    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dada la agresión de Rusia contra Ucrania y sus efectos directos e indirectos, la Comisión estimó que procedía establecer los criterios que guiaran la evaluación de las medidas de ayuda estatal que los Estados miembros pueden adoptar para poner solución a esta grave perturbación a través de las medidas excepcionales recogidas en el marco temporal de crisis y transición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Este marco temporal se estableció mediante la Comunicación de la Comisión Europea (2022/C 131 I/01) y, durante este tiempo de vigencia, se modificó varias veces por diferentes motivos. Su vigencia finalmente ha sido modificada el 20 de noviembre del 2023, por la Comunicación C(2023)8045. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dentro de este marco, mediante la Decisión de la Comisión Europea de 10 de junio de 2022, con núm. SA.102771 (2022/N), se aprobó el marco nacional relativo a las medidas de ayuda estatal, que se modificó y amplió varias veces. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por este motivo, el 14 de marzo del 2024 se publicó en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 36 la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA de 13 de marzo de 2024 por la que se convocan las ayudas para mantener el sector lácteo ante la crisis provocada por la guerra de Ucrania correspondiente al año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una vez publicada dicha resolución, se ha constatado la conveniencia de efectuar una serie de aclaraciones y modificaciones para garantizar que se alcancen los objetivos establecidos. Dado que no ha finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, se considera oportuno realizar una modificación con el objetivo de concretar y clarificar los criterios de aplicación, así como para mejorar la distribución de los fondos disponibles. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Por otro lado, se han detectado &lt;/span&gt;una serie de errores en la versión catalana, &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;que deben corregirse de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común&lt;/span&gt; de las administraciones públicas, y en el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, en virtud de las competencias que tengo atribuidas y a propuesta del director gerente del FOGAIBA, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se modifica la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA de 13 de marzo de 2024 por la que se convocan las ayudas para mantener el sector lácteo ante la crisis provocada por la guerra de Ucrania correspondiente al año 2024, publicada en el BOIB núm. 36, de 14 de marzo, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El punto 2 del apartado segundo queda redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;“2. Este importe se distribuye de la siguiente manera y de conformidad con lo previsto en el apartado cuarto de esta resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Línea A, sector lácteo de la isla de Menorca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CRÉDITO TOTAL: 2.600.000,00 euros, con esta distribución entre sublíneas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A.1 PRODUCTORES: 2.021.212,12 euros, con esta financiación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CAIB: 1.142.424,24 euros&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CONSEJO INSULAR DE MENORCA: 878.787,88 euros&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A.2 OPERADORES: 578.787,88 euros, con esta financiación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CAIB: 457.575,76 euros&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CONSEJO INSULAR DE MENORCA: 121.212,12 euros&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las ayudas destinadas al sector lácteo de la isla de Menorca se financian con un importe de 1.000.000,00&amp;nbsp;de euros, a cargo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, y con un importe de 1.600.000,00&amp;nbsp;euros, a cargo de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (CAIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No obstante lo previsto en el párrafo anterior, el importe de 1.000.000,00 de euros, correspondiente a la aportación a esta línea del Consejo Insular de Menorca, queda sometido a la condición suspensiva de la transferencia efectiva de estos créditos a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, en cumplimiento de las obligaciones generadas por el convenio de colaboración firmado con este objeto con fecha de 8 de marzo de 2024, entre el Consejo Insular de Menorca y el FOGAIBA. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Línea &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;B, sector lácteo del resto de islas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CRÉDITO TOTAL: 700.000,00 euros, con financiación de la CAIB y con esta distribución entre sublíneas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; B.1 PRODUCTORES: 615.151,52 euros.