    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el BOIB nº. 32 de 5 de marzo de 2024 se han publicado las bases generales para la selección de personal laboral mediante un bolsín de taquillero/a del castillo de Capdepera por oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que se ha detectado un error material en la redacción del texto y, visto lo dispuesto en el artículo 109 de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y en uso de las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Proceder a la rectificación del error material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Donde se indica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por Decreto 2023-2137 de fecha 13/09/2023, se ha dispuesto convocar procedimiento selectivo para crear una bolsa de taquillero/a con carácter de personal laboral, mediante oposición, destinada al Castillo de Capdepera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Debe indicar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2024-0694 se ha dispuesto convocar procedimiento selectivo para crear una bolsa de taquillero/a con carácter de personal laboral, mediante oposición, destinada al Castillo de Capdepera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tener por presentadas las solicitudes ya dirigidas al Ayuntamiento de Capdepera para tomar parte del proceso de selección de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reabrir el plazo de presentación de instancias para participar en el proceso selectivo, que tal y como se indica en las bases de la convocatoria es de 10 días hábiles desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta corrección de errores en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cuarto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Hacer pública la presente resolución mediante anuncio en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
