&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APROBACIÓN INICIAL DE LAS BASES ESPECÍFICAS REGULADORAS DE LAS SUBVENCIONES, DE ADQUISICIÓN DE LIBROS DE TEXTO Y MATERIAL DIDÁCTICO, PARA ESCUELAS CON ALUMNADO EMPADRONADO EN EL MUNICIPIO DE EIVISSA.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;De conformidad con lo que prevee el artículo 45.1 de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, se hace público que el Pleno de la corporación, en la sesión celebrada el 26 de marzo de 2024, adoptó los siguientes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDOS:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar inicialmente las Bases específicas reguladoras de las subvenciones para la adquisición de libros de texto y material didáctico para las escuelas con alumnado empadronado en el municipio de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;Someter el proyecto de Bases específicas reguladoras de las subvenciones de adquisición de libros de texto y material didáctico para escuelas con alumnado empadronado en el municipio de Eivissa a un periodo de información pública, por plazo de treinta días, mediante anuncio publicado en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el tablón de anuncios de la corporación, a fin de que el vecindario y las personas legítimamente interesadas puedan examinar el expediente y formular reclamaciones, reparos u observaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Informar que, en el supuesto de que durante el plazo de información pública no se presente ninguna reclamación o sugerencia, el acuerdo inicialmente adoptado se entenderá definitivamente aprobado sin necesidad de un nuevo acuerdo expreso por parte del Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Durante el plazo expresado, las bases estarán a disposición de los interesados en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Eivissa&lt;/span&gt; y de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 14:00 horas, en las dependencias de la Concejalía de Educación ubicadas en la Calle Canarias, 35, Edificio CETIS, torre 2, planta 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
