz y sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez revisadas y valoradas las solicitudes, se procederá a realizar la propuesta para adjudicar las parcelas y la propuesta de lista de espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las parcelas se asignarán por orden creciente de las parcelas libres en el camino d'en Guixó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La autorización de uso privativo de las parcelas de huertos municipales se aprobará mediante Decreto de Alcaldía, conforme al Decreto 2023/DA/0000153, de delegación de competencias de Alcaldía en materia de Medio Ambiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se aportará a cada persona beneficiaria la autorización con el número de parcela adjudicada, las llaves de acceso al recinto y las normas de uso (anexo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Criterios objetivos de valoración de las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión de Valoración puntuará cada solicitud en función de los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El criterio &lt;strong&gt;residencia&lt;/strong&gt; será puntuado según el tiempo de empadronamiento continuado en el municipio de la persona solicitante, en el periodo de los últimos 20 años. Puntuable a partir de los 18 meses, dado que el requisito mínimo es de 12 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el criterio &lt;strong&gt;situación económica&lt;/strong&gt; se puntuará la condición de paro, que podrá ser convencional o de larga duración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de percibir una prestación social oficial, con independencia de la situación de desempleo o no, se sumarán 15 puntos a este criterio. Debe acreditarse documentalmente, mediante la comunicación oficial de adjudicación de una prestación económica estatal, autonómica o municipal, a nombre de la persona solicitante o de otro miembro de la unidad de convivencia (convivientes empadronados).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El criterio de &lt;strong&gt;situación sociodemográfica&lt;/strong&gt; se puntuará con 30 puntos en el caso de las personas formalmente jubiladas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;situación familiar&lt;/strong&gt; se puntuará si la persona solicitante dispone del título oficial de familia numerosa o monoparental, de las categorías general o especial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puntuarán, en este criterio, las solicitudes de personas con discapacidad (no incapacitante para las tareas en el huerto) o de personas a cargo de algún miembro de la familia conviviente con discapacidad, según el baremo indicado. Se debe aportar el carné de discapacidad o declaración administrativa del grado de discapacidad reconocida por el órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes aptas conforme a los requisitos del punto 5º que no obtengan puntos en ningún criterio de valoración también se incluirán en la propuesta de adjudicación, con puntuación cero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez valoradas todas las solicitudes, aquellas que obtengan igual puntuación total entre sí se ordenarán a razón de la aplicación del siguiente baremo: de mayor a menor tiempo de empadronamiento en el municipio, según el primer criterio (residencia); de mayor a menor puntuación, según el segundo criterio (situación económica); de mayor a menor puntuación, según el tercer criterio (situación sociodemográfica); de mayor a menor puntuación, según el cuarto criterio (situación familiar); y si, aun así, existe algún caso de empate, se realizará la ordenación de las solicitudes por sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Plazo de resolución y de notificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar la resolución será de tres meses. El plazo se computará a partir del día siguiente a la finalización del plazo de presentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Notificación por publicación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución del otorgamiento de las licencias, que pondrá fin a la vía administrativa, será notificada a las personas solicitantes conforme a lo que prescriben los artículos 40 y siguientes de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Lista de espera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todas las solicitudes correctas que no resulten adjudicatarias de una parcela pasarán a formar parte de una única lista de espera, numerada según el resultado de la valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las parcelas que, en el transcurso del tiempo, queden vacantes, o las nuevas plazas que se puedan ofrecer, en cualesquiera de los tres recintos de huertos urbanos ecológicos municipales —Santa Maria, Sínia Costabella y camino d'en Guixó—, serán asignadas por riguroso orden a las personas de la lista de espera de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La lista de espera estará vigente hasta que se lleve a cabo una nueva convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Plazo de la autorización&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las autorizaciones de uso privativo de cada uno de los huertos se otorgarán para un periodo máximo e improrrogable de 4 años, contados a partir de la notificación de la adjudicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La autorización de uso de la parcela podrá ser revocada por aplicación de la máxima sanción, en caso de infracción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contar con protección jurídica por parte del Ayuntamiento de Maó, a fin de que sea respetado frente a todo el mundo en su condición de persona cesionaria, impidiendo o haciendo cesar cualquier perturbación del normal cumplimiento de la actividad para la que se otorga la licencia, salvo que concurra en la misma la circunstancia de fuerza mayor o cuando la persona cesionaria tenga el deber jurídico de soportar la perturbación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas que tienen adjudicada una parcela tienen el derecho de renunciar voluntariamente, mediante comunicado formal al Ayuntamiento de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14.2 Obligaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha; margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conocer, respetar y dar cumplimiento a las normas de uso de los huertos urbanos ecológicos del municipio de Maó, que se aprueban conjuntamente como anexo de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar al Ayuntamiento de Maó cualquier cambio en su situación personal de ocupación durante el periodo de adjudicación de la autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cumplir toda la normativa que resulte de aplicación y respetar las decisiones del Ayuntamiento de Maó que, en caso de aplicación de la normativa sanitaria, puedan afectar a la gestión del espacio (cierre, establecimiento de límites horarios, aforo, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso restricciones de agua por situación de sequía, las personas usuarias deberán adaptarse a las condiciones establecidas, e incluso prescindir completamente del riego, sin derecho a ningún tipo de indemnización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Toda aquella actividad no contemplada en las normas de uso deberá ser autorizada previamente por el Ayuntamiento