&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Se encuentra vacante y dotada presupuestariamente una plaza de personal estatutario sanitario de la categoría médico/a de admisión y documentación clínica&amp;nbsp; de la plantilla orgánica autorizada del Hospital Mateu Orfila de la Gerencia del Área de Salud de Menorca, cuya provisión se considera necesaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Art. 35 de la Ley 55/2003, de 16 de diciembre, del Estatuto Marc del personal estatutario de los servicios de salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Pacto de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanidad de 24 de febrero de 2012 por el cual se regulan los criterios generales de la promoción interna temporal del personal estatutario del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, corregido por el de 2 de marzo de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Disposición final segunda del Decreto ley 5/2023, de 28 de agosto, de medidas urgentes en el ámbito educativo y en el sanitario, que modifica la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 10 de agosto de 2023 por la cual se delega la convocatoria y resolución de la promoción interna temporal del artículo 35 de la Ley 55/2003.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Acordar la convocatoria pública para la cobertura, por el sistema de promoción interna temporal, de una plaza de personal estatutario sanitario de la categoría médico/a de admisión y documentación clínica (grupo A, subgrupo A1) &amp;nbsp;de la plantilla orgánica autorizada del Hospital Mateu Orfila de la Gerencia del Área de Salud de Menorca (PIT MEN 1/2024), de acuerdo con las especificaciones siguientes:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Funciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Colaborar en la gestión clínica, mejorando la eficacia y la eficiencia de las actividades en el Área de Salud y dando soporte a las diferentes unidades de gestión clínica, así como al equipo directivo, para alcanzar la excelencia en las funciones de asistencia a los usuarios, la mejora continua y la seguridad del paciente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Gestión y clasificación de procedimientos y protocolos asistenciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Gestión de acreditaciones y sistemas de calidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Gestión del sistema de notificación de incidentes de seguridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Coordinación de líneas y programas de la estrategia autonómica de seguridad del paciente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Todas aquellas que le sean encomendadas en relación con la Calidad y la Seguridad del Paciente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Retribuciones y situación administrativa: Durante el tiempo en que las personas seleccionadas realicen funciones en promoción interna temporal se mantendrán en servicio activo en su categoría de origen, y percibirán las retribuciones correspondientes a las funciones efectivamente desempeñadas, con excepción de los trienios, que serán los correspondientes a su nombramiento original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Causas de finalización de la promoción interna temporal: Se producirá la terminación de la promoción interna temporal cuando la plaza sea ocupada por personal fijo por medio de un procedimiento establecido legal o reglamentariamente, o cuando la plaza sea amortizada.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Los requisitos para participar en la presente convocatoria son los que siguen:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Tener la condición de personal estatutario fijo del Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears y prestar servicios en la Gerencia del Área de Salud&amp;nbsp; de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Pertenecer a una categoría distinta de la convocada del mismo grupo de clasificación o de uno inferior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Estar en la situación de servicio activo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Tener el título de Licenciado o Grado en Medicina. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso de les titulaciones obtenidas en el extranjero, debe acreditarse que están homologadas por el Ministerio de Educación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) No padecer ninguna enfermedad ni estar afectado por limitaciones físicas o psíquicas que sean incompatibles con las funciones inherentes a la categoría que se convoca.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los requisitos exigidos para participar en esta convocatoria se deben cumplir en el término final del plazo para presentar solicitudes y se deben mantener a lo largo de todo el proceso selectivo hasta la toma de posesión de la plaza adjudicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Las personas interesadas en participar en la convocatoria deben presentar, en el plazo de veinte (20) días naturales a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación de la convocatoria, la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;I. Solicitud de participación en la convocatoria de acuerdo con el modelo que consta en el anexo II de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;II. Documentación que acredite el cumplimiento de los requisitos y los méritos alegados. Por lo que respecta al requisito del punto 2.e) de esta resolución, se debe presentar una declaración jurada o promesa en tal sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;III. Currículum&amp;nbsp;vitae.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. La documentación referida en el punto anterior se puede presentar en el registro de la Gerencia del Área de Salud de Menorca, ubicado en el Hospital Mateu Orfila, Ronda de Malbúger, número 1, de Maó (07703) o en cualquiera de los lugares referidos en el art. