&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black; font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;, Times, serif"&gt;1. El señor German López Marí y otros interpusieron un recurso contencioso administrativo (PA 118/2024 tramitado en el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo núm. 1) contra la Dirección General del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares ante el silencio administrativo por las reclamaciones de los complementos retributivos de carrera profesional en las mismas condiciones que el personal estatutario fijo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. De manera directa o indirecta este recurso puede resultar relevante para una pluralidad de personas que podrían tener la condición de interesadas en el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black; font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;, Times, serif"&gt;1. Citación a plazo a las personas interesadas en el recurso contencioso administrativo interpuesto por El señor German López Marí y otros contra la Dirección General del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares ante el silencio administrativo por las reclamaciones de los complementos retributivos de carrera profesional en las mismas condiciones que el personal estatutario fijo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black; font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;, Times, serif"&gt;2. Comunicar a las personas interesadas que, si se personarán fuera del plazo indicado, se las considerará como parte, sin que por ello se tenga que retrotraer ni interrumpir el curso del procedimiento, y que, si no se personarán, el procedimiento continuará y no será procedente hacerles ninguna otra notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
