    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mediante el Decreto n.º 24, de fecha del 13 de febrero de 2024, del Patronato Municipal del Hospital de Ciutadella de Menorca, he dispuesto nombrar como personal laboral fijo las persones aspirantes que han superado el proceso de selección de la convocatoria de auxiliar de enfermería del Patronato Municipal del Hospital de Ciutadella de Menorca, del grupo C, subgrupo C2, de la escala de Administración Especial, con vínculo jurídico laboral, por el procedimiento de concurso - oposición. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo cual hacemos pública a los efectos del artículo 62 del Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, y del artículo 25.2 del Reglamento general de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Administración General del Estado y de provisión de puestos de trabajo y promoción profesional de los funcionarios civiles de la Administración General del Estado, aprobado por el Real Decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El personal nombrado tendrá que formalizar el contrato en el plazo de tres días, a contar desde el día siguiente a su publicación al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Requerimos las personas contratadas porque se incorporen a su puesto de trabajo el mismo día de la formalización del contrato, y tendrán que permanecer un mínimo de tres años en el destino de adscripción para poder participar en concursos de provisión de lugares del mismo nivel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, publicada íntegramente en el tablón de edictos y en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento, se puede interponer, alternativamente: o bien recurso de reposición potestativo, en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio ante la presidencia de este Patronato, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas; o bien recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si se optara para interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, no se podría interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o cuando se haya producido la desestimación por silencio. Todo esto sin perjuicio que se pueda ejercer cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
