    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno de la Corporación, en sesión ordinaria de día 29 de febrero de 2024, ha aprobado las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de normalización lingüística que se insertan a continuación (Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones núm. 752870)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;BASES REGULADORAS PARA CONCEDER SUBVENCIONES A LAS EMPRESAS QUE UTILIZEN EL CATALÁN COMO LENGUA HABITUAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 1. OBJETIVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Normalizar el uso de una lengua consiste en utilizarla en cualquier ámbito; mientras que en determinadas circunstancias este uso no sea posible, esta lengua estará en una situación de anormalidad. Por tanto, el objetivo primordial es conseguir un incremento en el uso de la lengua catalana dentro del ámbito económico, ya que éste constituye una parte muy importante -dada su influencia sobre los tipos de relaciones que se establecen - de la vida cotidiana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es dentro de este contexto que el Ayuntamiento de Pollença, con el fin de impulsar el uso de la lengua catalana, establece con estas bases los criterios que se seguirán para la concesión de subvenciones a las personas físicas y jurídicas que lo soliciten; de este modo las empresas que se acojan a este plan de subvenciones ayudarán a fomentar la normalidad lingüística a la vez que cubrirán una carencia sobre la que la sociedad sigue exigiendo actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cuantía de la subvención no podrá ser superior, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras ayudas o subvenciones de cualquier procedencia, al coste de la actividad subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 2. DESTINATARIOS DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podrán acogerse a este plan de subvenciones todas aquellas personas físicas y jurídicas del término municipal de Pollença, después de haber normalizado un determinado documento, rótulo, etiqueta, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 3. OBJETO DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1. Se otorgarán subvenciones para la elaboración de impresos, rótulos, etiquetas, bolsas, papel de envolver, cartas de restaurante, etc. que sean de uso habitual y que estén sólo en lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.2. En el caso de la edición de impresos dirigidos a un público muy heterogéneo se podrá utilizar la versión catalana acompañada de otras lenguas, a condición de que el texto en catalán esté en primer lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 4. CRITERIOS PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE SUBVENCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1. Criterios generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1.1. Todos los elementos objeto de subvención tendrán que ser revisados por el Servicio Lingüístico del Ayuntamiento de Pollença con el fin de asegurar su corrección ortográfica y la sujeción a las normas que aquí se establecen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1.2. Para obtener esta ayuda económica se deberá entregar la factura correspondiente -después de que la empresa la haya pagado- y un ejemplar de lo que haya sido objeto de subvención, salvo que la subvención sea para rotulación, en cuyo caso se deberá entregar una fotografía del lugar donde se ha instalado el rótulo; en caso de que se coloque un rótulo en catalán en sustitución de un anterior en otra lengua, se presentará, además, una fotografía del rótulo que se retira.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1.3. En general, la subvención consistirá en un 50 % del total de la factura; los criterios pueden cambiar según sea el objeto de la subvención, tal y como se puede comprobar en diferentes apartados de este artículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1.4. Se recomendará que el material que se utilice para la elaboración de los diferentes productos objeto de subvención sea respetuoso con el medio ambiente y, a ser posible, que sea reciclado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1.5. No podrá recibirse la subvención si ya se ha otorgado anteriormente para la normalización del mismo producto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1.6. En caso de que no se pueda conceder una subvención a todas las personas que la soliciten se dará prioridad a aquellas que todavía no hayan recibido ninguna. Las peticiones se atenderán por estricto orden de entrada en el Registro del Ayuntamiento; la cantidad que estipulan los presupuestos municipales para este concepto será de 5.000 € con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 3301 48931. Una vez agotado el crédito no se podrán conceder más subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2. Rotulación comercial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2.1. Se entiende por rótulo comercial aquel que, construido con materiales duraderos e instalado en el interior, en el exterior o en los vehículos de la empresa, señale su identidad y/o dé información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2.2. El nombre del local que debe llevar el rótulo objeto de subvención debe ser traducible al catalán; no se otorgarán subvenciones para rótulos que utilicen onomatopeyas o cualesquiera otras palabras no traducibles o que tengan la misma grafía en catalán que en otra lengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2.3. Todos los rótulos informativos que sean accesorios al principal tendrán que ser también en catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2.4. Para obtener la subvención para un rótulo, sus características y colocación tendrán que cumplir las exigencias municipales y las de los organismos competentes en la materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2.5. La subvención consistirá en un 50 % de la factura y nunca será superior a 450,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.3. Cartas de bar y de restaurante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.3.1. Se entiende por carta de bar o restaurante cualquier impreso en el que se hace constar la lista y los precios de las comidas y bebidas que el establecimiento (restaurante, bar, cafetería...) ofrece a los clientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.3.2. El Ayuntamiento de Pollença se hará cargo de pagar lo que cueste la edición de la versión catalana, siempre que este coste no sobrepase los 250,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.3.3. La versión catalana debe ocupar un lugar preferente, y si hay una parte de la carta que sea de información general y vaya en un solo idioma, éste debe ser el catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.3.4. En la factura debe desglosarse el coste de la edición de cada uno de los idiomas en los que se presenta la carta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.3.5. En caso de que la carta se haga únicamente en catalán, el Ayuntamiento se hará cargo del coste total hasta un máximo de 350,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.4. Documentos administrativos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.4.1. Son documentos administrativos aquellos que sirven para llevar la gestión de la empresa (pe albaranes, facturas, contratos, recibos, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.4.2. Aunque no sean documentos, los sellos se incluyen en este apartado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.4.3. El Ayuntamiento de Pollença otorgará una subvención de un 50 %, no pudiendo sobrepasar la cantidad de 150,00 € por documento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.4.4. Para poder solicitar la subvención, estos documentos tendrán que estar únicamente en catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.5. Actividades publicitarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.5.1. Se consideran actividades publicitarias aquellas que las empresas utilizan para darse a conocer o para informar de actuaciones puntuales (p.e. webs, catálogos, hojas de ofertas, anuncios, tarjetas, bolsas, papel de envolver, etiquetas de productos, calendarios, etc.). Estas actividades pueden llevarse a cabo mediante papel impreso o a través del sitio web de la propia empresa o comercio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.5.2. El Ayuntamiento otorgará una subvención del total de la factura siempre que su importe no rebase la cantidad de 350,00€ por actividad publicitaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.5.3. Para poder optar a la subvención tanto estos impresos como la versión catalana de la web tendrán que ir únicamente en catalán, y el web deberá mantenerse, como mínimo, durante doce meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 5. TRAMITACIÓN, PRESENTACIÓN Y PLAZO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tramitación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Pollença facilita el único modelo de solicitud para esta convocatoria (Anexo I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se presentarán de forma telemática en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Pollença (https://ajpollenca.sedelectronica.es/info.0), en la que está disponible la información de la convocatoria, el modelo de solicitud y los anexos a cumplimentar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud y de la documentación adjunta también puede hacerse en las formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, están obligados a presentar la documentación a través de medios electrónicos los siguientes sujetos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Las personas jurídicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Las entidades sin personalidad jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Las personas que desarrollen una actividad profesional para la que se requiere colegiación obligatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Quien representa a una persona interesada que esté obligada a relacionarse electrónicamente con la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Plazo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se podrán presentar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y en la web del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 6. PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN. INICIO, INSTRUCCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.1. Las bases y el inicio del procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones se produce de oficio. El Ayuntamiento Pleno será el órgano encargado de su aprobación. Estas bases serán publicadas en el BOIB, en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS), en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y en la web www.ajpollenca.net, para que se puedan presentar las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.2. La persona solicitante presentará una instancia (Anexo I) al Registro de Entrada del Ayuntamiento con la que deberá adjuntar la licencia de apertura del establecimiento, si procede, o acreditar la presentación de la pertinente declaración responsable y documentación preceptiva para el inicio y ejercicio de la actividad, de conformidad con la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.3. El órgano instructor del procedimiento de concesión será el Área de Normalización Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente, efectuará un informe en el que evaluará la incidencia del documento, producto o rótulo que se pretende normalizar y formulará la propuesta de resolución, la cual deberá expresar el/la sol· licitante o la relación de solicitantes para los que se propone la concesión de la subvención y su cuantía, especificando su evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.4. La competencia para resolver el procedimiento y conceder la subvención se atribuye a la Junta de Gobierno Local, que dictará esta resolución una vez formulada la propuesta de resolución por parte del órgano instructor y fiscalizada por la intervención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 7. JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.1. El plazo para justificar los gastos subvencionados termina el día 25 de noviembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.2. El importe de la subvención se abonará después de que la entidad beneficiaria haya justificado la realización de la actividad subvencionada y haya cumplido su finalidad y el 100% del gasto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.3. Para justificar la subvención otorgada se deben presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las facturas o documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa, en original y/o copia compulsada y la documentación acreditativa del pago. Si deben devolverse las facturas o justificantes originales, a petición de la entidad subvencionada, debe reflejarse con un sello la fecha de concesión de la subvención así como el importe del justificante que se imputa a la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Modelo de cuenta justificativa (Anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Solicitud de transferencia bancaria para pagos (Anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.4. Las facturas originales, acreditativas del gasto subvencionado, expedidas a nombre de las personas o entidades subvencionadas y con su NIF, deben expresar claramente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Fecha de emisión, que deberá corresponder al ejercicio 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Datos fiscales (nombre, domicilio, NIF, etc.) de la entidad emisora y de la entidad pagadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Número de la factura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Concepto detallado por el que se expide, que deberá ser suficientemente claro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe con desglose de la parte que corresponde al IVA, en su caso. Si la operación está exenta de IVA debe mencionarse en la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la entidad beneficiaria únicamente dispone de la factura o documento justificativo que acredita el gasto recibido por correo electrónico, se admitirá siempre que a la impresión de la factura se adjunte un certificado firmado por el representante legal de la entidad en el que manifieste la imposibilidad o dificultad grave para obtener el documento original y declare que la factura ni se ha utilizado ni se utilizará para justificar otra subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.5. Sin embargo, el Ayuntamiento de Pollença podrá pedir cualquier otra documentación que considere adecuada, dadas las circunstancias y características del caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 8. RÉGIMEN JURÍDICO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En lo que no prevén estas bases reguladoras será de aplicación la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y el Reglamento general de subvenciones 887/2006, aprobado el 21 de julio, la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, el Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, las Bases de ejecución del presupuesto municipal así como el resto de normativa que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 9. RECURSOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra el acuerdo de resolución de la convocatoria se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el juzgado de lo contencioso administrativo o bien recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que haya dictado la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante, podrá presentarse, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que sea pertinente.