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. El sistema selectivo será el de concurso, de acuerdo con el baremo de méritos especificado en el anexo I adjunto a esta resolución.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. La Comisión de Selección estará formada por:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Presidente: José Oleo Pons&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Vocal: Ana Trenado Andreu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Secretario: Antonio Ligero García.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cuanto a la abstención y la recusación de los miembros de la Comisión de Selección debe estarse a lo establecido en los artículos 23 y 24 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público, y en los artículos 22 y 23 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las funciones de la Comisión de Selección son las siguientes:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Verificar que las personas aspirantes han presentado la solicitud dentro del plazo referido en el punto 3 anterior y que cumplen los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Valorar los méritos alegados y aportados junto con la solicitud por cada una de las personas aspirantes participantes en la convocatoria de acuerdo con el baremo de méritos del anexo I adjunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Confeccionar y publicar las listas provisionales y definitivas de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos (con la causa de exclusión) para participar en la convocatoria con las puntuaciones obtenidas por las personas aspirantes admitidas de acuerdo con el baremo de méritos del anexo I adjunto, así como el orden de prelación provisional y definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Resolver las reclamaciones o enmiendas que se presenten contra las listas provisionales de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos (con la causa de exclusión) para participar en la convocatoria, así como contra las listas provisionales de las puntuaciones obtenidas por las personas aspirantes admitidas de acuerdo con el baremo de méritos del anexo I adjunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Elevar al director gerente la propuesta de resolución de la convocatoria con el orden de prelación definitivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Resolver las dudas que surjan en la aplicación del baremo de méritos del anexo I adjunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. El desarrollo del proceso selectivo será el siguiente:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, la Comisión de Selección verificará que las personas aspirantes han presentado la solicitud dentro del plazo referido en el punto 3 anterior y que cumplen los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria, confeccionará y publicará en la intranet del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Área de Salud de Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;y en el tablón de anuncios de la Gerencia del Área de Salud de Menorca les listas provisionales de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos (con la causa de exclusión) para participar en la convocatoria con las puntuaciones obtenidas por las personas aspirantes admitidas de acuerdo con el baremo de méritos del anexo I adjunto, así como el orden de prelación provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas interesadas dispondrán de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación de estas listas, para presentar reclamaciones –que no tendrán carácter de recurso- o para enmendar los defectos apreciados.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Transcurrido el plazo de los 3 días hábiles referido en el párrafo anterior, y una vez resueltas, en su caso, las reclamaciones o enmiendas que se presenten por la Comisión de Selección, ésta confeccionará y publicará en la intranet del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Área de Salud de Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;y en el tablón de anuncios de la Gerencia del Área de Salud de Menorca les listas definitivas de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos (con la causa de exclusión) para participar en la convocatoria y de las puntuaciones obtenidas por las personas aspirantes admitidas, así como el orden de prelación definitivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) La Comisión de Selección debe elevar al director gerente del Área de Salud de Menorca la propuesta de resolución de la convocatoria con el orden de prelación definitivo, para que este órgano resuelva la presente convocatoria por medio de una resolución que debe publicarse en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) En el supuesto de que no se hubieran presentado personas aspirantes que cumplieran los requisitos para participar en la presente convocatoria, la resolución que resuelva la convocatoria declarará desierta la misma, en cuyo caso no se podrá hacer extensiva la convocatoria al resto de gerencias del Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Publicar la presente convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el director gerente del Área de Salud de Menorca, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación en el B.O.I.B., de acuerdo con los arts. 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el art. 