&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En fecha 26 de julio de 2013 el Pleno de la CMAIB acordó otorgar la autorización ambiental integrada de la CT de Formentera, promovida por GAS Y ELECTRICIDAD GENERACIÓN SAU, (BOIB núm. 159 de 19/11/2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En fecha 2 de noviembre de 2023 (RE en el SAA núm. 780 de 14/11/2023) el sr. Antonio Cantarellas Fontanet, en nombre y representación de GAS Y ELECTRICIDAD GENERACIÓN SAU, solicita la modificación no sustancial de la AAI de la CT de Formentera, consistente en el desmontaje de la nave de los grupos electrógenos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Por todo lo anterior, y CONSIDERANDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Que GESA ha solicitado una modificación no sustancial de la Autorización Ambiental Integrada de la CT de Formentera consistente en el desmontaje de la nave de los grupos electrógenos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Que la documentación aportada justifica que se trata de una modificación no sustancial, de acuerdo con el cumplimiento del art. 14 del RD 815/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Que los informes recibidos de los órganos y las entidades consultados son favorables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el informe técnico con propuesta de resolución de día 5 de marzo de 2024, y de acuerdo con el artículo 8.1.b) ii del Decreto 3/2022, de 28 de febrero, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero:&lt;/strong&gt; Otorgar la modificación no sustancial de la Autorización Ambiental Integrada de la CT de Formentera, promovida por Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU, consistente en el desmontaje de la nave de los grupos electrógenos, con las condiciones de explotación, capacidad y procesos indicados en la memoria presentada con la solicitud con sujeción a las siguientes condiciones y/o modificaciones en la AAI:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;en el punto 1 «Objeto»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presente AAI se concede a Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU, única y exclusivamente para la actividad de generación de energía, conforme a lo establecido en el proyecto básico de solicitud de autorización ambiental integrada de la central térmica de Formentera, con las medidas correctoras que se proponen y la documentación complementaria aportada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La actividad está compuesta por el siguiente conjunto de instalaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cada uno de los grupos electrógenos está situado en el interior de un contenedor insonorizado hasta 75 dBa a 7 metros a 40ºC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los grupos electrógenos estarán situados dentro de una nave de estructura metálica plana de 1135 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt; de superficie, según el PROYECTO DE EJECUCIÓN DE ESTRUCTURA METÁLICA EN CENTRAL DE ENERGÍA SITUADA EN AVENIDA DEL CA MARÍ, 3565. CP – 07871 PLAYA DE MIGJORN. FORMENTERA (ISLAS BALEARES) firmado en junio de 2020 por el arquitecto técnico Pedro R. de la Peña Benítez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todas las salidas provenientes de cada grupo electrógeno, están conducidas a único foco de emisión canalizado (chimenea), que tiene una altura mínima de 5m y dispone de un punto de muestreo según las prescripciones de la norma UNE-EN 15259:2008.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La instalación se categoriza en el epígrafe 1.1.a del anexo 1 de la Ley 16/2002.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La instalación se categoriza en el epígrafe 1.1.a del anexo 1 de la Ley 16/2002.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas actividades están clasificadas como Actividad potencialmente contaminadora de la atmósfera (APCA) del grupo B, una, y del grupo A, la otra, dentro del epígrafe 01 01, Generación de electricidad para la distribución por la red pública, del anexo único del Real Decreto 100/2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El conjunto de la Central Térmica está clasificada en el epígrafe 1.1.a del anexo 1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2016, y está constituida por un conjunto de actividades potencialmente contaminadoras de la atmósfera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con la Instrucción técnica del Procedimiento de la determinación de gases de combustión mediante sensor de células electroquímicas, indicada en la web http://atmosfera.caib.es, se podrá aplicar este procedimiento en el caso de los grupos electrógenos considerados de forma individual, por tener una potencia individual inferior o igual a 5 Mwt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El punto de muestreo de la chimenea del conjunto de los grupos electrógenos y los puntos de muestreo de cada grupo electrógeno, así como accesos y plataformas de trabajo, cumplen la norma UNE-EN 15259. El punto de muestreo de la chimenea de la turbina de gas, como chimenea existente, cumple la Orden Ministerial de 18 de octubre de 1976. En todo caso los accesos y plataformas de trabajo a los puntos de muestreo tendrán que cumplir la normativa en materia de seguridad y salud en los puestos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Los puntos de muestreo deben ser accesibles en cualquier momento para poder realizar las medidas e inspecciones pertinentes, y se ha de disponer de sistemas para la subida de equipos de análisis y material auxiliar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El punto de muestreo de la chimenea de la turbina de gas, como chimenea existente, cumple la Orden Ministerial de 18 de octubre de 1976. En todo caso los accesos y plataformas de trabajo a los puntos de muestreo tendrán que cumplir la normativa en materia de seguridad y salud en los puestos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Los puntos de muestreo deben ser accesibles en cualquier momento para poder realizar las medidas e inspecciones pertinentes, y se ha de disponer de sistemas para la subida de equipos de análisis y material