&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El objeto de los Premios Pollença de Literatura es impulsar y promover la creación literaria en lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2. Dotación económica y modalidades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Los Premios Pollença de Literatura, convocados por el Área de Normalización Lingüística del Ayuntamiento de Pollença, tienen una dotación de 10.000 € (aplicación presupuestaria 3301/48939 del presupuesto vigente del ejercicio 2024) distribuida en las siguientes modalidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Premio Pollença de Narrativa (decimoquinta edición): 6.500 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Premio Pollença de Poesía (decimocuarta edición): 3.500 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Todos los premios serán objeto de la retención fiscal que proceda y estarán sujetos a la normativa legal vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3. Destinatarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Los Premios Pollença de Literatura están abiertos a cualquier persona física que quiera participar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4. Condiciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Las obras que se presenten deben estar escritas correctamente en catalán y deben ser originales e inéditas. No pueden optar a los Premios Pollença de Literatura las obras que hayan resultado galardonadas anteriormente o que lo resulten durante todo el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Las obras que concursen en el premio de narrativa deben tener una extensión mínima de 150 páginas, en fuente Arial y cuerpo de letra 12 a un espacio y medio (1,5).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Las obras que concursen en el premio de poesía deben tener un mínimo de 300 versos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Al haber sido presentada al premio, ninguna obra puede ser retirada por su autor o autora para realizar correcciones ni para ampliar su texto. Sin embargo, el autor/a puede decidir retirar su obra de la convocatoria siempre que lo haga antes del 31 de octubre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5. Envío&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Las obras deben enviarse en formato PDF a la dirección electrónica serveiling@ajpollenca.net&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Además, debe rellenarse la solicitud específica que encontrará adjunta con estas bases como anexo y presentarla en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Para mantener el anonimato de la autoría, el nombre del autor o autora, o cualquier signo que le identifique, no puede constar en el PDF de la obra. Este archivo PDF, que debe ir encabezado por el título de la obra y el seudónimo del autor o autora, es el único documento al que tiene acceso el jurado, que en ningún momento puede acceder a los datos del formulario de inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Recibirá un correo de respuesta como confirmación de la recepción de la obra. Si no tiene esta confirmación, el trabajo no constará como recibido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6. Plazo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El plazo para presentar las obras comienza el día siguiente de la publicación del extracto de esta convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; y termina el 7 de agosto de 2024 a las 23.59 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 7. Jurado&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;La concejalía delegada de Normalización Lingüística del Ayuntamiento de Pollença es la encargada de designar a los miembros del jurado, que en esta edición son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Narrativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Neus Canyelles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Lucia Pietrelli&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Xavier Serrahima&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Jaume Mesquida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Corina Oproae&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Ricard Martínez Pinyol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Actuará como secretaria Teresa Cànaves, asesora lingüística del Ayuntamiento de Pollença, con voz y sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Cada jurado se reunirá, de forma presencial o telemática, para valorar las obras las veces que considere necesarias, siempre antes del 31 de octubre del año en curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Los premios son indivisibles y se otorgan a la obra que obtenga el mayor número de votos del jurado. No obstante, si el jurado decide por mayoría de votos que ninguna de las obras presentadas alcanza la calidad mínima para ser galardonada, el premio quedará desierto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Cuando el jurado tenga el nombre de la obra ganadora, lo notificará a la secretaria de los Premios, que extenderá el acta de la reunión, que tiene todos los efectos administrativos tanto en lo que se refiere al pago del premio como con respecto a los honorarios de los miembros de los jurados. El importe de cada premio se abonará en un solo ingreso en una cuenta bancaria a nombre de la persona ganadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Los miembros de los jurados están obligados a relacionarse electrónicamente con el Ayuntamiento de Pollença para tramitar el pago de los correspondientes honorarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 8. Veredictos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Los veredictos, que son inapelables, serán secretos hasta la fecha de entrega del premio, para el que se organizará un acto institucional dentro del mes de noviembre del año en curso, momento en el que se revelará el nombre de las obras y autores ganadores en cada una de las dos categorías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Tras el veredicto, los miembros del jurado se comprometen a destruir los archivos así como las impresiones que hayan podido realizar. Asimismo, se destruirán los archivos recibidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 9. Resolución y notificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Con el veredicto del jurado y en base a la propuesta hecha por la concejala delegada de Normalización Lingüística, la Junta de Gobierno Local acordará definitivamente los premios. Con carácter previo a la adopción del acuerdo, los candidatos propuestos tendrán que acreditar estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Este acuerdo pone fin a la vía administrativa, pudiendo interponerse recurso de reposición, con carácter previo y potestativo ante el propio órgano que lo ha dictado, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, o alternativamente en el plazo de dos meses ante la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, en la forma establecida en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 45.1 b) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, se procederá a notificar la concesión del premio mediante su publicación en la web del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10. Incompatibilidades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El hecho de que las personas ganadoras no recojan el premio el día del acto de entrega, no colaboren con la editorial encargada de editar la obra o no participen en los actos de promoción de la obra que se organicen durante el año posterior a la entrega del premio (excepto por causas de fuerza mayor) provoca la revocación de la concesión y, por consiguiente, el reintegro total o parcial de las cantidades recibidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;De igual modo, el acuerdo de concesión podrá modificarse en los casos en que se alteren las condiciones o se obtengan ayudas concurrentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 11. Edición de las obras ganadoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Pollença promoverá la edición de la obra ganadora de cada modalidad de los Premios Pollença de Literatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 12. Publicidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;La convocatoria derivada de las presentes bases se publicará en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y se publicará un extracto en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Los sucesivos anuncios relativos a estos premios se publicarán en la web municipal y, en su caso, en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 13. Norma final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;La solicitud de participación en esta convocatoria implica el pleno conocimiento y aceptación de estas bases en su totalidad, el cumplimiento de los requisitos de participación exigidos, asumir la deliberación del jurado, y en su caso, la interpretación que realice el jurado de estas bases. En caso de duda sobre el contenido de esta convocatoria, el Ayuntamiento de Pollença se reserva el derecho de interpretación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
