&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 3 de julio de 2021, se publicó la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para actuaciones de apoyo a la movilidad eléctrica (Programa MOVES III) mediante la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 28 de junio de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. L&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático concedió una subvención a las personas o entidades que figuran en el Anexo de esta Propuesta en el marco de la convocatoria para actuaciones de apoyo a la movilidad eléctrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Las personas o entidades que figuran en el Anexo han aportado la documentación requerida para la justificación de la realización de las actuaciones subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Los técnicos de la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático ha examinado la documentación aportada y ha emitido informe desfavorable a la justificación de los expedientes descritos en el anexo con la motivación que figura en este anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. En fecha 27 de febrero de 2024 se emitió una propuesta de resolución provisional de revocación del director general de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático (BOIB n.º 31 de 2 de marzo de 2024)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. S'ha exhaurit el termini de deu dies hàbils que es concedia per fer al·legacions sense que se'n hagin presentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. En fecha 20 de marzo de 2024 se emitió la propuesta de resolución definitiva del&amp;nbsp;director general de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático por la que se revocan las subvenciones en el marco de la convocatoria &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;pública de subvenciones para actuaciones de apoyo a la movilidad eléctrica (Programa MOVES&amp;nbsp;III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El consejero de Empresa, Empleo y Energía es el órgano competente para resolver este procedimiento dada la estructura orgánica del Gobierno de las Illes Balears y de acuerdo con la Orden de la consejera de Comercio, Industria y Energía de 15 de mayo de 2008, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en materia de energía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decreto Legislativo&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La Orden de la consejera de Comercio, Industria y Energía de 15 de mayo de 2008 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en materia de energía (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;72, de 24 de mayo de 2008 ).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 28 de junio de 2021 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para actuaciones de apoyo a la movilidad eléctrica (Programa MOVES III) en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia europeo (BOIB núm. 88, de 3 de julio de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática por la cual se modifica y amplía el crédito de la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 28 de junio de 2021 por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para actuaciones de apoyo a la movilidad eléctrica (programa MOVES III) en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia europeo financiado por la Unión Europea – NextGenerationEU (BOIB n.º103, de 6 de agosto de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Revocar la concesión de las subvenciones detalladas en el anexo y por los importes que en él se indican.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Autorizar y disponer negativamente el gasto a favor de los beneficiarios por los importes detallados en el Anexo, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria también indicada en el Anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Declarar concluido el procedimiento y, por tanto, archivar los expedientes indicados en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Publicar esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Empresa, Empleo y Energía en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos&amp;nbsp;123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo&amp;nbsp;57 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