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el B.O.I.B., de acuerdo con los arts. 8.2 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1.1 Por cada mes de servicio prestado en instituciones sanitarias públicas de la Unión Europea como personal estatutario, funcionario o laboral en la misma categoría que aquella a la que se opta o en plazas con el mismo contenido funcional: 0,125 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1.2. Por cada mes de servicio prestado como cooperante en programas de cooperación internacional para el desarrollo o en programas de ayuda humanitaria desarrollando funciones propias de la categoría a la que se opta: 0,125 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1.3. Por cada mes de servicios prestados como cargo directivo en instituciones sanitarias públicas del Sistema Nacional de Salud, se valorarán -si el profesional tiene plaza o puesto base en una institución sanitaria pública del Sistema Nacional de Salud- como prestados en la categoría a la que se opta: 0,125 puntos. Sólo se valorarán los servicios prestados siempre que se tenga la titulación exigida para acceder a la categoría durante el tiempo en que se ocupó el cargo directivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1.4. Por cada mes de servicio prestado en instituciones sanitarias públicas de la Unión Europea como personal estatutario, funcionario o laboral en una categoría diferente de aquella a la que se opta y para la que se exija tener el título de la categoría: 0,09 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1.5. Por cada mes de servicio prestado en el modelo tradicional de cupo o de zona en la misma categoría que aquella a la que se opta: 0,09 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1.6. Por cada mes de servicio prestado en centros públicos no sanitarios de la Unión Europea como personal estatutario, funcionario o laboral en la misma categoría o en alguna plaza con el mismo contenido funcional: 0,09 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1.7. Por cada mes de servicio prestado en instituciones sanitarias públicas de la Unión Europea en una categoría diferente a aquella a la que se opta: 0,063 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.1.8. Por cada mes de servicio prestado en instituciones sanitarias concertadas o concesionarios con la sanidad pública de la Unión Europea como personal por cuenta ajena en la misma categoría que aquella a la que se opta o en plazas con el mismo contenido funcional: 0,0415 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.2 Las personas aspirantes tienen que aportar la documentación que acredite los méritos alegados con los requisitos adecuados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.3 La fracción del mes computada por días se calcula proporcionalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.4 Para computar los servicios prestados referidos al personal de refuerzo con nombramiento específico para la atención continuada, se reconoce un mes completo de servicios prestados calculándolo según las reglas siguientes: un mes equivale a 150 horas y un día equivale a 7,5 horas. Si dentro de un mes natural se ha trabajado más de 150 horas, solo puede valorarse un mes de servicio prestado, de manera que el exceso de horas trabajadas durante aquel mes no puede aplicarse para computar servicios prestados establecidos por la regla anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.5 Para valorar este apartado se tienen en cuenta los aspectos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.5.1. La puntuación máxima que puede obtenerse por la totalidad de los subapartados que lo integran es de 50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.5.2. Un mismo periodo de tiempo no puede ser valorado por más de uno de los subapartados que lo integran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Formación, docencia y actividades científicas y de difusión del conocimiento (puntuación máxima: 25 puntos)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.1 Formación especializada. Sólo se valorarán titulaciones sanitarias de igual o superior categoría a la que se participa. Puntuación máxima 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.1.1. Por cada título de médico/especialista reconocido por la normativa española vigente y que no sea requisito para la categoría a la que se opta: 6 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.1.2. Por cada título de sanitario/sanitaria del grupo A1 reconocido por la normativa española vigente y que no sea requisito para la categoría a la que se opta: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2. Formación postgraduada y continuada, docencia y actividades científicas y de difusión del conocimiento (puntuación máxima: 9 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.2.1.&amp;nbsp;Formación postgraduada. Puntuación máxima 8.825 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Los títulos de máster oficiales universitarios y los títulos universitarios propios de posgrado (certificado universitario, experto universitario, especialista universitario y máster universitario) que estén relacionados directamente con el contenido de la categoría a la que se opta se valoran a razón de 0,0625 puntos por cada crédito CFC (Comisión de Formación Continuada) o LRU (sistema de implantación de los créditos europeos por medio de la Ley de reforma universitaria), o por cada 10 horas lectivas a razón de 0,15625 puntos por cada crédito ECTS (Sistema Europeo de Transferencia y Acumulación de Créditos) o por cada 25 horas lectivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Por haber completado todos los cursos de doctorado (sistema anterior al Real Decreto 185/1985) o el programa de doctorado (suficiencia investigadora): 1,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;Por tener el grado de doctor: 6 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si el grado de doctor se ha obtenido con la calificación de &lt;em&gt;cum laude&lt;/em&gt; se añaden: 0,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se contabilizan los cursos de doctorado como formación continuada en el supuesto de que no se cumplan los requisitos del apartado 2.2.1.