    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía nº 2024-1395, de 9 de abril de 2024, se aprobó la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“Convocatoria de premios para los estudiantes del municipio de Sant Josep que hayan terminado de una manera más brillante sus estudios universitarios o de CFGS durante el curso 2022-23&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1.&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Cursar una carrera universitaria o un ciclo formativo de grado superior (CFGS), la mayoría de las veces fuera de Eivissa, para un estudiante ibicenco o, en nuestro caso, del municipio de Sant Josep, implica no solo un esfuerzo en el rendimiento académico sino, muchas veces, un gran sacrificio económico para sus familias o para los mismos estudiantes, que se ven obligados a hacerse cargo de los gastos académicos propios de dichos estudios y, además, transporte y alojamiento, lo que supone un gasto adicional que otros estudiantes que viven en zonas universitarias no tienen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Cuando un estudiante universitario o de CFGS del municipio de Sant Josep, superando todos los sobreesfuerzos y dificultades ya comentados, no solo finaliza sus estudios sino que lo hace con un expediente brillante, hay que reconocerle y premiarle este mérito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Es por este motivo que la Concejalía de Educación cada año convoca los premios para los estudiantes con mejor expediente universitario y de CFGS del municipio para premiar y promocionar la cultura del esfuerzo, el mérito y la excelencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El objetivo de esta convocatoria es premiar a los cuatro estudiantes del municipio de Sant Josep que hayan acabado con mejor nota sus estudios universitarios durante el curso 2022-23. La distribución de los premios será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.r&amp;nbsp;premio: 3.500,00 € para el estudiante que obtenga la puntuación más alta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.º premio: 2.500,00 € para el estudiante que obtenga la segunda puntuación más alta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.r&amp;nbsp;premio: 2.000,00 € para el estudiante que obtenga la tercera puntuación más alta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.º premio: 1.000,00 € para el estudiante que obtenga la cuarta puntuación más alta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También habrá un premio de 1.000,00 € para el estudiante de CFGS que haya acabado con mejor nota sus estudios durante el curso 2022-23.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Régimen aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La presente convocatoria se somete a la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, al Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, a la Ordenanza general de las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones que concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia (BOIB núm. 95, de 17 de julio de 2021) y al Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep para los ejercicios 2024-2026, el cual fue publicado en el BOIB n.º 36, de 14 de marzo de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Esta convocatoria se expondrá en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep, en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep, www.santjosep.org, y se publicará en el BOIB y en la BDNS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Dado que las subvenciones concedidas lo serán por el hecho de estar en una determinada situación, no se exigirá más justificación que la de la acreditación del cumplimiento de las condiciones para su otorgamiento, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 30.7 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consignación presupuestaria y cuantía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La cuantía máxima de los premios que se podrá conceder en esta convocatoria es de 10.000,00 €, con cargo a la partida 3261 480 36, con fondos de financiación municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Requisitos generales de los solicitantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podrán acogerse a esta convocatoria los estudiantes empadronados en el municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia que hayan finalizado sus estudios universitarios o de CFGS durante el curso 2022-23, y que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Estar empadronados de manera continuada en el municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia desde antes del 1 de enero de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Haber finalizado los estudios universitarios o CFGS durante el curso académico 2022-23, en cualquiera de las convocatorias legalmente establecidas para cada curso académico y tener, como mínimo, una media académica de 8,0 o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias, con la Seguridad Social y con el mismo Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. No encontrarse incurso en ninguna de las causas de incompatibilidad y cumplir los requisitos que fija el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Acreditar el cumplimiento de obligaciones en materia de reintegros de subvenciones que establece el art. 25 del RLGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Régimen de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La concesión de la subvención se llevará a término mediante el régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Se establece como único medio de notificación de todos los actos de trámite y resolutorios o definitivos del presente procedimiento el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento, el de la página web del Ayuntamiento y el de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento (www.santjosep.org).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En caso de que el total de las ayudas que se hayan de conceder supere la consignación presupuestaria, se reducirán proporcionalmente las cuantías concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Solicitud, período de presentación y documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las instancias se dirigirán a la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia y se presentarán en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento o en la forma establecida en el art. 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. En este caso se deberá pasar el aviso a la dirección: normalitzacio@santjosep.