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; B.2 OPERADORES: 84.848,48 euros”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El punto 1 del apartado quinto queda redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;“1. Las ayudas señaladas en el punto 1 del apartado cuarto se otorgarán mediante el sistema de módulos, calculado&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; el sobrecoste de la p&lt;/span&gt;roducción entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre del 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A. El importe de la ayuda se calculará de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Para vacas raza de la reina: 655,38 € por animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Para vacas de raza frisona: 710,64 € por animal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para vacas de raza mestiza: 615,96 € por animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Para vacas de raza Jersey: 524,16 € por animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para vacas de raza parda: 347,67 € por animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Para vacas de raza menorquina: 298,80 € por animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. Para vacas de raza normanda: 352,35 € por animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Para vacas de raza fleckvieh: 158,94 € por animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El número de vacas será la media de las hembras de más de 24 meses registradas en el Registro de identificación individual animal (RIIA), redondeada por la regla del cinco a 31 de marzo del 2023, 30 de junio del 2023, 30 de septiembre del 2023 y 31 de diciembre del 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;B. No obstante, el importe máximo de ayuda que podrá percibir el beneficiario por cada explotación será de 0,025 € por litro de leche entregado. Este importe máximo se puede incrementar como se indica a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Con 0,020 € por litro de leche declarado como venta directa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Con 0,020 € por litro de leche declarado como venta a compradores.&lt;/span&gt; Solo se tendrá en cuenta la leche entregada en alguna de estas condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. A&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; una cooperativa, en su condición de socio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Al resto de compradores, siempre que mantenga una relación contractual, durante todo el año 2023, con contratos de duración igual o superior a 11 meses y que el precio medio de compra sea igual o superior a 0,488 €/litro en productores de la isla de Menorca, y de 0,566 €/litro en productores del resto de islas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Con 0,025 € por litro de leche declarado, si el productor, antes del 3 de mayo del 2024, tiene en uso el Cuaderno digital de la explotación (QD) y ha instalado un módulo de gestión ganadera de los que hay disponibles en el mercado y aceptado por la Dirección General de Agricultura, Ganadería y Desarrollo Rural. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La comprobación de la leche declarada y de los sistemas de venta utilizados se hará sobre los datos del sistema unificado de información del sector lácteo (INFOLAC) correspondiente al año 2023. La comprobación del estado de uso del QD y del cumplimiento de los requisitos mínimos del módulo de gestión ganadera se acreditará mediante certificación de la Dirección General de Agricultura, Ganadería y Desarrollo Rural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;C. En todo caso, de conformidad con lo establecido en el punto&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;62.&lt;em&gt;a &lt;/em&gt;del marco temporal comunitario de crisis y transición relativo a las medidas de ayuda estatal destinadas a apoyar la economía después de la agresión de Rusia contra Ucrania, las ayudas no podrán superar los 280.000,00 euros por beneficiario”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. El punto 2.5 del apartado sexto queda redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.5 En el caso de peticionarios de las actuaciones previstas en el punto 1 del apartado cuarto de esta resolución, además de la documentación anterior, para obtener el incremento del importe máximo previsto en el punto 1 B del apartado quinto, se deberá aportar certificado de la cooperativa de pertenecer el peticionario a la entidad como socio”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se añade un punto &lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt; al punto B del apartado décimo de la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA de 13 de marzo de 2024, con la siguiente redacción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;g. &lt;/em&gt;Cuenta justificativa, según el modelo disponible en el trámite telemático mencionado”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se corrigen los errores que se han detectado en el punto 2.A del apartado décimo de la versión catalana de la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA de 13 de marzo de 2024 en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“A. El termini per notificar i justificar la realització i el pagament de les actuaciones és fins al 15 d'agost del 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En tot cas las l'actuaciones objecte d'ajuda, han d'estar realitzades i pagades dins el període comprès entre l'1 d'abril del 2023 i el 30 de juny del 2024, excepte les despeses de Seguretat Social i d'IRPF, que es podran pagar fins al 31 de juliol del 2024”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Debe decir: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“A. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta resolución deberá comunicarse a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y deberá publicarse en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
