    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por decreto de Presidencia núm. 101 de 14 de julio de 2023 (BOIB núm. 99 de 18.7.2023), delegé la presidencia del Instituto Menorquín de Estudios en el consejero ejecutivo jefe del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes, señor Juan Domingo Pons Torres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dada la imposibilidad temporal de que el citado consejero pueda ejercer sus funciones al frente del citado organismo y con el objeto de asegurar que no se vea afectado su funcionamiento ordinario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 9 de la Ley 40/2015 de 1 de octubre de Régimen Jurídico del Sector público, por lo que a la posibilidad de revocar en cualquier momento el ejercicio de competencias delegadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Revocar temporalmente la delegación de la presidencia del Instituto Menorquín de Estudios efectuada en el consejero ejecutivo jefe del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes, don Juan Domingo Pons Torres, hasta que desaparezca la circunstancia temporal que le impide el ejercicio normal del cargo, lo que se resolverá de forma expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Notificar esta resolución al Instituto Menorquín de Estudios, a las personas interesadas y publicar su contenido en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, sin perjuicio de que surta efectos desde la fecha en que se haya firmado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