auxiliar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;en el punto 8.3.9. «Tablas de valores límite de emisión»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En las siguientes tablas se indican los valores límite de emisión para cada foco de cada instalación de combustión según combustible usado, indicando: contaminante; tipos de control, medidas a realizar por Organismo de control autorizado (OCA) o autocontroles; y periodicidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Los resultados de las medidas efectuadas, para verificar el cumplimiento de los límites de emisión, estarán referidos a condiciones de caudal real o calculado y concentraciones referidas a temperatura de 273,15 K y presión de 101,3 kPa de gas seco y se ajustarán al porcentaje de oxígeno de referencia establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Instalación de combustión TG1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La TG1 es una turbina de gas que funciona en modo abierto y usa gasóleo como combustible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La tabla será de aplicación, dentro de un año natural, a partir de la fecha en que supere las 500 horas acumuladas de funcionamiento con combustible gasóleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Dado que la potencia térmica de la TG1 está limitada a menos de 50 MWt, se aplicarán las prescripciones del Real Decreto 1042/2017 en cuanto al cumplimiento del valor límite de emisión de NOx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Antes del 01/01/2024 el titular deberá inscribir la instalación de combustión mediana, correspondiente al FC-TG1, para tener una potencia térmica nominal superior a 5 MWt, en el registro de instalaciones de combustión mediana (MIC), enviando al departamento competente en materia de atmósfera la información que figura en el Anexo I del RD 1042/2017, según formulario de la página web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Valores límites de emisión a aplicar hasta 31/12/2024, que deberán revisarse antes de 01/01/2025:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(1) referidos a las siguientes condiciones de medida: T = 273,15 K, P = 101,3 kPa, gas seco y referido a un contenido de O&lt;sub&gt;2&lt;/sub&gt; del 15% para los gases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(2) los VLE para NOx se aplican con cargas &amp;gt;=70% de forma que se medirá cuando la carga sea superior al 70%, haciendo constar en el informe OCA o informe de autocontrol la carga en el momento de las medidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Instalación de combustión FC-GE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Desde 2006, cada año se utilizan grupos electrógenos, entre mayo y octubre, instalándose cada año los mismos grupos en mayo y desmontándose en octubre, con una potencia unitaria de 4,061 MWt, con un número de grupos electrógenos de 12, sumando una potencia total de 48,73 MWt; estos grupos electrógenos disponen de autorización administrativa como actividad potencialmente contaminadora de la atmósfera desde 2012, con expediente APCA-0203. Utilizan gasóleo como combustible. Las características técnicas de los motores diésel, así como la marca y modelo, constan en la documentación del expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Todas las salidas de gases de combustión provenientes de cada grupo electrógeno, están conducidas a un único foco de emisión canalizado (chimenea). La chimenea tiene una altura de 5 m y dispone de punto de muestreo conforme a las prescripciones de la norma UNE-EN 15259:2008.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. De acuerdo con la potencia térmica individual de cada grupo electrógeno, la aplicación de los valores límite de emisión, según el RD 1042/2017 parte 1, cuadro 3, punto 4, debería ser a partir del 1 de enero de 2030. Teniendo en consideración las denuncias de los vecinos y la previsión de que en el año 2024 ya esté en funcionamiento el cable de interconexión entre Eivissa y Formentera, la Dirección General de Energía y Cambio Climático adelanta la fecha de aplicación de los VLE establecidos en el RD 1042/2017 al 1 de enero de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El titular debe informar de cualquier cambio en los grupos electrógenos con el fin de aplicar los valores límite de emisión de instalaciones nuevas según las disposiciones del RD 1042/2017. La modificación de algún grupo electrógeno o de las prescripciones técnicas de alguno de ellos implicará que el titular deberá solicitar una modificación de la AAI, a fin de revisar la consideración de instalación de combustión mediana como existente o nueva y aplicar los VLE que correspondan según el RD 1042/2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Con una frecuencia mínima anual, y dentro de los primeros 15 días de funcionamiento de la instalación, el titular presentará a la autoridad competente un informe que contemple los siguientes aspectos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Relación de características técnicas de cada uno de los grupos electrógenos; que incluirá, como mínimo, para cada grupo: marca, modelo y potencia térmica nominal, a fin de confirmar que se trata de los mismos grupos electrógenos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resultados de una prueba de funcionamiento individual de todos los grupos electrógenos de cada temporada anual, que evidencie el cumplimiento con los valores límite de emisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Cada 15 días se realizará un autocontrol de los gases de combustión y opacidad en cada uno de los colectores individuales de los grupos electrógenos. Se realizarán un mínimo de tres medidas y se tomará el valor promedio para comparar con VLE, incluyendo la incertidumbre del método de medida. En un plazo máximo de 10 días desde la realización del autocontrol, el titular remitirá el resultado al departamento competente en materia de atmósfera en el correo electrónico establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Con una frecuencia mínima anual, se efectuará un control de gases de combustión y partículas en la salida del único foco emisor por parte de un organismo de control