de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Devolver las instalaciones cuando finalice el uso autorizado, libres de cualquier carga y en buenas condiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Derechos y obligaciones del Ayuntamiento de Maó&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15.1 Derechos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha; margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Maó no se hará responsable, ni directa ni subsidiariamente, de los daños materiales, personales o morales que, por acción u omisión, se puedan producir en el ámbito objeto de la licencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuando finalice el plazo, todas las instalaciones afectadas por la licencia revertirán a la plena propiedad del Ayuntamiento de Maó, incluyendo las mejoras realizadas, en su caso, sin indemnización alguna en favor de las personas adjudicatarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento tendrá la facultad de dejar sin efecto la licencia antes del vencimiento, si lo justificasen circunstancias sobrevenidas de interés público, mediante resarcimiento de los daños que se causaran o sin este, cuando no procediera. En concreto, la licencia de uso privativo puede ser revocada por incumplimiento de alguna de las normas de uso de los huertos urbanos ecológicos, según informe municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas usuarias no tendrán derecho, en ningún caso, a una indemnización, bajo ningún concepto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15.2 Obligaciones:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha; margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Maó se hará cargo de los gastos por suministro de agua a las instalaciones objeto de la licencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se establecerá ninguna tasa como canon, dado el interés general del proyecto y que en la presente utilización de un bien de dominio público prevalecen los aspectos sociales sobre cualquier posible utilidad económica; y, dada la naturaleza de la licencia, no se establece ningún tipo de garantía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento asesorará a las personas usuarias sobre las normas de uso y sobre otros aspectos técnicos propios del huerto ecológico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Velar por el correcto uso de las parcelas y los recintos, inspeccionar y proceder a sancionar, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Infracciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16.1 Se considerarán infracciones leves:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha; margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La utilización de plásticos u otros elementos (separadores, tutores, etc.) de materiales no autorizados por el personal técnico municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No cuidar los útiles y herramientas aportadas por el Ayuntamiento de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Permitir el acceso al recinto a terceras personas no autorizadas por el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No mantener saneada y cuidada la parcela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No cerrar el recinto o las casetas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acceder al mismo con animales de compañía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No respetar el horario establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No informar a las personas responsables municipales sobre averías dentro de la parcela adjudicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16.2 Se considerarán infracciones graves:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha; margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Desatender el huerto durante un periodo mayor de 3 meses e inferior a 6 meses, sin causa justificada y sin comunicarlo al Ayuntamiento de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Invadir intencionadamente las parcelas de los vecinos/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sustraer la cosecha de otras personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dar de comer a animales dentro de los recintos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acumular desechos y elementos no constitutivos del huerto durante un periodo de tiempo superior a una semana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Invadir los espacios comunitarios o el interior de la caseta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Utilizar abonos químicos o estiércol de ganado no permitidos en la agricultura ecológica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Plantar árboles en el huerto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Modificar las delimitaciones del huerto o instalar separadores de cualquier tipo, así como la realización de obras y similares sin previa autorización del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16.3&amp;nbsp;Se considerarán infracciones muy graves:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha; margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No cultivar el huerto durante un periodo superior a 6 meses y sin la previa comunicación a las personas responsables municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Faltas de comportamiento, insultos o agresiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dañar intencionadamente los cultivos de otras personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Encender fuego dentro del recinto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Utilizar fitosanitarios no autorizados en la agricultura ecológica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contaminar el suelo (derramamientos, residuos, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Criar animales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vender los productos obtenidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. Sanciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Maó actuará según las faltas acumuladas, con previo aviso a las personas afectadas. Dada la finalidad social del proyecto, no se prevén sanciones económicas, pero la acumulación de faltas podrá comportar la sanción máxima, que es la revocación de la parcela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La revocación de uso de las parcelas podrá ser efectiva cuando se detecte que una persona usuaria ha cometido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1 infracción muy grave&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2 infracciones graves en un período de 12 meses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5 infracciones leves en un período de 12 meses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cualquier caso, la gravedad de la infracción y la propuesta de revocación se determinará mediante el informe de las personas responsables municipales, que evaluarán cada caso concreto, mediante procedimiento administrativo con trámite de audiencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. Régimen jurídico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, la Ley 33/2003, de 3 de noviembre, de patrimonio de las administraciones públicas, y, en todo lo que no prevean las normas anteriores, se estará a lo dispuesto en las restantes normas aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
