    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Ciutadella, por acuerdo de Junta de Gobierno de día 27/03/2024, ha aprobado el padrón fiscal del Impuesto sobre bienes inmuebles de naturaleza rústica (IBI rústica) del ejercicio 2024 y de las liquidaciones que lo integran, al efecto de la correspondiente notificación colectiva, por todo lo cual se publica este edicto para su general conocimiento, en cumplimiento de los artículos 102.3 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria (LGT) y 24 del Reglamento General de Recaudación, aprobado por Real Decreto 939/2005, de 29 de julio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El anuncio del padrón y de las liquidaciones que lo integran, se expondrá al público por un plazo de veinte días a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación del correspondiente anuncio en el BOIB, el cual también se publicará en el tablón de edictos de la sede electrónica municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra el acto de aprobación del padrón y de las liquidaciones que lo integran, se podrá interponer recurso de reposición ante la Alcaldía en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la finalización del periodo de exposición pública, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 14.2.c. del Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;De conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 62.3 de la LGT, se pone en conocimiento de los contribuyentes que se procederá a la apertura del periodo voluntario del tributo en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- La oficina de Recaudación municipal: calle Nou de juliol, 1, de Ciutadella de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Horario: de 9 a 13.30 horas de lunes a viernes, excepto festivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