autorizado (OCA) para la atmósfera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Antes del 01/01/2029 el titular deberá inscribir las instalaciones de combustión mediana, es decir, cada uno de los grupos electrógenos que conforman el FC-GE, por tener una potencia térmica nominal superior a 1 MWt e inferior a 5 MWt, en el registro de instalaciones de combustión medianas (MIC), enviando al departamento competente en materia de atmósfera la información que figura en el anexo I del RD 1042/2017, según formulario de la página web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Los resultados de las medidas efectuadas, para verificar el cumplimiento de los límites de emisión, estarán referidos a condiciones de caudal real o calculado y concentraciones referidas a temperatura de 273,15 K y presión de 101,3 kPa de gas seco y se ajustarán al porcentaje de oxígeno de referencia establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Instalación de combustión TG1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La TG1 es una turbina de gas que funciona en modo abierto y usa gasóleo como combustible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La tabla será de aplicación, dentro de un año natural, a partir de la fecha en que supere las 500 horas acumuladas de funcionamiento con combustible gasóleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Dado que la potencia térmica de la TG1 está limitada a menos de 50 MWt, se aplicarán las prescripciones del Real Decreto 1042/2017 en cuanto al cumplimiento del valor límite de emisión de NOx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En el entorno de la central térmica se realizarán campañas de medida de calidad del aire con una estación móvil. La ubicación, época de realización y duración de las campañas se realizará de acuerdo con el departamento competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Se deben cumplir los objetivos de calidad de los datos establecidos en la normativa de evaluación de la calidad del aire ambiente, en cuanto a cobertura de datos e incertidumbres de medida. Se aplicarán como valores de referencia los valores límite y objetivo establecidos en la normativa existente: Directiva 2008/50/CE, de 21 de mayo, relativa a la calidad del aire ambiente y una atmósfera más limpia en Europa, y Real Decreto 102/2011, de 28 de enero, relativo a la mejora de la calidad del aire.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Los métodos de medida de los contaminantes serán los indicados en la citada normativa. Los equipos de medida tendrán que cumplir con las normas UNE y CEN establecidas y deberán someterse a mantenimiento, verificación, calibración y participación en ejercicios de intercomparación. A fin de cumplir con este requisito se establecerá un calendario acordado con el departamento competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. En cada campaña deben medirse los contaminantes indicados en la tabla siguiente así como los parámetros meteorológicos (al menos temperatura, dirección y velocidad de viento).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Cualquier cambio de ubicación de la estación o cualquier cambio en los equipos de medida debe realizarse de acuerdo con el departamento competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En el entorno de la central térmica se podrán realizar campañas de medida de calidad del aire con una estación móvil. La ubicación, época de realización y duración de las campañas se realizará de acuerdo con el departamento competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Se deben cumplir los objetivos de calidad de los datos establecidos en la normativa de evaluación de la calidad del aire ambiente, en cuanto a cobertura de datos e incertidumbres de medida. Se aplicarán como valores de referencia los valores límite y objetivo establecidos en la normativa existente: Directiva 2008/50/CE, de 21 de mayo, relativa a la calidad del aire ambiente y una atmósfera más limpia en Europa, y Real decreto 102/2011, de 28 de enero, relativo a la mejora de la calidad del aire.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Los métodos de medida de los contaminantes serán los indicados en la citada normativa. Los equipos de medida tendrán que cumplir con las normas UNE y CEN establecidas y deberán someterse a mantenimiento, verificación, calibración y participación en ejercicios de intercomparación. A fin de cumplir con este requisito se establecerá un calendario acordado con el departamento competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. En cada campaña deben medirse los contaminantes indicados en la tabla siguiente así como los parámetros meteorológicos (al menos temperatura, dirección y velocidad de viento).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La envolvente acústica de la turbina y el máximo de grupos electrógenos disponibles tendrán que asegurar el cumplimiento de los límites de ruido establecidos en la normativa vigente en todo momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cada uno de los grupos electrógenos está situado en el interior de un contenedor insonorizado hasta 75 dBa a 7 metros a 40 ºC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los grupos electrógenos se ubican dentro de una nave de estructura metálica plana de 1135 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt; de superficie, según el PROYECTO DE EJECUCIÓN DE ESTRUCTURA METÁLICA EN CENTRAL DE ENERGÍA SITUADA EN VENIDA DEL CA MARÍ, 3565. CP – 07871 PLAYA DE MIGJORN. FORMENTERA (ISLAS BALEARES) firmado en junio de 2020 por el arquitecto técnico Pedro R. de la Peña Benítez, para minimizar las emisiones de ruidos en el exterior por parte de los grupos electrógenos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Se efectuará una campaña anual de caracterización real de los niveles de ruido emitidos en el exterior durante las diversas fases típicas de la operación (arranques, etc.) en horario nocturno y diurno, para la comprobación del cumplimiento de los límites establecidos en la normativa vigente en esta materia, con los siguientes condicionantes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- en cuanto a las fuentes sonoras para evaluar los