&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Vista la convocatoria del proceso de estabilización por el sistema concurso de méritos para la cobertura de nuevo (9) plazas de Operario/a de Limpieza de la categoría personal subalterno, clase personal de limpieza, nivel VIII del Convenio colectivo, del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, las bases de la cual se publicaron &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;en el&lt;/span&gt; BOIB n.º 154 de 26 de noviembre de 2022 y el anuncio de la cual se publicó &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;en el&lt;/span&gt; BOE n.º 307 de 23 de diciembre de 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Visto el Decreto 2024000458, de día 8 de febrero de 2024 en el cual se establece que en el turno libre las Sras. Maria Dolores Quintana Reina, Cristina Colomina Veny, Catalina Gelabert Abrines, Remedios del Cid Muñoz, Isabel Ramos Simon y Manuela Cañellas Martinez y, en el turno de reserva la Sra. Lucia Baena Bradaschia, el Sr. Gabriel Llompart &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Paredes&lt;/span&gt; y la Sra. Magdalena Vanrell Barceló, han superado el proceso selectivo del concurso extraordinario de méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Dado que las Sras. Magdalena Vanrell Barceló, Manuela Cañellas Martínez, Maria Dolores Reina Quintana, Maria Cristina Colomina Veny, Constanza Recio Estudillo, el Sr. Pere Salvà Cerdà y la Sra. Catalina Mercedes Borràs Llabrés en fecha 06/02/2024 (RGE. N.º 02497), 06/02/2024 (RGE. N.º 02521), 13/02/2024 (RGE. N.º 03017), 13/02/2024 (RGE. N.º 03020), 13/02/2024 (RGE. N.º 03022), 22/02/2024 (RGE. N.º 03803) y 26/02/2024 (RGE. N.º 03994)&amp;nbsp;respectivamente, presentaron &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;su&lt;/span&gt; renuncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Visto&lt;/span&gt; lo establecido en la base 15.3&lt;em&gt; «...cuando haya renuncias de aspirantes seleccionados antes del nombramiento o la toma de posesión, el tribunal elevará al órgano convocan&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;te&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt; una relación complementaria de los aspirantes que estén situados a continuación de las personas propuestas, por orden de puntuación, para su posible nombramiento como personal funcionario de carrera en sustitución de las que renuncien &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt; las plazas.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.- &lt;/strong&gt;Viste el anuncio de la relación complementaria de las personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo por orden de prelación, realizado por el Tribunal el día 16 de noviembre de 2023 y publicado el mismo día. Resulta, de conformidad con lo previsto en la base 15.3, que las Sras. Carmen Vilchez Moya, Maria de los Reyes Abinareta Ferrer, Antonia Reus Mas y el Sr. Antonio Solano Jiménez son los aspirantes situados a continuación de las personas propuestas, por orden de puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Gabriel Llompart Paredes y Antonio Solano Jiménez para que firmen contrato en el plazo máximo de tres días hábiles, &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a contar&lt;/span&gt; a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Dar traslado de esta Resolución al Pleno del Ayuntamiento, así como a la Unidad de Recursos Humanos para su conocimiento y efectos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra esta resolución los interesados podrán interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante este Ayuntamiento, en el plazo de un mes a contar del día siguiente de la publicación, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;También podrán interponer alternativamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-administrativo con sede en Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 30, 112.3 y 114.1 c) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y 8, 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En caso de optar por interponer el recurso de reposición, no se podrá interponer un recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que se haya notificado la resolución expresa del recurso de reposición o haya transcurrido un mes desde su interposición sin haber recibido la notificación, fecha en que se podrá entender desestimado por silencio administrativo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Todo ello sin perjuicio de que puedan interponer cualquier otro recurso que estimen oportuno.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
