&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Por Decreto de la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca de día 25 de julio de 2023 se dictó Decreto por el que se nombran las personas miembros de la Comisión Informativa General y de Cuentas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;El día 18 de marzo de 2024 la portavoz del Grupo Partido Popular del Consejo Insular de Mallorca ha solicitado la sustitución del Sr. Rafael Ángel Bosch Sans por la Sra. Maria Garrido Pascual, como miembro suplente de la Comisión Informativa General y de Cuentas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por todo ello&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Designar para que forme parte de la Comisión Informativa General y de Cuentas a la Sra. Maria Garrido Pascual como miembro suplente, en representación del Grupo Partido Popular en el Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De esta manera, los vocales de la Comisión Informativa General y de Cuentas en representación del Grupo Partido Popular son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Comunicar este Decreto a las personas interesadas y publicar su contenido en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;(BOIB) y en la Sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Dar cuenta al Pleno, en la primera sesión ordinaria que tenga lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