niveles de ruido es necesario: en períodos diurno y vespertino, poner en marcha las fuentes sonoras: Turbina de Gas y el máximo de grupos electrógenos disponibles. En período nocturno, poner en marcha las fuentes sonoras: máximo de grupos electrógenos disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- en caso de que se superen los valores límite normativos, disponer de un apartado de propuesta de medidas correctoras, que deberá implantar el titular y aportar un certificado firmado por técnico competente sobre las medidas adoptadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La turbina y el máximo de grupos electrógenos disponibles dispondrán de sistemas de absorción de vibraciones de forma que éstas no sean perceptibles en las viviendas cercanas. Las viviendas residenciales cercanas se considerarán, al menos a 2 metros de la fachada, área acústica de tipo residencial (mientras no se disponga del mapa de ruidos de Formentera), y se tomarán las medidas necesarias para respetar los objetivos de calidad acústica que establezca la normativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Se dispondrá de medidas de ruido de fondo para determinar las correcciones por componentes tonales, impulsivas y de baja frecuencia en los tres períodos evaluados: diurno, vespertino y nocturno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En cuanto a las fuentes sonoras para evaluar los niveles de ruido es necesario, en períodos diurno, vespertino, y nocturno, poner en marcha las fuentes sonoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que se superen los valores límite normativos, disponer de un apartado de propuesta de medidas correctoras, que deberá implantar el titular y aportar certificado certificado por técnico competente sobre las medidas adoptadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La turbina dispondrá de sistemas de absorción de vibraciones de forma que éstas no sean perceptibles en las viviendas cercanas. Las viviendas residenciales cercanas se considerarán, al menos a 2 metros de la fachada, área acústica de tipo residencial (mientras no se disponga del mapa de ruidos de Formentera), y se tomarán las medidas necesarias para respetar los objetivos de calidad acústica que establezca la normativa .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;en el punto 10.4.1. «Control documental periódico»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los informes realizados por un Organismo de control autorizado (OCA) serán remitidos por parte de la OCA al departamento competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Por parte del titular de la instalación se remitirá al departamento competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica la siguiente información:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Según la periodicidad establecida en las tablas de controles de emisiones, los datos de autocontroles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En continuo, los datos medios horarios de inmisiones de las campañas de medida de calidad del aire.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En su caso, los informes resultado de la intercomparación de las medidas de inmisiones de partículas frente al método de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los datos de los consumos reales de combustible para cada unidad de combustión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cada mes, las horas de funcionamiento de la TG1. Cada quince días, las horas de funcionamiento de los grupos electrógeno, y los datos de los autocontroles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cada año, al haber desmontado los grupos electrógenos, una declaración e información relativa a las horas de funcionamiento y los datos de consumo de combustible de los grupos electrógenos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los informes realizados por un Organismo de control autorizado (OCA) serán remitidos por parte de la OCA al departamento competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En continuo, los datos medios horarios de inmisiones de las campañas de medida de calidad del aire.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En su caso, los informes resultado de la intercomparación de las medidas de inmisiones de partículas frente al método de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los datos de los consumos reales de combustible para cada unidad de combustión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cada mes, las horas de funcionamiento de la TG1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;.- En cumplimiento del artículo 16 de la Ley 9/2022, de 23 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico y de procedimiento de las actividades sujetas a autorización ambiental integrada, una vez ejecutadas las actuaciones objeto de la modificación no sustancial, el titular deberá presentar una declaración responsable de inicio y ejercicio de la actividad ante la consejería competente en materia de territorio, acreditativa de las obras realmente ejecutadas y, en su caso, las variaciones entre el proyecto presentado en la solicitud y lo realmente ejecutado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Una vez ejecutadas las actuaciones objeto de la modificación, la autorización ambiental integrada de la CT Formentera se extinguirá al verse reducida su capacidad de producción por debajo de los umbrales establecidos en el anexo 1 del texto refundido de la ley de prevención y control integrados de la contaminación de acuerdo con el artículo 17.1.d de la Ley 9/2022, de 23 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico y de procedimiento de las actividades sujetas a autorización ambiental integrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez que se produzca el cese definitivo de la actividad deberá cumplir lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2016, de 16 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de prevención y control integrados de la contaminación, o normativa que le sustituya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar a los interesados y publicar el contenido de este acuerdo en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