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Los solicitantes de la subvención deberán adjuntar a la solicitud (anexo I) la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Identificación de quien suscribe la solicitud y del carácter con que lo hace, mediante copia de su DNI, NIF u otro documento acreditativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Identificación de quien será el beneficiario, mediante copia de su DNI o NIF u otro documento acreditativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Declaración responsable de estar empadronado de manera continuada en el municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia desde antes del 1 de enero de 2019 (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Declaración responsable del beneficiario de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias, con la Seguridad Social y con el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep, y autorización al Ayuntamiento para solicitar a la Agencia Tributaria y a la Seguridad Social los datos del solicitante que sean necesarios (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Declaración responsable del beneficiario de no estar incurso en ninguna de las causas de incompatibilidad, de cumplir los requisitos que fija el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y de cumplir las obligaciones en materia de reintegro de subvenciones (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Copia del título oficial correspondiente a los estudios universitarios o de CFGS por los que se opta al premio o, en su defecto, del documento que acredite que han sido satisfechos los derechos para la expedición del título.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Certificado académico de las asignaturas cursadas, con expresión, en su caso, de los créditos asignados a cada una y calificaciones obtenidas en los estudios que conduzcan a la obtención del título oficial correspondiente a los estudios universitarios por los que se opta al premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. Certificado académico personal de los módulos/materias cursadas, con expresión, en su caso, de las horas asignadas a cada uno y calificaciones obtenidas en los estudios conducentes a la obtención del título oficial correspondiente a los estudios de ciclo formativo de grado superior, por los que se opta al premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. Plan de estudios universitarios cursados, con expresión de su carga lectiva o plan de estudios del CFGS cursado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j. Impreso de transferencia bancaria facilitado por el Ayuntamiento, debidamente cumplimentado con los datos bancarios actualizados o certificado de titularidad bancaria. En caso de haberlo entregado en otras ocasiones, no será necesario volver a presentarlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k. Modelo de representación, en caso de presentar la solicitud una persona diferente de la solicitante (anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si los documentos exigidos en la solicitud ya se hubieran presentado al Ayuntamiento en otra ocasión, el solicitante podrá acogerse a lo establecido en el art. 53.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, siempre que se haga constar la fecha y el órgano o dependencia en que fueron presentados o emitidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Plazo de presentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de 30 días hábiles, contados desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del extracto de la presente convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Enmienda de defectos de las solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la solicitud no cumple los requisitos establecidos en la normativa de la convocatoria, el órgano instructor debe requerir, según establece la base 5.2, a la persona interesada que la enmiende en el período máximo e improrrogable de 10 días y le deben indicar que, si no lo hace, se considerará que ha desistido de la solicitud, con la resolución previa que se debe dictar en los términos que prevé el art. 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. En el caso de los estudiantes universitarios, solo podrán obtener premio aquellos cuatro solicitantes que, cumpliendo las condiciones señaladas en la base 4, obtengan la puntuación más alta como resultado de la suma de la nota media del expediente académico y la puntuación por carga lectiva de los estudios, de acuerdo con la base 7 de la convocatoria. En el caso de producirse un empate entre dos o más peticionarios que por puntuación obtengan premio, el órgano colegiado, al cual hace referencia la base 8 de esta convocatoria, podrá tener en cuenta en la valoración de los expedientes académicos, al efecto de determinar el beneficiario del premio, el número más alto de matrículas de honor. En caso de persistir el empate, el número más alto de sobresalientes. Si continúa el empate, se repartirá proporcionalmente el premio entre cada uno de ellos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. En el caso de los estudiantes de CFGS, solo podrá obtener premio el solicitante que, cumpliendo las condiciones señaladas en la base 4, obtenga la puntuación más alta como resultado de la suma de la nota media del expediente académico y la puntuación por número de horas del ciclo, de acuerdo con la base 7 de la convocatoria. En caso de producirse empate entre dos o más peticionarios que por puntuación obtengan premio, el órgano colegiado, al cual hace referencia la base 8 de esta convocatoria, podrá tener en cuenta en la valoración de los expedientes académicos, al efecto de determinar el beneficiario del premio, el número más alto de matrículas de honor. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Quedan excluidos de esta convocatoria los estudios postuniversitarios oficiales (máster oficial, doctorado) y los estudios postuniversitarios no oficiales (máster propio, posgrado, cursos de especialización universitaria y de experto universitario).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Los premios objeto de esta convocatoria son compatibles con otros premios efectuados por cualquier otra administración pública o institución privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. A los aspirantes que presenten dos certificados académicos personales correspondientes a dos titulaciones, con nota media diferenciada para cada una, únicamente se les tendrá en cuenta para la baremación el certificado que acredite la nota media más alta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.10. Un mismo aspirante no podrá obtener más de un premio. En caso de cumplir los requisitos para la obtención de dos o más premios, solo se le concederá el más alto al que tenga opción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Criterios de valoración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Estudios universitarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. De acuerdo con el artículo 5.3 del RD 1125/2003, de 5 de septiembre, por el cual se establece el sistema europeo de créditos y el sistema de calificaciones en las titulaciones universitarias de carácter oficial y validez en todo el territorio nacional, si no figura la calificación media del expediente en el título o certificado académico personal, la media del expediente académico de cada alumno será el resultado de la aplicación de la siguiente fórmula: suma de los créditos obtenidos por el alumno multiplicados cada uno de ellos por el valor de las calificaciones que correspondan, y dividida por el número de créditos totales obtenidos por el alumno. Los créditos obtenidos por reconocimiento de créditos correspondientes a actividades formativas no integradas en el plan de estudios no computarán a efectos de cómputo de la media del expediente académico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con la disposición adicional del RD 1044/2003, del 1 de agosto, por el que se establece el procedimiento para la expedición por las universidades del suplemento europeo al título, las asignaturas convalidadas tendrán la equivalencia en puntos correspondiente a la calificación obtenida en el centro de procedencia; para las asignaturas adaptadas se