&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.3.&amp;nbsp;Formación continuada (puntuación máxima: 2,5 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.3.1.&amp;nbsp;Se valoran los cursos, los seminarios, los talleres, los congresos, las jornadas, las reuniones científicas y otras actividades formativas que estén relacionados directamente con el contenido de la categoría a la que opta, de acuerdo con los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Actividades formativas en ciencias de la salud posteriores al 1 de enero de 2004, se valoran siempre que cumplan alguno de los siguientes requisitos :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Deben estar acreditadas por la Comisión de Formación Continuada de las Profesiones Sanitarias. La acreditación debe cumplir los criterios de la normativa de la Comisión de Formación Continuada del Sistema Nacional de Salud en los materiales de promoción o certificación de asistencia de esta actividad, por lo que deben constar de manera conjunta el logotipo, el texto y el número de créditos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Deben haber sido impartidas por alguna universidad, lo cual debe constar en el certificado correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Actividades formativas en ciencias de la salud anteriores al 1 de enero de 2004 y el resto de actividades formativas, independientemente de la fecha, se valoran siempre que cumplan alguno de los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Deben estar acreditadas por la Comisión de Formación Continuada de las Profesiones Sanitarias. La acreditación debe cumplir los criterios de la normativa de la Comisión de Formación Continuada del Sistema Nacional de Salud en los materiales de promoción o certificación de asistencia de esta actividad, por lo que deben constar de manera conjunta el logotipo, el texto y el número de créditos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Deben haber sido impartidas u organizadas por alguna de las siguientes instituciones: centros universitarios, servicios de salud, consejerías de salud de las comunidades autónomas, Ministerio de Sanidad, Servicios Sociales e Igualdad, Ministerio de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas, Instituto Nacional de la Administración Pública o sus homólogos en las comunidades autónomas, escuelas de salud pública adscritas a cualquiera de los organismos citados, organizaciones sindicales, colegios profesionales, sociedades científicas, el SEPE o entidades sin ánimo de lucro debidamente registradas que tengan como finalidad la formación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.3.2.&amp;nbsp;A los efectos de lo que disponen los apartados anteriores, se puntualizan los aspectos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Las actividades formativas en ciencias de la salud son las relacionadas con las áreas temáticas siguientes: salud pública, investigación, práctica clínica, gestión sanitaria y calidad, docencia y prevención de riesgos laborales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;En cuanto al resto de las actividades formativas, se trata de las relacionadas con las siguientes áreas temáticas: sistemas de información; informática referida a aplicaciones de ofimática de nivel de usuario y programas informáticos aplicados a la investigación en ciencias de la salud; aspectos organizativos relativos al servicio sanitario; atención al público; estrés y autocontrol; orientación psicológica, y cualquier otra que según el tribunal esté relacionada con las funciones de la categoría a la que opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;La puntuación de la formación se limita según la antigüedad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;–&amp;nbsp;Hasta 5 años: 0,009 por crédito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;–&amp;nbsp;De 5 a 10 años: 0,0063 por crédito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;–&amp;nbsp;De 11 a 15 años: 0,0045 por crédito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;–&amp;nbsp;De 15 a 20 años: 0,0009 por crédito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.3.3.&amp;nbsp;Los diplomas o los certificados (de los últimos cinco años) se valoran a razón de 0,009 puntos por cada crédito CFC o LRU y a razón de 0,0225 puntos por cada crédito ECTS. En el supuesto de que en el diploma o certificado figuren el número de horas en lugar de los créditos, se otorgará un crédito por cada 10 horas para los créditos CFC o LRU y 1 crédito por cada 25 horas para los créditos ECTS. En el supuesto de que figuren simultáneamente los créditos y las horas, la valoración se hará siempre teniendo en cuenta los créditos. Finalmente, si no se especifican horas ni créditos, se valorará la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.4.&amp;nbsp;Docencia (puntuación máxima: 1,5 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.4.1.&amp;nbsp;Por cada crédito o por cada 10 horas de créditos CFC o LRU como&amp;nbsp; docente en cualquiera de las actividades formativas a que se refiere el apartado 2.3: 0,05 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.4.2.&amp;nbsp;Por cada crédito o por cada 25 horas de créditos ECTS como docente en cualquiera de las actividades formativas a que se refiere el apartado 2.3: 0,125 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.4.3.&amp;nbsp;Por cada curso académico ocupando una plaza de profesor titular, asociado o catedrático en estudios relacionados con la categoría profesional: 0,25 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.4.4.