    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Alcaldesa Presidente, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en virtud del Decreto núm. 1184/2024 de 27 de marzo, ha &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dispuesto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«Visto el Decreto n.º 2024/2023 de 4 de agosto, de aprobación bases y convocatoria proceso selectivo para la constitución de un bolsín específico para la cobertura de necesidades de plazas de secretario del Ayuntamiento de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la finalización del proceso selectivo con el acta del Tribunal de fecha 22 de marzo de 2024 de la valoración definitiva de los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con lo anterior y atendiendo las facultades que me son otorgadas por el Artículo 21.1,h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de Bases de Régimen Local, &lt;strong&gt;DISPONGO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar la presente resolución en el BOIB, tablón de anuncios y en el portal de transparencia de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Andratx.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra este acuerdo que agota la vía administrativa se puede interponer alternativamente recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, delante de la Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, o recurso contencioso- administrativo, ante el juzgado del Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. Si optara para interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