computará la calificación obtenida en el centro de procedencia y el reconocimiento de créditos en que no exista calificación no se tendrá en cuenta a efectos de ponderación. A estos efectos, para el cálculo de la nota media, en caso de haber asignaturas convalidadas o adaptadas al expediente académico, se deberá adjuntar certificado de las notas obtenidas de estas asignaturas en el centro de procedencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Al efecto de otorgar estos cuatro premios, no solo se tendrá en cuenta la nota media del expediente académico sino que también se valorará la carga lectiva de los estudios universitarios cursados. De esta manera se tiene en consideración también el esfuerzo y el tiempo dedicado a la consecución de la titulación universitaria. Así, a la nota media del expediente académico de cada alumno se le sumará la siguiente puntuación dependiendo de la carga lectiva de la titulación obtenida:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estudios con una carga lectiva de 240 créditos ECTS: nota media + 0,50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estudios con una carga lectiva de más de 240 créditos ECTS: nota media + 0,50 puntos + 0,15 puntos por cada 10 créditos ECTS más.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A los estudios con carga lectiva inferior a 240 créditos ECTS no se añadirá puntuación adicional a la nota media.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Ciclo formativo de grado superior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. De acuerdo con el artículo 33 de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura, de 13 de julio de 2009, por la cual se regula la organización y el funcionamiento de ciclos formativos de formación profesional del sistema educativo que se imparte de acuerdo con la Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación, en las Illes Balears, en la modalidad de enseñanza presencial, la calificación de los módulos profesionales debe ser numérica, entre 1 y 10, sin decimales, exceptuando el módulo de Formación en centros de trabajo, que se califica de apto o no apto. Se consideran positivas las puntuaciones iguales o superiores a 5 puntos. La nota final del ciclo formativo es la media aritmética expresada con el número entero y dos decimales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no figura la calificación media del expediente en el título o certificado académico personal, se sumarán las calificaciones obtenidas en cada una de las materias, asignaturas o módulos que consten en el certificado académico personal y se calculará la media aritmética. Las materias, asignaturas o módulos convalidados o exentos y la valoración del módulo de Formación en centros de trabajo no se tendrán en cuenta para el cálculo. En el caso de que las calificaciones estuviesen indicadas sin expresión numérica, el cálculo de la nota media se hará con la media aritmética de las calificaciones obtenidas en cada una de las materias, asignaturas o módulos que constan en el certificado académico personal, después de haber transformado la calificación en cuantitativa, de conformidad con el baremo que se indica a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Un miembro del personal administrativo del Departamento de Educación y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Secretario/a: la de la corporación o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Formular el informe de evaluación y elevarlo al órgano instructor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Resolver cualquier duda que se presente en la interpretación y aplicación de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Instrucción y resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El órgano instructor del procedimiento será un/a técnico/a del Departamento de Educación, que tiene atribuidas las funciones establecidas en el artículo de 24 de la Ley general de subvenciones y el artículo 12 de la Ordenanza general de las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones que concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep. El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y el informe del órgano colegiado, formulará la propuesta de resolución provisional debidamente motivada, que deberá notificarse a las personas interesadas concediéndoles un plazo de 10 días, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la propuesta, para presentar alegaciones y, si procede, requerirles que presenten la documentación que acredite la realidad de los datos afirmados en la declaración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalizado este plazo y examinadas las alegaciones que, en su caso, hubiesen presentado los interesados, el órgano instructor, con el informe previo del órgano colegiado, formulará la propuesta de resolución definitiva, que deberá expresar la relación de personas solicitantes para las cuales se propone la concesión de la ayuda. La propuesta de resolución definitiva se elevará al órgano competente para resolver, que dictará resolución definitiva con la lista de los solicitantes que hayan obtenido ayudas y la cuantía de las ayudas concedidas, la cual se notificará de conformidad con lo expuesto en la base 5.2. La resolución de concesión, de acuerdo con el artículo 14&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Ordenanza general de las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones que concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep, deberá contener la relación de personas beneficiarias a las cuales se otorga la ayuda, con las cuantías individualizadas, así como la desestimación y la no concesión, por desistimiento, renuncia al derecho o imposición material sobrevenida de las solicitudes no atendidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El órgano competente para resolver las convocatorias de subvenciones es el alcalde de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, sin perjuicio de que pueda ser asistido por la Junta de Gobierno Local, según las atribuciones que le confiere el artículo 23.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local y en relación con el artículo 10.4 de la Ley 38/2003 general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución será pública, de conformidad con lo que prevé el artículo 18.2 de la Ley 38/2003 general de subvenciones y el artículo 17 de la Ordenanza general de las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones que concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep. El período máximo para la resolución y notificación del procedimiento es de seis meses desde la fecha de la correspondiente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Régimen de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la resolución que recaiga en este proceso, la cual pondrá fin a la vía administrativa, se podrán interponer, alternativamente, los recursos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— El recurso potestativo de reposición ante el órgano que dictará la resolución, en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente de la notificación de esta resolución. Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de reposición, se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de la notificación de la desestimación del recurso de reposición. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses, contados a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