&amp;nbsp;Por tutorizar prácticas en estudios relacionados con la categoría profesional y acreditada por universidades u organismos públicos, por cada 10 horas: 0,0077 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de que la certificación sea por curso académico, la puntuación por curso es de 0,05 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.4.5.&amp;nbsp;Para impartir docencia en el ámbito universitario en los niveles de cátedra o como profesor titular con plaza vinculada al Servicio de Salud o con actividad simultánea en dicho ente, o como profesor asociado con plaza asistencial en activo o con actividad simultánea en el servicio de salud correspondiente, por cada 10 horas: 0,05 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.5.&amp;nbsp;Actividades científicas y de difusión del conocimiento (puntuación máxima: 2,5 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.5.1.&amp;nbsp;Publicaciones científicas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Libros de carácter científico relacionados directamente con el contenido de la categoría a la que se opta y que tengan ISBN y depósito legal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;–&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Por cada libro completo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Primer autor: 1,25 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Resto de autores: 0,625 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;–&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Por cada capítulo de libro no incluido en el punto anterior:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Primer autor: 0,25 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Resto de autores:* 0,125 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;* Máximo tres capítulos por libro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el supuesto de que el criterio seguido para citar a los autores sea el orden alfabético, todos los autores se valorarán con la puntuación correspondiente al primer autor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Artículos publicados en alguna revista de carácter científico relacionados directamente con el contenido de la categoría a la que se opta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;–&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Por cada publicación en una revista de tirada internacional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Primer autor: 0,165 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;–&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;De ámbito internacional: 0,33 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;–&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;De ámbito estatal: 0,165 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;–&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;De ámbito autonómico: 0,08 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.5.3.&amp;nbsp;Investigación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Por premios de investigación otorgados por sociedades científicas, organismos oficiales o entidades sin ánimo de lucro registradas debidamente y entre cuyos fines esté la investigación, siempre que los premios estén relacionados con el programa de materias que rige las pruebas selectivas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- De ámbito internacional: 0,165 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- De ámbito estatal: 0,08 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- De ámbito autonómico: 0,04 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Por cada participación en proyectos de investigación financiados por organismos públicos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Como investigador principal: 0,08 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f)&amp;nbsp;Certificado de conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo LA: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Se valora un solo certificado, excepto en el caso del certificado de conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo (LA), en que la puntuación se suma a la del certificado valorado. Los certificados emitidos con nomenclatura diferente a la actual se valoran de acuerdo con la puntuación que le otorgue el certificado con que se haya homologado en el momento de la valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp;Otros méritos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;4.1. Por haber superado en la misma categoría a la que se opta alguno de los ejercicios de la fase de oposición del último concurso-oposición convocado a partir de 2008 por el Servicio de Salud o por una fundación sanitaria dependiente de la Consejería de Salud o del Servicio de Salud: 1,25 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si la fase de oposición constaba de más de una prueba, se dividirán los 1,25 puntos entre la totalidad de las pruebas y se multiplicará el cociente por el número de pruebas superadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.2. Por disponer de un certificado que acredite el conocimiento de una lengua extranjera, expedido por la Escuela Oficial de Idiomas o un certificado oficial reconocido por el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte o por un organismo competente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Certificado de nivel intermedio de la Consejería de Educación y Cultura B1+ o equivalente: 0,25 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;Certificado académico avanzado B2 o equivalente: 0,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d)&amp;nbsp;Certificado de nivel avanzado de la Consejería de Educación y Cultura B2+ o equivalente: 0,75 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e)&amp;nbsp;Certificado de nivel C1 de la Consejería de Educación y Cultura: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f)&amp;nbsp;Certificado de nivel C2 de la Consejería de Educación y Cultura: 1,25 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
