    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 26 de marzo de 2024 se ha emitido el Decreto del Instituto Municipal de Innovación de Palma (IMI) núm. 202400056, por el que se constituye la bolsa de trabajo de la categoría de técnico/a catastral, para eventuales contrataciones temporales de personal laboral (convocatoria y bases reguladoras BOIB núm. 176; 25/12/2021). &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta bolsa tiene carácter preferente respecto de cualquier otra bolsa ordinaria, de acuerdo con la base reguladora 16ª del procedimiento selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se publica extracto de la Resolución con el resultado del procedimiento selectivo y la identidad de las personas que componen la bolsa de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes citado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
